Description of Work: I bought the deal for carpet cleaning. They were very punctual and polite. The service was to include light furniture moving, and at the end when he had me check everything, I noticed that they had not cleaned under my couch. I askd if it could be done, even if I moved it (couch isn't very heavy, and is in the middle of the room - easy to move). He said that moving it wasn't too much, but they'd also have to put protection under the feet (torn pieces of plastic - not a difficult thing), and he didn't think it was very dirty under the couch, because it hadn't been very dirty under the large chair nearby. I explained that the couch hadn't always been there, and there had been higher traffic there prior to moving the couch to it's current location. He still wasn't interested in cleaning there. I let it go, but it colored my perception of our service. It was a decent deal at the lower price, but I wouldn't call it excellent service.
