Description of Work: I added an extra room-large bedroom-in addition to the area covered with the Angie's deal. |Very nice man-easy to get in touch with-excellent results on carpets which haven't been professionally cleaned in a long time! |Plan on having him take out area Oriental carpets late summer!

Description of Work: Arranged to have carpets cleaned after furniture is moved out.

Description of Work: Steam cleaned carpets and stairs, and applied de-flea treatment and deodorizer (required by landlord because I have a cat). They were very responsive and good about getting in contact with me; and let me know when they were 1/2 hour from my house the morning of service. I also asked about additional upholstery cleaning and couldn't do it because I was moving out and just didn't plan far enough in advance before movers took furniture. It was a father a son -- son either seemed to be learning or just working for the summer. He seemed of help, but the father was the experienced one. Very cordial as well. My outside water spigot wasn't turned on and he offered to fix it, but after some inspection, it looked like a bigger job. He hooked up to my powder room faucet, which worked fine. | |My only negative comment was that we hadn't discussed an extra fee for de-fleaing treatment, and that was a more expensive add-on than I expected. Felt a little like that's where they made their money since I had a coupon for the rest of the cleaning. I would recommend negotiating in advance, which I should have. | |They did a very nice job, didn't mess up or make any dents/scratches on furniture or walls. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: Mr Z and son showed on time and were very efficient and professional and before they started the job they explained what they needed to do and what they could do and what maybe a problem because of previous vendors mistakes. (White rug had problems along the base board and they made an extra effort to do their best to get the yellow spots out. The next day Mr Z called to see how I liked the work and had told me if I was not satisfied he would come back at no charge and make sure I was satisfied. He will be coming back to correct the stretching of the carpet because the machine made some hills but that is not problem. I would recommend him to friends and family.
