Everything was as I expected. A very reliable and professional company.

I called Wacker Plumbing based on previous reviews and got an appointment within three days. The gentleman who came out was polite and very knowledgeable. We discussed the current issues we were having and talked over several options that were available to us. We decided on replacing the tub with a higher quality steel tub, installing new tile over cement board all the way to the ceiling, relocating the shower head pipe, and installing new fixtures. The two man crew was able to come out the next week. They were very quite and courteous. They had the old tub out and out of the house without us really even hearing them. The men were also very willing to answer questions and to show us what they were doing and planning on doing. The job took three days, as agreed on, and the men cleaned up the area everyday before they departed. There was never any mess or tools laying around at the end of the day. We had asked for two soap dish/corner shelves to be installed and then changed our minds to just wanting one when we saw it would look installed and they adapted the tile plan without hesitating. We were totally satisfied with our experience with Wacker Plumbing and feel we got what we paid for. They were prompt, courteous and professional every step of the way.

Good. Showed up within the time frame provided in advance. Gave me option to use my parts (from Lowe's) or his (better quality). Fixed all problems. Showed me how to fix one of the problems myself (in the future). Friendly and conscientious.

They came on time, he didn't have the parts of the truck for the second visit because the original plumber called in sick. But the plumber that came went the extra mile and got the parts. Thank you. Pipe no longer leaks.

I was really happy with them. They seemed very competent and organized. They knew what needed to be done and they did it.

They were great and did a wonderful job. They said they were going to take two weeks and did it in two weeks. Actually, we are going to call them again next year to remodel the other bathroom.

They were excellent! They were very neat, on time, and overall did an excellent job.

Overall: Excellent. (1) The plumber came in and looked at our bathroom that was being remodeled. We thought we needed to replace the shower valve control behind the wall and had purchased a rather expensive replacement. We assumed it was so old there were no shower fixtures that would fit it (we had looked). He quickly looked at the plumbing and within seconds told us what type of shower valve it was and told us were we could quickly and cheaply purchase shower fitting that match it. He then told us not to replace it with the Price Pfister unit and it would save us a lot of money. We did what he told us and save at least $250 !!! (2) He then examined our plumbing with is on a well service and current water softener system. He recommended two other local services that specialize in well and water softeners. They were prompt. Came on time. Were very professional and friendly. Best of all they gave us their honest opinions to get the best bank for the buck instead of wasting out time and money like so many other people have done. We would recommend them or use them again in the future. We saved money we know but what bugs me is that if WE had been more careful when we started this remodeling job we would not have even needed a plumber. We HIGHLY recommend to everyone out there to please write down and SAVE all information about the types of plumbing fixtures you have. We didn't. Thank goodness this plumber was knowledgeable and honest. Our bathroom looks great so far. (Much better than before) and we saved money by doing most of it ourselves.

Wacker has been our plumber of choice for over 2 years. When planning a basement renovation, including a full bath, they were the contractor we brought in to do the plumbing work. From the start of this project, we worked with Keith Brodd. He worked with us through the selection of products, put us in contact with their suppliers to review and select options, provided detailed estimates and was very cooperative in modifying the specifications. The work had to be done in two phases (pre-drywall) and post drywall and tile installation. Keith worked with us on the scheduling and all the work was done according to schedule. The crew doing the work, including Keith, was totally professional and committed to excellent work. As usual, we were completely satisfied with the work by Wacker Plumbing and will continue to use them for our plumbing needs.

After researching plumbing and remodeling companies through Angie's List, Washington Checkbook and the Better Business Bureau, we called Wacker Plumbing to secure an estimate. Richard Wacker (owner) came the same day to give us a free estimate. He is very knowledgeable about the products to be used and a delightful gentleman to work with. He was willing to make a master bathroom look expensive on a budget. I was surprised when only one young man, Ronnie, came to start the project. However, this fine young man performed most of the work on his own and did an outstanding job. I was very impressed with the quality of his work, his dedication to the project, his politeness, and extreme courtesy. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. The result is an incredibly beautiful master bathroom and updated powder room and second bath. I highly recommend Wacker Plumbing for any remodeling job.

The work crew showed up on time as scheduled, finished withing the estimated time frame, and were very courteous and cleaned up as they worked. Overall, a very nice experience!

