They were efficient and professional had them return and do basement

It was okay, I wouldn't use them again. We paid additional costs because we got some tiles cleaned. It was like $225. The carpet didn't come clean, it doesn't seem like it got cleaned at all.

Z Cleaners is very professional, timely and they do a good job. They actually arrived about 10 mins early--in downtown DC on a weekday, no less. There were two of them (including Z, the owner) and they were done in 1.5 hours. Highly recommend them, and will use again.

Z Cleaners arrived promptly at my residence and since it is a high rise building they brought their portable unit to clean the upholstery for our couch, loveseat and ottoman. They laid out blankets/mats and put on shoe coverings before starting the work. They proceeded to thoroughly clean the affected pieces and worked on them far longer than I had anticipated which after seeing the final result was amazing. The length of time spent showed this wasn't about surface cleaning that would have taken a shorter amount of time. They went into the nooks and crannies and made sure that everything was completely addressed. Pricing was fair and their professionalism was on point. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Did a great job! Had them add some carpet stretching on for $150 extra on top of an Angie's List deal for $375 for carpet cleaning. Very professional, moved most furniture and protected the wood with covers. Carpets are in much better shape now. Highly recommend!

They were very responsive when setting up the appointment. They were there when they said they would. Carpets look great. There were a couple of stains that they couldn't get up, but I don't think that was their fault.
