Work executed did not match quality advertised during consultation, and work completed did not match the expectations/description outlined in the invoice. Communication from workers was poor. They'd arrive and leave without giving many updates - including when the job was completed. They also packed up bricks from our yard to take without asking if they could/should pack them up. We had to jump out and request that they not take them. No one gave us an in-person overview of the work completed or what they found while working when the job was done. Customer service by phone was excellent.

As a teacher, they gave a 5% discount, which was very nice. I did not get other quotes, so I don't know what other companies charge. They were so professional & efficient that I'm completely satisfied choosing them. I don't have a single complaint. Excellent company and workmanship!

After contacting the rep set up a date and time of our choosing. He did a through inspection of the area we were looking at. The rep then sat down with us and presented several options. We choose the best fit for our budget and set a date to get the work done. Several days later the crew came out and completed the work in a day. I looked at the work and am am very impressed. Good hard working crew, good materials and very well done. Also the crew did a fantastic job with site clean up. I was very impressed. The crew was very profession and through. We are just waiting on QA rep to come out and certify the work done. I like how this company operates and would choose them again for any and all of our insulation needs.

A plus company

Showed up on time , first crew a bit lacking ,second crew much better ,vented house and where very hard working . Few things do need to be taken care of but company cares about it's work and very willing to listen and making things right and taking care of us after job is done . That says a lot for their team . Will up date when finished and tell everything works out.

Very thorough initial meeting with company representative. Installers very good, neat, prompt, and pleasant. One hour to do 600 square feet of blown-in.

I hired them to apply spray foam insulation to the ceiling of my 45x30 metal garage. At first I thought that the $3800 charge was a bit high but the insulation has been so effective that I may not need to invest in HVAC. I will install a couple of ceiling fans and see how it goes when the host summer heat arrives. Estimator was professional and knowledgeable and the two installers were friendly, courteous, efficient, and knew their craft. Recommend highly.

We could not be any happier with the job The Drying Company did for us. From Greg, the salesman,who was very knowledgeable and helpful, to the office personnel, to the installers, the whole job was handled very professionally, honestly, on time and was above our expectations. We have offered to serve as a reference and would gladly do so. We were told it would make a difference but we were not expecting the dramatic difference the insulation has made to the temperature in the attic plus it has reduce the outside noise. Thank you everyone at The Drying Company for a great job.

They were reasonably on time. The two gentleman spoke very little english. The job as it was originaly explained to me couldn't be performed, the work that was performed doesn't appear to even after an explaination to be what I expected.
