Excellent work. Little pricy till electric bills started dropping and are still coming down. Neat and clean. Supervisor stopped by to assure all was well and inspected the work.

Matt Epperly was very professional and new about insulation for our crawl space. He came and went under our house and took pictures. We did not know about the mold which he showed us. He made the suggestion of the spray foam and the Friction-fit rigid foam board door panel to be installed behind our existing crawl space access door. Spray Foam in crawl space rim and band joist for air-sealing and insulation. He also mentioned before the foam insulation spraying anti-microbial solution on all crawl space wood substructure. We were also told we would get free a Wireless Hygrometer. It displays the temperature and humidity both inside your crawl space. It was all accomplished in a few hours. They informed us for our protection to leave the home and come back. Everything was done neatly and no mess left.

Mr. Saeed was knowledgeable and very nice. He explained all details in simple terms making it easy for me to understand all steps of the process. I will be calling him again in the future. Price was good. I highly recommend The Drying Company.

The people are very knowledgeable and professional. Kept me informed every step of the way. I went with the encapsulation and do not regret it. Dust was all but eliminated and I expect to see a difference with my heating bill.

There were a couple of things that needed to be "fixed" after the work was completed, and when they came back out, they did an absolutely perfect job. Very professional and pleasant. Great customer service.

I had my garage walls insulated, the 3 guys that did the work were very good, they covered my garage from top to bottom with heavy plastic to minimize the mess & protect my belongings from the blown insulation but they also did a fantastic clean up job, they finished the job in about 3.5 hrs, they were very polite & professional

Expect the job to be longer than the estimator but regardless, it's a great job when complete. The installer worked with my schedule and he was very attentive to keeping my house clean while transiting and finishing up.

Make sure to have the space clear and ready to go for them to vacum out old insulation and put in new.

Everyone involved in my project was terrific - helpful, respectful, courteous and friendly. From the Salesman to the ladies in the office to the job foreman to the gentlemen crawling around under my house to the gents in the attic. I was hesitant to hire based on the cost but I can tell the difference in the finished attic room - it now maintains a temperature relative to the rest of the house - which is good since my grandchildren sleep in the finished room next to the attic.

We were concerned about moisture we found in our basement. The contractor recommended a very minor fix that did the job; saved us thousands we could have paid to another contractor who had just reviewed the same situation and had a more complicated solution. We appreciate the selflessness of the contractor - putting the client first, and will definitely use and/or recommend them in the future.
