"Although their prices are higher than your local home repair pros, Champion takes ownership of every part of the warranty if needed. No chasing people/corporations down just to get the half-hearted warranty they promised. Champion was respectful and professional throughout the entire process. If financing, just make sure to get ALL of the details upfront. Luckily we were able to do something different but still nice to have a finance option if needed. "Time management was poor at best. Crews running too many jobs at the same time. My bathroom remodel took over 8 months to finish after a 90 day projection. ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS VERY VERY BAD!!! Flooring was not laid smoothly (tile). Multiple holes cut in new sheet rock to hang light fixtures.. Apparently Troy can't use a tape measure properly. He was the supervisor that got fired. 1 of the workers was smoking weed in my house (we don't smoke anything inside). Neil the owner cannot be trusted to tell you the truth. Very dishonest people, company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"
