It was pretty reasonable. We've used them in the past and we keep going back to them because we know them and they know us.

Service staff when you call are are super nice and helpful, easy to make a convenient appointment. Plumber, Bryan, a very experienced plumber, arrived promptly and was very nice, very experienced and knowledgeable man. He did the work efficiently, neatly did not try an up sell things and it was a pleasure to talk with and have him do the work. Wacker Plumbing is excellent in my opinion and I highly recommend them and will use them again when needed. Great people and a great company !

Woke to the sound of running water flooding from an inside closet into my main hallway. I stopped the leak by cutting all water to my house. That valve was in the aforementioned closet. I called Wacker , told the dispatcher I had an emergency, and asked if she could get a plumber here quickly. She said she'd call me back, and did, within a few minutes. Bryan arrived about 30 minutes later. He knew immediately that the pressure reducing valve was the culprit. He first tried the least costly option of replacing an O-ring. When that didn't work, he replaced the entire valve. This solved the problem. As a courtesy, he also winterized my two outside hose connections. (These had nothing to do with my main problem.) I can't speak highly enough about Wacker's responsiveness and Bryan's professionalism. This was a true emergency and they had it fixed in about 90 minutes from the time of my initial call. I'd use these guys again in a heartbeat.

They do a good job but the pricing is not as competitive in area.

Shut off for outside faucet- I was told it was a cold weather faucet - that was it. I asked about a shut off- response was "don't need one" Both outside faucets drip when turned off - plumber did work on that Bathroom faucet- he would not put it in due to poor quality (which I did appreciate) He told me to get a new faucet, ask for him and he would only charge to install the faucet. I did, another plumber was sent instead of the one requested and confirmed - and I was charged for the initial visit. When I called the office, they said they would return the $60.00 initial fee - I have never had this fee returned And... both faucets continued to leak, new plumber "fixed it" again - they both still leak And... the bathroom faucet stopper does not stop the sink. Plumber said it was a defect. Manufacturer said it was the plumber. Wacker said I had to pay for them to come fix it. I will never use them again. And why wouldn't he install a shut off valve?

Excellent work, very quick and efficient. We've found our "go-to" plumber. They even suggested items that will save us from this happening again. Very happy with the work and the responsiveness.

The crew showed up a day early (but called a few days prior to make sure it was OK with us) and began work. They were courteous, respectful, cleaned up each evening after their work, and did a beautiful job, giving us exactly what we asked for. The bathroom is a huge improvement and just beautfiul. I would recommend Keith Brood and the whole Wacker team to anyone who needed plumbing or remodeling. We plan to have them do our second bathroom as well.

Timely, very friendly, and very quick. Completed all three repairs in less than a half an hour. Highly recommend.

The company responded quickly to the request of needing a plumber for a leak we saw on the ceiling of the laundry room. Upon cutting a whole in the ceiling that appeared to be growing mold and looked wet, Brian immediately found that we had a continuous pinpoint spray that was occurring in one of the main copper pipes that was oxidized. He replaced a section of the pipe and was finished in a short period of time. Will definately use them again for future plumbing needs.

Wacker was very professional and did a great job. The day of my appointment Gail called and explained they had a separate job where they had uncovered some larger issues so asked if they could arrive late or if we could reschedule; however my shower faucet handle (only one shower/bath in the condo) had fallen apart so I was rather desperate to have them come that day. They only arrived one hour late (Gail kept me in the loop on who was coming and when) and a second plumber later came to assist. Bryan arrived first and got right to work on a fairly extensive replacement of the shower valve. He had to identify where it could be accessed on the backside of the shower and did a very nice, neat job going in through the wall in another room and making an access panel that I will be able to paint over so it is not evident he had to cut a 12x12 inch square out. Larry then showed up and replaced the three faucets I had previously purchased to upgrade the look of the bathrooms. He also cleared a very slow flowing drain. Both men had the work done in two hours and left everything very clean and neat. All of the faucets are working wonderfully. Regarding the cost, I did not call around to compare what this would have cost with other companies. I had a friend who had her bathroom remodeled by Wacker and she was very pleased with their work so I went with her recommendation. I had already purchased the three faucets as well as the replacement shower/head valve so the cost breakdown was roughly $62 for the supplies they provided (couplers, access panel, pipe, water lines, etc) and the labor was roughly $611. I thought for the job they did in two hours and how well they did it, I was quite pleased with the total cost of $673.

