The carpets looked great! They managed to get out several stubborn stains that I thought would need repair. I was very happy with the end result.

Arrived on time, very courteous and professional. Worked on stains on chair cushions that we could not get out. When done looked like new!

They were prompt and efficient. Old stains that couldn't be removed were made better than when it was attempted by steam cleaning years ago. I now wish I had let them do the last two rooms that plan on doing myself. It all dry faster than I expected, also.

Cleaner was very good about calling to update his time of arrival. He was very cordial and did a good job.

My carpets and furniture is about 15 years old. They were badly stained from pets and grandchildren. I couldn't afford to replace them but wanted to clean them for the holidays. Steve arrived promptly for the appointment with his assistant. He was very professional and advised me that he would do his best but was truthful that he may not be able to remove all the stains. They both worked very hard and used several steps to get the carpets as clean as possible. They explained the processes to keep me informed while they worked. The results were amazing! The difference was like day and night. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.

Provider was running late due to traffic accident, but called to inform me in a timely manner. Courteous while providing service. Cleaning done quickly. Carpets visibly cleaner. Cleaning scent slightly overwhelming at time of service, but dissipated quickly. Carpets took about 6-7 hours to dry, but it was a very humid day.

When calling the carpet vendor I informed him of the few area rugs I had that needed to be cleaned. He asked if I had a preferable time to have the service done. I told him I did not and he suggested a time. He scheduled me in same day! I was not at my property when he did the work however my family was there. My whole family informed me he was very polite upon arrival. He moved the furniture that he could to clean all areas of the rugs. He also completed the work very fast. When I arrived at home the rugs looked brand new and my house smelled amazing. It felt at if I was walking into a new home. I loved the service he did and would recommend this company to anyone!

They made carpet I thought was destined for replacement, look better than I had ever seen it look, including after the last time I had it cleaned. Rick is so nice, extremely friendly and exceptionally accommodating with anything I ask for. He came to do the work and was very polite, thorough and quick. I know first hand that he is famous for cleaning a lot of the rental homes in the Sandbridge Beach area as well and the owners are extremely satisfied and happy with his services. Found a deal on "Living Social" for carpet cleaning. Set up the appointment and they arrived on time on date requested. Service Tech, Mike, was kind and polite. We had several stains we were worried would not come out and he was able to remove them. Carpet looked like new once work was completed and carpet dried. I would rate Tidewater Cleanpro an A+.