These guys were great. I called at 10:40 on Friday morning to schedule an appointment to figure out why my water pressure had been drastically reduced. They could get someone to my house between 12-2 that same day, and by the time I got home at 11:55, the plumber was at my door waiting for me. He quickly diagnosed the problem, told me how much it would cost to resolve the problem(replacing the pressure reducing valve)and he was done by 12:40. He also took the time to answer a couple of other unrelated plumbing questions I had, giving me practical advice. I will absolutely work with Wacker Plumbing again, and I would recommend them to anyone I know who needs a plumber.

I bought a vacant, bank owned property with problem water pressure and had tried to repair my faucet cartridges by myself. One out of five didn't want to play. I found Wacker on Angie's List and called them. they were available that same afternoon or the next day, and I picked the next day. Larry showed up within the appointed time window and had already read the notes I'd given the dispatcher and went straight to work. I already had the necessary part to replace, and he got the problem one out and installed the new one. While here I had also asked him to diagnose my water pressure and he took a quick look at the master valve to make sure it was sufficiently open and each faucet and shower replacing or cleaning out all the aerators. He comped me the parts. As it happens he had also had the same problem with his old hot water heater where the dip tube had disintigrated and flushed chips of white plastic throughout his hot water pipes. He gave me some great advice about regularly checking and flushing the appliances and faucets aerators to try to purge the stuff over time. ...all in a half hour! Larry and Wacker are keepers!

I contacted Wacker Plumbing to receive a quote on replacing a toilet in a half bath. They provided a brief verbal estimate, over the phone, based on standard hourly rates. After consulting a few other plumbers, they were the most competitive in price and so I elected to proceed with the work. I called on a Monday to schedule the work for a Thursday. They said they would come between 1 and 3pm. They called the day before to request a slight change in schedule, but ended up rescinding their request. On the day of the work they arrived on time. Two men performed the work, one of whom appeared to be the master plumber. He introduced himself as Brian. He removed the old toilet while his assistant unpacked and assembled the new toilet. After installing the new toilet, they informed me they needed to replace an angle stop on the supply line because it was dripping. I authorized this and they finished the work. Total time on site was about 40 minutes, which was consistent with the original time estimate that I received. They cleaned up and explained the charges, which I paid immediately by credit card. The only complaint I had was that they didn't really say much. Not necessarily unfriendly, but not very talkative either. They did the work just fine.

The experience was excellent. The work wasn t very hard. He was very straightforward and got it done very quickly. He was very polite and he didn t try to sell me stuff that I didn t need. I asked him about a couple of other things and he told me what I had was fine.

I had new counter tops installed in my bathrooms and kitchen. One of the new bathroom sinks no longer lined up well with its existing trap, and the existing kitchen supply lines were now too far away from the new faucet. Rather than make 4 trips to Home Depot attempting to solve the problem myself, I decided to find a plumber. I called Wacker Plumbing on a Friday afternoon and was able to schedule an appointment the following Wednesday. The work was done professionally, in a reasonable amount of time, and at a fair price. The plumber arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, and was very courteous. He explained exactly what he was going to do before performing the work. The end result works well, and I would recommend them to others.

I called Wacker plumbing and while they didn't have one in stock, they had it the next day. I called on a Monday and they came to my home on a Wednesday. They told me they would arrive at noon and the job would take two hours. They arrived at 11:50am, removed the old tank, put the new tank in and were gone by 12:45pm. They showed up on time, were very polite and the workmanship was first rate. I would definitely recommend these guys.

This was the third or fourth time we have used them. They have done lots of things for us. They are very professional, very timely, and they really clean up well after themselves. I have also referred them to friends who have used them and were very happy with the work they did.

I have had Wacker Plumbing to my home three times. Each time they arrived when they said they would and were able to fix the problem. The plumbers were very professional and the work was done in a short amount of time.

This was the first time I have used this company. The receptionist was very pleasant and I got an appointment on Monday after calling at the end of the previous week. I asked for the first appointment of the day and they gave me a 2 hour time frame in the morning. They were timely, polite and professional. The work was done well and I was very pleased. I felt the cost was reasonable. I would absolutely use this company again.

Great. The service only took about a half an hour, the plumber was right on time and very friendly.

Excellent! They did a quality job (on both jobs). There were no leaks, the job site was cleaned up perfectly. They were hired by the general contractor for the master bath job. The job entailed installing a whirlpool tub, shower, double wall mount faucets and a toilet. They did such a good job, that we hired them to redo another bathroom. That bath included a sink, toilet and tub/shower. Since it was in the basement, it required an eviscerator and pump up to be installed.
