My wife and I had Croxtonâ  s, Inc. add a bedroom and bathroom addition to the back of my house for my in-laws and we couldnâ  t be happier with the results. Billy Croxton kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. If he didnâ  t answer when I called, he was always prompt to return my calls. The subcontractors he hires are professional and they do quality work. He checks on the construction site on a daily basis and makes sure the site is kept as clean as possible. He worked with me when I needed to bring my travel trailer home halfway through the construction blocking the driveway and his main access to the backyard. I highly recommend Croxtonâ  s, Inc. and would/will call Billy if/when I have a future need. Thanks Billy for an excellent job.

I called this company for an estimate to get a kitchen remodel due to damage from a bad dishwasher installation with every intention of having the work completed. The secretary, his wife Beth, gave me a lecture on how the estimate may or may not be free depending on whether or not I would commit to having the work done, citing one of their customers who lived on Old Buckingham Road who has called for 6 estimates and has not committed to any of the work to date. She then carried on about how knowledgeable her husband was and how he could work with the insurance companies, especially with pricing because just last week, their drywall costs alone had gone up 20% and that I would have to make a payment up front, then another payment after the cabinet installation etc. She carried on for 10 minutes and when I was able to finally get a word in edgewise to tell her that I understood the construction industry because I worked for a contractor, she said that since I knew so much, I should have him do the work and handle the job myself!!! If I am going to spend in excess of $15,000 on a home project, I would expect to be treated with courtesy and consideration. If you feel the same, I highly recommend calling another contractor!

From the initial contact to the completed project, we were very pleased with our experience with Croxton's Inc. Mr. Croxton really listened to what we had envisioned and came up with the perfect design for our addition. The crews he uses were professional and very friendly. And most importantly, the price was very reasonable. We will definitely use this company again for any future projects.