Work was performed quickly and efficiently. The project turned out to be more complex than anticipated. The repairmen took great care to minimize damage to kitchen equipment and furniture, and their work was meticulous.

Wacker's personnel were punctual, careful, efficient, polite. All went quite well.

Apparently, a section of the water pipe in my garage froze and burst during the winter freeze. I didn't find out until I opened the outside faucet and water began flowing behind the drywall. Because of where the water was flowing, the Wacker plumber, Jamal, had to guess where to open the dry wall. He hit the right spot on the third try; he then cut out and replaced the section that burst. He was done in about an hour. While Wacker also does drywall repair, I chose to get an "Angie's List" painter instead (cheaper and a bit more suited for the task.

They do a great job. They installed a sewer injector and have done other little plumbing jobs. They are always prompt.

The Wacker plumber, Jamal, was great (both professional and personable). Cleaned the trap and made sure the disposal was operating properly.

Our main water pipe outside was frozen. We had no water coming into our house. I called 20-30 different plumbers and no one could come because they were all booked due to the weather. By some miracle, a plumber was next door for a different reason and my husband just went over to ask him what we should do. He offered to help us out and used a blowtorch to thaw the main line. He didnt ask for a payment. We paid him a small amount for helping us out. I will definitely use this company in the future. The willingness for this plumber to help us and not ask for payment tell me a lot about this company and the type of people they employ. So thank you very much for your help. Who knows when we would have gotten someone to come take a look especially with the big snow storm coming tonight.

I got them based off of Angie's List. So far, I've been pretty satisfied with that. They showed up and did the job. It seemed like a good price. They showed up when they said they would. It took them an hour.

He was very professional and courteous. He worked quickly and efficiently. He did have to leave a couple times to get more parts from his shop, but otherwise everything ran smoothly. I will definitely use Wacker Plumbing again!

It went well and quickly, as well as the prior appointment for fixing a leaking bathtub. I would recommended them!

I was leaving for work and the door to my garage was sticking and very snug in its frame - that was unusual. I went into the garage and was greeted by a dripping sound and a large puddle of water on the floor... I knew I had a leak somewhere in the ceiling of my garage, and started calling plumbers based on availability. Wacker Plumbing was able to get to me very quickly, diagnose the issue, and repair the leak, which originated from a cracked pipe. The plumber was courteous and professional and I was very pleased with their service.

Came when they said they'd come ... did what they said they'd do ... what more can you ask

We've been using then for 22 years. They've done worked for us. They've replaced hot water heaters in the past and they've done other work for us. Everything they've done, they're great. I think their prices are very fair. They're not a big mega corporation. They're a small locally owned company and they're very good. They're very professional. They're not overpriced but they're not cheap either. I will absolutely use them again.

Wacker Plumbing really helped me out. It was just before Christmas and two of three toilets in my house stopped flushing properly and the shower faucet in our main bath was suddenly leaking. I called them on the morning of December 23rd and they had someone out to my house by that afternoon. I was stressing that the third toilet would fail on Christmas and that would be very problematic. The gentleman who came to our house was great. He was straightforward and very efficient. He snaked the toilets, replaced the water-logged flapper valves, and recommended I use Limeaway on both toilets to clean out the flush holes. The toilet situation was improved immediately and the Limeaway helped. We have very hard water in my community, so calcium deposits build up rapidly. All in all, he was thorough and quick. I would recommend Wacker Plumbing to my friends and I plan on using them again.
