Called early on Monday and a friendly, competent technician was able to replace the water heater that afternoon. They were $1,000 cheaper than a competitor. Yes, a thousand dollars, that's not a typo.

They did a good job and I would definitely use them again.

Larry was early for appointment, professional and efficient. Toilet was clogged with cat litter, which was a chore to remove. He hung in there and got our toilet working again.

We did not know where the leak was coming from. It only presented in the basement ceiling. We were terrified that we would have to dig into the kitchen or bathroom tiles! Bryan Wacker came and looked over the leak and our plumbing drains. He immediately suspected a crack in the plastic pipe that connected from our kitchen sink into our cast iron drain stack. He went OUTSIDE and carefully oped up the siding without removing it. Indeed the plastic pipe was cracked just where he thought it would be. I think he is a Houdini! Apparently our cast iron stack had "settled" and the plastic drain cracked at the threads into the cast iron. The pressure on the threads of the cast iron were so bad that he could not insert a new drain. He found a solution by placing an outside the pipe flexible connector between the cast iron and the new plastic pipe. He removed all the wet insulation and replaced it. He also showed me that my sink trap was leaking (he showed me the drip markings) and so he also replaced that. He even tightened down my sink faucet that was swiveling. He took care of everything! He did not charge me for the initial diagnostic visit. Just a super job! He carefully returned the siding to its original place. You cannot tell that the siding was ever disturbed. I cannot recommend them enough!

They did a good job. I was quite pleased in every way. A friend recommended them and I saw that they were top rated on Angie's List. The man that came out took some initiative and responsibility to help solve a problem, which was good. He helped me choose replacement toilets for him to install. No one else would have bothered to do that. They weren't cheap.This was not a bargain call.

They assessed the problem. They were very thorough. They didn't perform the work. They cut a hole in our ceiling to assess the problem. They found a water breach in the sub floor under the tiles were soaked and pouring water into the kitchen. Since it was the company that installed the bathroom fault, we took the problem back to the builder of the construction company. I think the price was a little high. They told us what the builder "might" try and say what the problem was to avoid having to fix it or might try to band aid the problem by caulking with is actually what they ended up doing anyway. I got the impression that they were experienced in that type of problem working with builders and how builders try to do short cuts, that kind of thing.

Great job!! It only took 15 minutes.

Somehow our main circuit to the house blew while replacing the hot water tank. They had an electrician and Mr. Walker here before I knew it. Talk about thorough, complete, and professional. Everything was replaced and/or fixed quite rapidly.

It was compared to others, it was very reasonable price. They guarantee everything. They did plumbing in the past. They always go above and beyond. They will come in, and say you don't need that. Or, you should keep an eye on that. They are the best, very honest. The workers are super. Small mom and pop kind of place. Everyone there is really good.

I like them, they were honest. Responsiveness to your needs.

I've used them many times before. They're generally pretty dependable and reliable, and the service techs know what they're doing. But, in this instance, our sink started being slow only a few weeks after they came. They don't have any sort of warranty on snaking services. Beside the fact that it didn't seem to work so well, they aren't willing to do anything to fix the problem. In the future, I would try to find someone else first, but if no one else was available, I would use them again.

We were amazed by the speed with which they responded to our simple request, and even came back to follow up when we needed extra help. They were polite, professional and most of all--obviously knew what they were doing! They gave us the same care that I assume they would provide for someone with a project that might have been more lucrative to them. I know we will plan to use them in the future!

Great! Larry did a super job - as the whole Wacker team always does! In the past he also did a great repair job on my basement sump pump- fixed it so I didn't have to replace it- and rerouted a pipe so it would work more efficiently. They have years of experience and we have used them exclusively for well over 20 years! THE BEST!

Wacker plumbing did a wonderful job from the first interaction with their scheduler to the install itself. They were able to get the new unit in stock within a day, and were ready to install it the next. Mark and Ben arrived on time (actually a bit early after calling first to confirm that would be OK). They completed their work quickly and in a highly professional manner. They kept to their price quote even after running into a few areas requiring work beyond a typical install.

Highly ethical plumber, Eric, tried to fix the old disposal even though I was prepared to buy a new one. Once it was determined that the proverbial ship had sailed on that, he diligently installed the new device. Clean, efficient, polite. I'll be asking for Eric again when we replace our faucets soon, and when the kitchen renovation gets moving next year.

They are always prompt. They work fast, do not waste time. They seem to love their work. The woman who answers their phone is very helpful about plumbing questions, etc.

Fantastic. I called and left a message on a Sunday and they returned my call first thing Monday (today), with an appt for the afternoon. Jamal showed up right on time. He was friendly and VERY professional. He performed the work quickly and efficiently, carefully checking for leaks after the work was complete. Very satisfied. I have a new plumber.

My old sump pump was intermittent. Sometimes it didn't come on even though water was rising in the pump well -- had previously had a basement flood (about 12 years ago) due to a dead sump pump, and I wanted to be proactive. Better replace it too soon rather than too late. Technician was friendly and professional, and was able to put in the new Zoeller pump quickly. Works great.

Everything went perfectly. They arrived on time, removed the old water heater, installed the new one, hauled the old one away, tested the new one. They were punctual, careful, efficient.

We called to request a quote and requested same day service for installing new plumbing for our kitchen sink, they sent a plumber out within minutes!! They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. The initial (over-the-phone) estimate was for 2 hours but they managed to finish up in a hour and half.
