Our townhouse has 12 year-old carpets that hadn't been cleaned in some time, plus we have a long-haired German Shepherd that sheds a lot. The team from Z Cleaners arrived on time (even a few minutes early), helped us move some things off the carpets and got to work. The carpets look significantly better, including stairway areas where our dog had some previous accidents. Great job and would definitely use again.

The crew showed up on time, did the work quickly and with care. They put bumpers around the corners to prevent the hose rubbing against the wood/trim. Perfect job for a stressful and time sensitive day.

The cleaners called before arrival, arrived on time and were very courteous. They used a truck mounted system for cleaning. They did a great job and kept me up to date on how the job was coming. Which was useful since I had my four kids at home for the summer and I was keeping them entertained outside while Z cleaners worked. It took quite a few hours to get my berber carpets and the couches cleaned, which is what I expected. The couches were microfiber and had never been professionally cleaned in the 10 years we had them and look brand new now. My carpets were original to the house and I was not sure they had ever been cleaned by the previous owner, plus we have two small dogs, and four kids running in and out of the house so they were very dirty. They were able to get all my dirt and pet stains out and deodorize the carpets. After they left and the carpets had dried I found an area in my bedroom that felt sticky and unlike the other areas of the carpet felt. I contacted them through Angie's list email stating what I found. They replied within 24 hours and they said they would come back out and re-clean that area for free and redo the upstairs hallway for free. I was very impressed with them and how good their customer service was. I will definitely be calling them again for future cleanings. I felt their prices were fair and that they did quality work, as well as stood behind their work. I have a steam cleaner and used to clean my carpets myself but it has been broken for over a year so my carpets were really dirty. I managed to get it fixed after Z cleaners came the first time and I was curious to see how dirty the water was after the carpets had been professionally cleaned. I did a small area that I knew the water previously had alway come up black or dark brown (eww!). This time it came out with only a light yellow color that was probably due to the cleaner's soap rather than dirt. I was very, very pleased to see this. I cannot express how thrilled I am to finally have clean carpets and now feel comfortable with the kids sitting or lying on the floor without cringing at knowing how much dirt it was hiding or not hiding. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Z cleaners!

I needed to pay a bit extra to treat for dog smells and more than 8 areas. Z Cleaners was prompt in calling to arrange for a time, arrived promptly and called to discuss options after seeing the carpet. They did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet.

Communication leading up to service was great. They showed up on time and were very professional in cleaning all carpet areas. Many stains were removed to include some moving of various small furniture. Carpets look great and price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Got it all clean, and moved heavy recliner out and back, used cushioning under table/chair legs to ensure no stains. Quick-drying, no chemical odor. I'll repeat my use of this service regularly. Nice guy, too!

Z Carpet Cleaners cleaned one room's carpet that we feared would have to be replaced, as it had nail polish stains, ink stains & makeup stains among others in our daughter's room. It came out totally clean. We were absolutely impressed. Courteous, on time, put on shoe protectors, laid out protector for our hardwood floor where the equipment would lay. They greatly exceeded our expectations & we would use him again & recommend him to our friends & family. It was a great experience.

.The service was great. They came in promptly and cleaned all carpets thoroughly. My carpets are 9 years old, and were in very bad shape, with several stains (red wine, dirt) and the usual wear in high-traffic areas. After the service, my carpets looked as new as I can recall seeing them, deeply cleaned. They moved the furniture around to get at the areas that have rarely been cleaned (or even vacuumed much). I highly recommend them, and will certainly be using them in the future.

Z Cleaners did a wonderful job at cleaning up our rugs. First, they contacted me shortly after posting my inquiry thru Angies List. They were flexible with their schedule and were able to fit us the next day in the early morning. Father and son arrived on time and went right to work. They were very thorough and worked really h****** some stubborn stains. They also cleaned our shag rugs. Everything looks brand new. We highly recommend Z Cleaners.

I negotiated the price of the pet treatment before they saw the house but honored it even though I think it was worse than they expected. I had to change the start time, which they gracefully accommodated. They arrived promptly on time and did an extremely thorough job. Another thing I appreciated was that they didn't try to sell me any products, unlike other services I've used in the past. With fans and a dehumidifier, the carpets were dry in no time. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.

Mr. Z and his assistant arrived on time and worked very efficiently. They steam cleaned the tiles in our bathroom and steam cleaned our stainmaster carpets. Carpets look and feel great!

This was a very good experience and we were very pleased. The cleaners called ahead to say they were on their way and showed up exactly on time and got to work. Very courteous. They moved furniture and set up fans to aid the drying process. They were done in less than hour and the carpets looked great. We will use them again and recommend them.

A lovely gentleman-- Very prompt and a hard worker! I had been concerned about lifting heavy furniture and getting all my 'stuff' off the floor, but he and his helper did the whole job, no problems, no muss, no fuss. I'd hire them again in a second.

Work was completed and carpet looked great. Tech even offered to leave a large fan to help dry carpet in the basement. Will definitely use Z Cleaners again.

I had extremely worn and heavily soiled carpets. Mr. Zu and his assistant were pleasant, on time, and fast! They reglued a spot where the carpet joined the kitchen floor. They removed some sort of residue that a handy man had left on the carpet after a previous dry wall repair. The carpets had dirt trails in the traveled areas. All gone! They are miracle workers! I will hire this company again and again. I recommend their service to anyone who appreciates a good deal and a job well done.
