I just purchased a condo and wanted the carpets cleaned prior to moving in. Z and his wife were responsive, on time and very easy to work with. My carpets looked brand new, now. I'd definitely use them in the future and also referred them to a friend.

The service was completed on time and very professional.

They came out immediately after I purchased the deal. We were very satisfied with them. My wife said they did an excellent job! The carpet dried by the end of the day. There were no additional fees associated with the deal.

Outstanding experience. The provider called the evening before to verify time of arrival. He's was right on time, very professional in the cleaning process. The area to be done probably exceeded 'four areas' but he went ahead and did it without any hassle. Most of the light furniture was already moved, however he did move three heavy chairs and placed protective plastic under the legs until the carpet was dry. We were really satisfied with his work. We would quickly recommend him to others and since he provides other services, may call him for those as needed.

I only had 2 area rugs that needed cleaning and it was going to cost more than I wanted to pay therefore I requested a refund. The gentleman was very courteous and professional.

It went fine, they were very good. They called me right away to schedule service. They sent two people. They cleaned a large bedroom, a hallway, and a sitting area in my condo on the third floor. It took about 45 minutes to dry. They were able to use the hose and the truck-mounted equipment. They did not provide the stain protection or deodorizing as I did not need it.

Very professional work. Carpets are in very high traffic areas expecially with the dogs. Carpets look like neww again.

I bought the deal for carpet cleaning in a house I have tenants in. The provider was very diligent in working with the tenants to set up a time convinient to them. They kept me informed of the progress and called me on the day of the job. i was not able to call back until two hours later and found out that tenants asked more areas to be cleaned than what the deal offered. They did it and did a great job. Did not even push to charge more. Definetly will be calling them again and recommending them within my circles :)

The Z Cleaners were at my residence at 8:00 a.m. as they had promised to be. They went right to work and cleaned my carpeting and did a beautiful job. I certainly would hire them again.

These guys were great! They showed up on time, they were very thorough, paying special attention to the areas of the carpet I was most concerned with. They finished in about an hour and most important the carpet is CLEAN. It looks and smells great. I will definitely call them again when needed.

They arrived on time and spent about 1 1/2 hours cleaning the carpet. They did a good job on a very old carpet.

Everything was cleaned satisfactorily but the price was not $99 as advertised but a total of $193.00. The reason, we were told, was because we had pet stains and odors that they were unaware of when we signed up for the cleaning. Had we had known they needed to be informed of this beforehand we would have done so but after they were already here in my home, there wasn't much we could do. Conversing with them was extremely difficult because of their very heavy accent. The owner had left msgs on my phone but I could not understand what was said. They were courteous, worked hard, did a good job and we would have them again.

It was easy, they were fast, but really did the pre treating and deodorizing well. Left card with offer to retreat the deodorizer in a week when I call. Recommend them highly

Z and his son were on time, very cordial, advised me what they would try today to see if it worked, and only then said if it didn't, would come back and replace padding under carpet where dog peed. They also cleaned two upholstered chairs. They arrived even before the 10 a.m. agreed upon time and were done by 11:30 a.m. I will DEFINITELY use them again.

Z and his son came promptly with a huge machine which was stationed in the foyer which is tiled. They first sprayed the surfaces which was used to kill any bacteria and spot cleaned the areas that needed it. They moved furniture as necessary before deep cleaning the carpets. I was impressed by the two men....very professional, while still being friendly and helpful! I originally only wanted the traffic areas cleaned, but they explained that it would be better to do everything for the best appearance. I'm glad that I did this. The results are very good and the spots that I was concerned about are no longer there. Drying time was a little longer than I expected, but not a problem. I would definitely use them again. Apparently, they do other things besides carpets so I will use them for my upholstered furniture next.

There were a number of old stains that were left over by previous carpet cleaners. Z-Cleaners father & son business got them out, along with dried gum, magic marker and other food stains. First "Z" goes through every room to remove all light furniture and uses plastic filament covers under the heavy furniture feet to protect them from getting wet or wood stain leakage onto the carpet. He then used a fabric cleaner that's sprayed directly on all soiled areas throughout the house. This cleaner breaks down all heavily soiled areas. He then works the cleaners into the fabric and gives them ample time to work loosening the stains. The cleaner he described is a non-allergenic cleanser, which smells excellent, and is a non-toxic liquid and thorough cleanser. It made the entire house smell so clean with an outdoor scent. I opened the outdoor spigot to hook up his hoses, which he than brought the pressure steam washer that worked out the stains using water pressure, steam and suction, which deep cleaned into the core fabric to its base and pulled all the dirt out, leaving a beautiful rich looking carpet. The entire process to clean four rooms, a staircase, foyer and hallway was only two (2) hours, because they work like a team, they are very organized, starting from the top of the house working their way down the steps into the living and dining room, so it's a great process to watch. Once completed, he asked if I wanted him to put the furniture back. The reason he asks, is it takes the carpets 6 hours to fully dry. Since some of the light furniture has wood stain, I suggested I would wait for it to dry so I don;t chance any wood stains being set on the wet carpet. I would strongly recommend Z Cleaners, LLC, but the way he's going I can see why hes so busy!

I'm very glad Angie's List referred me to Z Cleaners. I have always cleaned our rugs myself (when they get done), but this year the task just hung on my to-do list forever. Frankly, the thought of lugging the heavy equipment from the rental agency, getting it up and down stairs, the noise, the labor, etc., etc. had me procrastinating. I saw the Big Deal for rug cleaning offered and bought it. Mr. Z scheduled me right away and came when he said he would. He was careful and did all I requested without supervision. His machine was quiet but effective. He worked very hard and was done in an hour and a half. The rugs look lovely and dried much more quickly than the machines I used to rent. Before beginning, he asked me which ones I needed to have dry first, and he worked on that room right away and deployed a powerful fan to help it along. We would certainly hire this company again.

As I mentioned earlier, I had Z come back to clean the carpets in the bedrooms since I was so pleased with the results the first time. I have two sons who like to snack while they play their x-box. Needless to say, the carpeting was not so nice looking before Z cleaned the carpets. I can honestly say the carpets look new after they were cleaned! In fact, I showed a friend and they ended up having Z come clean their carpeting the next week. I plan to have Z come back every 6 months to clean carpet.

They did a good job cleaning our carpet, particularly on those areas where there is more traffic. Although we don't have animals and we don't wear shoes in the house, our carpets still get soiled from our sons. I guess they handle a lot of places where the carpet gets soiled from dogs. The cleaner guy said he loves dogs cause the give him a lot of business. Ha! I would call them again.
