Description of Work: Our Rinnai water heater stopped working. I had no idea what to do, so I went to Angie's list, typed in Rinnai and called Fitch's. He diagnosed several possible causes, set a time to come to my house, outlined what would be done and estimated the cost. He kept me informed throughout the process. His first diagnosis was correct. He fixed the problem and charged the amount he had estimated. Hot water never felt so good!

Description of Work: We had Fitch install a tank-less water heater about 9 months ago. Tonight (Friday) the alarm went off. Since the unit is in the attic, I can't reach it. If I could, he would have been able to give me instructions over the phone. Instead, he drove to my home in Chesapeake and remedied the matter. That's outstanding customer service.

Description of Work: We used Fitch Specialties,LLC to install a new Rinnai Tankless Water Heater this past Tuesday. It was refreshing to work with a consummate professional in the midst of what we were having to deal with. The week before our home had been hit by lightning and caught on fire and the hot water heater was damaged. We had gotten several estimates from several companies to replace what we already had and/or to go tankless. After meeting with Tim we were encouraged and decided to go tankless and have not regretted our decision. We are thankful for his concern and timeliness in our situation. We would not hesitate to recommend this company and have already. We have even called to schedule other work for our home for other plumbing damage from the fire.

Description of Work: Showed up and or called when they were going to be late. Did not like the fact that they brought the wrong tank with them but he gave me a break on the cost even though it felt like a bait and switch they installed it quickly. I referred them to my son in April to have his tank moved. I also used them to replace a shower valve and they arrived when they said they would and it cost me less then what I was quoted.
