Z Cleaners arrived on time, walked through the house and discussed any problem spots I had, then they immediately got to work. The carpets are over 12 years old. However, after they were done the carpets looked brand new. I have several people ask if I had gotten new carpet!

When I signed up for the 7-room deal I picked a window of time for them to arrive to do the work. A team of three arrived right on time and were polite and efficient. I had several rooms full of furniture, so something to note -- they don't move furniture, so if you want the 'whole room' experience you will need to move it yourself or have the furniture moved before they get there. They will clean all around the furniture but not move it, except for things like chairs around the table, but not move the table. When they finished they walked me around to see the work and explain why some stains did not come out. Also, understand that this is just a basic cleaning with nothing extra -- no deep stain treatment, no pet urine treatment -- none of that, although they will do it for an extra fee, which I found too steep. Start to finish took less than 2 hours.

They did a great job. Did not try to upsell me anything. Showed them what to clean and they did it. Great, professional and on time.

Carpets were really dirty, and they brought them backnow to life.

Did not schedule. Saturday hours posted by vendor on this website but they stated they do not work on Saturdays. This is annoying when trying to schedule.

If I could give them a higher rating, I would. They were prompt, courteous and did an excellent job on my white carpet. They knew I needed to move a piece of furniture to a different location and, without my asking, they moved it for me. Very above and beyond. When they were all done, I asked about raking and they came in and raked all the carpet. The price was very fair. I highly recommend and will never use anyone else again.

They gave us 8 areas of carpet cleaning. Since the master bedroom was large they took that as 2 areas. They didn't asked my son if we would like to get the other areas cleaned for extra price. The main area that I wanted done was not done and whatever chemicals they used did not have a fresh smell to it.

It was just fine. The price was very good.

Z Cleaners did a great job. These guys are punctual, respond quickly to emails (an absolute must in my business) and went above and beyond. They found loose carpet on the staircase and fixed it free of charge! Use them, you'll be glad you did.

I was at my friend's house when Z Cleaners arrived. They arrived on time, did a thorough cleaning job in areas easily accessible (they don't move large/heavy furniture), and vacuumed up most of the moisture. As they said it would, the carpet dried in 2 - 3 hours and looked great! Their equipment was impressive and the workers used it very well. Thanks to Z Cleaners for a job well done for my friend!

Arrived on time and completed the work in an hour as previously indicated. Excellent service.

All work was performed and completed to 100% satisfaction. They called ahead of time to let us know they were coming and arrived on time as scheduled. They were very professional and had the equipment necessary to get the job done. I was very pleased with the steam cleaning as well as the whole house vent cleaning. The prices were very reasonable and I would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them for their work.

The two Z Cleaner personnel were prompt, efficient and even moved a heavy bed (at my request) to sufficiently clean under the bed. Both had great attitudes and were very professional. I'd use them again for future carpet cleaning tasks.

Did an excellent job! Came with all the necessary equipment. Took about an hour.

The owner, who answered my call, was very friendly and helpful, and was able to schedule service on the exact day and time I requested. The technician, Ganbaa, called 20 minutes before arriving, and arrived right on time. He was quick, professional, and did a great job. Can't ask for more than that! Highly recommended.

I have used the same carpet cleaning guys for 15 years until he retired so I was/am very hesitant on using anyone new. But after research and reading others' reviews...... I emailed Z Cleaning yesterday on Angie's list and they called first thing this morning. Spoke with Z himself; he was out of town. He was extremely pleasant and very informative on how to prepare before they arrive and more importantly how to get the best results after. Not only did they call me right away, but got me on the schedule in 2 hours! WOW! The gentleman that came to do the service was prompt (actually a little earlier) he was very courteous: he genuinely cared about his work and making sure I was completely satisfied. He was respectful by covering his shoes with booties. It is cold today so he propped something against the front door to try to keep cold air out (he ran house through the front door). When we did the final "walk through" he noticed a little stain and went back out to his vehicle after already packing up and got the equipment out again to get that spot. He also worked on a stubborn grape gatorade spot, it definitely helped; however, it's not completely gone, but it has been there a couple months. I def was pleasantly surprised on how much he did get out. He was in and out for 5 areas in an hour and half. Completely satisfied and will use them again without hesitation!!!!! Price was fair, service was good, and I really appreciated how they called 30 minutes prior to arrival. This is our 3rd time calling someone to either clean or restore our basement, but Z Cleaners is the only ones I will be calling back.

Z cleaners is hands down the most reliable carpet cleaning service I have ever used. Quick response time for scheduling, advance call confirming arrival and prompt arrival. Costs not covered in the special were very clearly noted, and there was no pressure when Z arrived to purchase those additional services. Carpets are very clean - the additional cost for pet stain removal was fair and reasonable.

It went very well. They are coming back out again to clean my carpet next week. I used my $5 rewards. They were on time, efficient and thorough. They were done a lot quicker than I thought but I was very pleased with their job. They were able to get out some stains that I weren't sure were going to come up or not.

Team of 2 men, were very courteous, listened to my specific requests due to our children's allergies, and performed the tasks quickly and with great detail. Would hire them again.

He is very good and very reliable. He is always on time and I've used him several times.
