Description of Work: Checked two heating systems and repaired any problems noted. Arrived five minutes before the scheduled time, did a very thorough & professional job.

Description of Work: We had an emergency situation with our furnace over the coldest weekend of the winter. They sent a guy out at 5:30 pm on a Friday to assess the problem. Unfortunately, we needed a part that they could not get until Monday. On Monday they made their very best efforts to get our furnace repaired. We appreciated their professionalism and will definitely call them again for our heating and air conditioning needs.

Description of Work: Not sure of the cost because of the time that has lapsed but this company should be #1 on your list if you want honesty and professionalism. After we paid for the services, they found that they could not perform the work only because the unit we have is so old. They could have kept the money and no one would have known but they refunded the full price they charged, by mail in check form, INCLUDING the travel charge. I would recommend and definitely use again. Trust and honesty is hard to find in the business world but these people definitely have it. Call them, you won't be sorry!!!

Description of Work: Representative met with us on Friday to gather info for quote to replace entire heat/AC unit, including replacing all ductwork. Said quote would be ready Tuesday. The following Friday I called and spoke with owner (I think) and said we had not received a quote. Was told I could expect it within a few days. Never heard back from company.

Description of Work: Nothing. Will never consider them again. They scheduled an appointment for today. Ten minutes later they called and cancelled. The person on the phone asked if we had other estimates and that if we did and just wanted to go with the cheapest quote, they were not interested. Then he said it was too big of a job and they were too busy anyway. He should have said that before making the appointment We know this job takes maybe 2 days. Others recommended that we don't do the job without getting in touch with them. Bad idea. Turning down work? Shocking.

Description of Work: I made an appointment to check out our AC because it wasn't working. Upon their inspection they told me that the compressor had died and that I needed a new heat pump. They quoted me $4,350.00 for a replacement unit less $500 for a special they were offering this month. After calling me 3 times over the next 12 hrs to see if I had made up my mind, I called another HVAC company to seek a second opinion. The other company checked our AC system and said there was a short in a yellow wire which had tripped the circuit breaker connected to the heat pump and compressor. They repaired the short and the compressor and unit worked perfectly, cooling our house properly. I called Wmsburg HVAC and told them the results and asked for a refund of their $152.50 service charge. The owner emailed me and apologized for the misdiagnosis, that his employee will be reprimanded and written up for this unfortunate incident, and that I was entitled to a full refund. This is May 8, 2015, and I have yet to receive the promised refund after 17 days.

Description of Work: Goodman HVAC system. Serviceman had 17 yrs. of experiance. Talked on many issues with HVAC systems. Knowledgable,excellent feedback and professional. Fixed and repaired service port line; system was depleted and required recharge. Unfortunatly R-22 is running $495.00 for 30 lbs of refrigerent, after a complete recharge the bill was exacerbated. No fault of the company's, that is just the fallout of EPA and Greenpeace cost anymore. The service was completed @ 4 hours with recharge. Excellent company; was a referral from a friend. If you have a heat pump keep an eye on your electric bill during the winter, slightest hike, get service immediately, no coolent spelled out a $ 700 dollar bill!
