Description of Work: We called as their schedule changed and they were able to come earlier. Z-Cleaners cleaned LR, basement (w/stairs), stairs and hallway, master bedroom. Carpets are much cleaner. He was careful to make sure he didn't bring in dirt from the outside on the cleaning hose. We are now scheduled for twice a year cleaning.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning for 5 rooms deal. Z cleaners did agree to do both of our stairs and hallway because we only had 2 main rooms of carpet to clean. Z recommended hand brushing the stairs and it was definitely a huge improvement. Z is very kind and made sure I was aware of any important things. Z came late in the afternoon and even left his large industrial fan for us overnight to help dry our carpets.

Description of Work: Scothgarded carpets and steam cleaned them. It went very well- Z was on time and professional. The quality of the work was great.

Description of Work: They claimed light furniture moving but did not do it, hence large areas were not cleaned as expected. I asked and even offered to help, but was told "no". Did not use risers so even if furniture was moved, it was put right back down on wet carpet. I did not use the full coverage of the offer and even still the tech missed large areas, likely because he spent the entire time on the phone. Any spots that I called out were not removed and in one case, the spot became MUCH worse. I will not use this service again.

Description of Work: Mr.Z was prompt getting to my house. He actually phoned 15 minutes before the arrival time to be sure I was home & waiting for him. |He did an excellent job of cleaning my wall to wall carpet in the living room, dining room, family room, downstairs & upstairs hallways & the stairs. He also cleaned two area Chinese rugs, for no extra cost. He treated rugs with stain protection & fabric protection for $100. I would definitely use his services again, when need. I would highly recommend this provider.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets upstairs and downstairs plus the stairs. We were so impressed that we had him also clean the rugs in our other house at a later date! Strongly recommend this company!! Unlike some other rug cleaning companies, the rugs dried very quickly and they all look great!

Description of Work: Z Cleaners cleaned and deodorized 4 rooms, a hallway and steps. They arrived early, reviewed the areas, and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets.

Description of Work: Z Cleaners cleaned the carpets in 2 bedrooms, long hall and stairs. The hall and stairs in particular are heavy traffic areas. Z Cleaners was able to get up grease spots, and went over the stairs twice to get them fully cleaned. The best part was that they were flexible in scheduling and accommodating me, and once the service was completed, did not push to try to sell additional services. I will definately use them again.

Description of Work: We used Z Cleaners as a result of one of their "big deals". They were prompt and thorough in executing on the service. Our carpets were the cleanest we have seen them since they were new! Only draw back (and hence, "B" for professionalism, is we asked that no shoes be worn in the house (or they be covered appropriately) as a result of our small children. This request was not adhered to. Nonetheless, we would use them again (hopefully with shoes covered) due to the quality of work performed.

Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for $99, which covered 4 areas of carpet cleaning. I then added some more areas for a price of $250, extra. Overall, it was a very good value for what I received. Z was punctual and professional and did a great job.
