Tidewater Cleanpro did a fantastic job. The carpet had been cleaned several times previously and there were stains that remained every time. After Cleanpro finished all the stains were gone. I am very pleased with the result and I will be calling them for any carpet cleaning I need done in the future. They got the job done very quickly and professionally.

We had Tidewater Cleanpro come out to our house to clean two of our couches and the cushions because they really needed some TLC with two kids mixed with white upholstered sofas! After they were cleaned, our couches looked brand new and smelled so fresh! Thank you guys for doing such an awesome job!

I thought the price was really good. They did a very good job. they pointed out some issues, you know, that they found and they took care of it. (Use again) Absolutely. Like I said they were very communicative on the issues that they found when they did the carpet cleaning and then they pointed out what was the possible cause and then they rectify it. Like I said they did an outstanding job all around.

Carpets turned out amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better job. The carpets really needed to be done and the work done far exceeded my expectations. The best part was that the method used doesn't soak the carpets with water and have you waiting days for them to dry.

They were in and out in no time. They explain to me the products being used and did not charge extra to remove stains/spots in carpet. I also received $20 dollars back from the initial quote since the carpet area was under what they normally charge for $99.

Excellent! Rick was very professional, knowledgable and personable! I was able to get an appointment with him very quickly, and then he and one of his employees came to my house right on time. They did an excellent job cleaning my family room, 2 bedrooms, and on their recommendation, the upstairs hallway as well. The family room gets the most traffic, and there was a very visible difference between "before" and "after" their cleaning! I will definitely call Rick again the next time my carpets need a cleaning! The Angie's list coupon his company offered made it all the more worthwhile!
