I always call the provider before I purchase any offer on Angie's List. I spoke with the provider and told him I wanted to sub a couch for an area of cleaning. He said they could do it no problem. I purchased the offer, and spoke to the provider after who then said he could not swap them out and that I would need to purchase another offer and there would be an additional fee. I do not want to work with this provider. I have cancelled the offer with Angie's list and requested a refund.

Easy to schedule. Gave great advice on what service we needed. Cleaned all the pet stains. Only had one red Gatorade stain that did not fully come out. Very professional. Will use again.

The rug was really dirty and they did the best they could, I would have them back again, they communicate well, we're on time and completed the job quicker than I thought they would. Would probably have the rug cleaned more often.

Company arrived within the time frame selected; cleaned and deodorized carpet. There was a small additional charge for the deodorizing, which we agreed upon beforehand, and which was not part of the original price/package.

They are very punctual, the guy is very thorough doing the job. They did a great job and they keep the same price. It was pricey but it was okay I guess.

Team was punctual and professional. The process went pretty easy, but I think it helped that we didn't live there yet and didn't have much furniture. After cleaning you can't step on the rugs for 6-8 hours, so that would be a problem otherwise.

Mr. Z and his team were flexible in scheduling and did a fantastic job. There services were efficient (less than 2 hours), professional (were prompt and very easy to work with) and left my new home looking and smelling brand new. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

Do a good job on the cleaning except we still have some spots in our master bedroom. We had phone discussing for a cost to put down Scotch Guard and he said it would be additional $78 or $80 to add the Scotch Guard. I asked him to send me an email with the revised cost and was told he would remember. Once the job was complete he advised me that I had already paid the $168 and now I own him $168 for the Scotch Guard that I had requested. I told him no way was it going to cost $336. for the total job and he never said that amount. I advised him I would never have accepted the $168 for the Scotch Guard treatment. He said well I must have misunderstood him. I did not misunderstand and I should have been more persistent in receiving a revised quote. I knew that I owed him more that the $168 so I paid him and additional $100, which totaled up to be $268. for the total job. I just felt he has good reviews from Angie and I use Angie's a lot and feel comfortable in doing so.

On time, polite. Not only pleased but impressed with their hard work. So much so, had them due additional work at a very reasonable price!
