They came out and looked at both the crawl space and the attic. They offered a fair price with financing and then completed the jobs quicker than expected.

This is a copy of my email sent to them 3 weeks ago and I have not heard back from them: I wanted to share my feedback from my experience with The Drying Company. 1/ KNOWING YOUR PRODUCT The salesman assured me that they would be able to spray foam on existing insulation (Ceiling + Wall) because they have the best foam. When I asked him a second time, after another company told me that it would not work, he reassured me that it will work. So I signed with them. And when your technicians came on site, it did not work. BUMMER 2/ RECHARGING A LIFT = BEING EFFICIENT I provided a scissor lift for the technicians. And after working the whole day, they did not plug the lift in to recharge overnight. So when they arrived around 8 am on Friday they could not work. 3/ CLEANING = DOING A NEAT JOB After the work was completed: The trash can was left full inside the warehouse. (See picture attached). The plastic protection was rolled up and dropped outside the warehouse alongside the dumpster (See picture attached). I have drops of spray foam on the drywall which was painted the week before they started the work and a BIG CHUNK above the restroom. (See picture attached). I am sorry but this is not acceptable. For a $35,000 job, I expected more professionalism. Even from the first day, when we had to unload your products from the truck, things were not as expected. I will not be recommending The Drying Company.

I am pleased with their service. They were punctual, they had an opening and moved my install date to earlier. They were even willing to adjust their installation hours around my schedule. I am pleased with this company and would hire them again. Looking forward to the savings on my energy bills.

Both estimators and workers were courteous and professional. Communication with the office was easy. They were punctual with appointments and stayed on schedule.

The salesman was very professional when he visited for the free Quote. The office kept you un the loop about everything going on with your job. They were on time an finished on time. Need great work!

Their sales person lied from the start about their products. They put a chimney Cap on my house which didn't have the feature that I ordered without discussing it with me after they found out the one I ordered wouldn't fit. They destroyed my frame with my son jersey in it. Just threw it in my living room without saying anything. They had told me their workers were in training when they came to my house to do the work but when my house got messed up then they denied it. They told me they was going to send someone to fix the damages but they started giving me the run around. I had to hire someone to come in to see the damages that was done and get an estimate. I tried to negotiate with them by asking them to take $100 off but they refused. So I had to contact the better business bureau and when it got to the bottom line...I only had paid them $500 less.

The crew was courteous they informed me of the process and they got the job completed quicker than I expected

There work was professional and effective. I would definitely hire them again.
