"Details in story below but Bottom line: Terry is a pro. He showed up, on time, looked at what we needed and got to work building a sturdy set of steps for my mom’s garage. We had been trying to get the stairs done for around 2 months and the other guy kept not showing up and/or showing up and working for 10 minutes and then leaving, he seemed to be the unluckiest dude ever. Excuse after excuse, and mom kept giving the guy more chances. Well, after calling Terry and scheduling, he showed up first thing, and we had stairs well before lunchtime. My mom is so happy to have safe stairs into the garage. She’s already thinking of other jobs. Lol. Thanks Terry."

The job also needed some drywall repair, and light carpentry also performed by Mr. Roady. The job was a bit difficult because there wasn't a dishwasher before. The new appliance went in the space previously occupied by my refrigerator. Mr. Roady found a way to anchor the dishwasher until I can get countertop piece put in. All the work was tested for leaks and stability. They left the workspace CLEAN! Southern Plumbing has payment options which make things easier on the budget. I will continue to use Southern Plumbing as a one stop shop for my projects. If I could rate more stars, I absolutely would!
