+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job. The drapes look great and after they rehung them, they went over them with a lint roller just to ensure there was no more pet hair left.
Description of Work: I have a wall of drapes in my livingroom that have been up for a little over 5 years and they needed a good cleaning. With two dogs and a cat, the bottom of the draperies had hair on them and looked dingy. Z Cleaners was quick to schedule a time to come by and pick up the draperies and returned them within a week. It would have been sooner but I was out of town.

+ 0 moreIn addition to how well my carpets were cleaned as described above, the owner and his worker called a few minutes before the scheduled arrival time to say they would be there within 10 minutes and were, plus they were pleasant and worked steadily. They were neatly dressed and wore protective covers on their shoes to protect my carpets. The owner answered all my questions plus provided additional information. Since my wall-to-wall carpeting is older, I am particularly thrilled it looks so great after "Z Cleaners" cleaned it. I will definitely call "Z Cleaners" when I need carpeting cleaned again!
Description of Work: I got an Angie's Big Deal a while back and used it 10/20/15. Z Cleaners, LLC did a great job for me. The owner (Zulkhuu Luvsanvandan) explained his cleaning process involved a strong extraction of the carpet cleaner and dried in several hours, and it did. I was concerned about how long it would take my wall-to-wall carpeting to dry as I have an unusual pad under the upstairs carpeting (same type as used for Oriental rugs). Just to be sure my carpet was 100% dry, I used a fan and let it blow upward on each flight of stairs as stairs tend to get dirty fairly easily and stay cleaner longer if completely dry before use. I also put a dehumidifier in each of the two largest rooms. To my surprise, neither dehumidifier picked up any moisture. About 95% of the walk paths in the master bedroom came up, too. This was the area that needed cleaning most.

He followed up with a confirmatory email, and he and his colleague arrived within the scheduled service window, with a courtesy phone call to let us know he was 10 minutes away. The carpets look great, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Zul again.

+ 0 moreZ Cleaners treated these old carpets like the treasures they are. The carpets are now just beautiful! You can now see all the subtle colorations. Just a world of difference. When I asked Zulkhuu how often I should be cleaning them, he suggested every two or three years. Yikes! I will follow his advice in the future. The drapes turned out to be a far lighter color! Terrific experience.
Description of Work: We have very good oriental carpets throughout our house. Four are room sized. Eight others are smaller. These are have been in the family for many years. I have not had them cleaned in the last 10 or 12 years. We also had floor-to-ceiling drapes in two living spaces that were quite dirty. They were inherited from the previous owner.

They also worked very quickly, which is nice since we had to take our baby and two large dogs out of the house while they cleaned everything.
