They did a great job. It was excellent. The two-man crew was very responsive and punctual. And their price was awesome. They also cleaned a fabric-covered chair for a good fee, while they were there.

Mr. Z was very knowledgeable and very professional. He came to my house and quoted me a very reasonable price that was only $100 higher than what it would have cost if I had taken the drapes to a dry cleaner. The great thing about Mr. Z is that he and his team reinstall the drapes and use steam on them in process to remove any wrinkles. I highly recommend Z Cleaners.

Mr. Z was great from beginning to end. He arrived on time to provide a quote and then returned as scheduled with an assistant to perform the service. I had a lot of drapes that needed to be cleaned. My Family Room windows are to the ceiling which is 18 ft. high and Mr. Z came prepared with a ladder to reach the ceiling. He was very thorough. Both he and his assistant spent time making sure the drapes were hanging correctly and were respectful of my property. I am thrilled with the result and would definitely use their services again. It went quite well. The owner personally handled our downstairs carpet cleaning. He was thorough, professional and as a wonderful attitude. In fact, we needed to later call him. back for a couple of troublesome spots and he pleasantly returned without charge.

Showed up right on time, explained what he would do, then had the job done in about 30 minutes. I am very pleased with the results and would definitely hire Z again! I got three quotes for this job, Z was $75.00 less than the other quotes.

I've used Z cleaners twice now for cleaning my drapes and have been very happy with them each time. They are always very responsive, and not only do they pick up and return the drapes after cleaing but also took them down and put them back up again and steamed them in place for the price quoted. They also shortened one pair of drapes for me. I'm not as happy with that job - some of the stitching on the hem came undone soon after they were hung and over time, that has become worse. They also needed to cut the lining shorter when it was turned up since it's a bit bulky. It wasn't so bad that I was going to send them back at the time but now wish I had. Despite the above problem with the shortened drapes, I would absolutely use ZCleaners again for any drape cleaning and would definitely recommend them to others for that service.

They showed up on time, took down the draperies, cleaned them, and returned to hang the draperies. I was completely satisfied with the job they did. They also gave me a senior discount as advertised on their website.

Excellent service and they did a great job!! Carpets look wonderful and the stretching makes them look like they were just installed. They also dry cleaned in place a flat area rug and it looks much better. Previously, another company had cleaned it and the colors had run onto the beige background. The color runs could not be reversed but the rug now looks bright and clean and ready for company. The owner and his helper were very professional and pleasant. They also were accommodating to a different service provider who unexpectedly showed up to do some work and I appreciated that. I would definitely recommend them.
