The new faucet was installed in less than 30 minutes, plumbing leaks related to the old faucet were repaired, and everything was left in a clean state.

The only thing I would recommend with them is that you do as much of the little work as you feel comfortable with. They use "menu" pricing, and even if it takes the pro 30 minutes, you might pay a lot for it. For example if you know how to change a flush kit in a toilet, you will save a ton of money doing it yourself - it's not that hard. But, for anything you don't feel like you could do it yourself, they will do the job right, and you'll have peace of mind. That makes the cost worth it.

The repair was perfect. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in one visit. The service man was quick to respond, diagnosed the problem very quickly, and repaired the water heater, including installation of the burner in one visit. He was considerate, clean, and knowledgable. Having used another company in the past, that was misleading, ineffective, and expensive, I so appreciate the quality work of Wacker Plumbing, as well as the ethical philosophy of the company. I'll never use anyone else.

They are reliable and stick to the estimate. I was impressed by them.

They were very responsive, did the job quickly, and reasonably. The price is a lot more reasonable than other companies. Their quality, punctuality, and communication is great. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

They have been our plumber for 25 years. We have always been please with their service. When they fix something, it stays fixed. We have used them on so many occasions that we can't select any one specific job that they have done for us to report on. A good summary would be that if it is plumbing related, Wacker has done it in our house. We will continue to use Wacker for any plumbing in our home.

Wacker is very predictable. I trust this company and will continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

Responsiveness is one of the main reasons I like to use Wacker Plumbing. They have always responded to my requests within one work day and sometimes, the same day. The technicians have always been able to determine what the problem is and know how to solve it. Over the past several months I noticed I was having mold problem in my basement. I didn't know whether to phone a mold remediation service, foundation repair, or a plumber. I decided to call Wacker Plumbing. The technician immediately determined my sump pump was broken causing a pool of water to form under the house. He then installed a new sump pump. In addition, their prices have always been very reasonable. I recommend Wacker Plumbing without reservation.

I first chose them because of the proximity of their office. They did a wonderful job with the tile but still had to come back to do some repairs. I would possibly use them again if I needed to.

The service went great; he even overestimated the time it would take him and he took 2 hours less. We bought the vent light and stuff like that ourselves. I will use them again in the future.

It was unbelievably good. They sent a crew with a few trucks and did the job perfectly. They were very responsive.

Tried Wacker after I tried another plumber who was unable to address all of the issues with my newly purchased house, which has 8 bathrooms (2 are half-bath). Most of the toilets didn't flush properly, the sinks had old mechanisms, some of the shower/tub drains didn't work, some of the the drain mechanisms wouldn't work, some of the fixtures were installed in a visibly incorrect manner, etc. Initially I started with a garbage disposal replacement, they did a bit of checking while they were out for that, and addressed a couple of items very quickly which the other plumber said could not be solved, which was a great first impression. Based on that, I scheduled servicing for all 8 toilets, 5 showers (master bathroom was OK), had them coordinate porcelain repair for 2 chipped tubs, & check my gas line outside. I opted to have access panels installed behind the showers so we didn't have to drill drywall in the future, and to have all of the toilet, sink, and shower fixtures updated (7 bathrooms total, 5 showers). Looking at one of our fireplaces, they filed a buildup off of a part which two prior "gas" technicians had skipped over. Overall, very professional, great people, very helpful with information & very capable. Probably more expensive because I had them order the shower/sink parts for me, but if I bought the parts myself I probably would have ordered something with lower quality components by accident. You get what you pay for, excellent work!

THE GOOD, THE BAD, but not so ugly We obtained estimates from three different contractors (all found on Angie?s List) for the total remodel of our master bathroom. Wacker was not the cheapest, but my husband had a good feeling about them after the owner came by for the estimate. The good . . . without exception, every representative of Wacker Plumbing who worked on our house was well-mannered, polite and careful to minimize the mess of the demo and all the remodel work. The tile work was meticulously done and looks absolutely beautiful. Overall, we are extremely happy with the way the bathroom turned out. The bad . . . three major problems occurred during the remodel. 1) The first and most major problem we had was when one of their plumbers worked on the pipes in the new shower and accidentally left a valve open when he left for the day. The next day, I went in to my dining room (directly below the master bathroom) and found a huge chunk of ceiling falling down with water all over my dining room and formal dining furniture. Although I was upset and very concerned that we would have a tough time getting them to take care of everything, they immediately said, ?we will make this right? - and they did. They replaced my wood floors, repaired the ceiling, sent our furniture to a professional drying facility to halt any further damage to the wood, dry-cleaned the dining room rug, sent the chairs and dining table leg to an antique restoration expert to repair the wood that was damaged by the water, and also reupholstered my six chairs (even though only three had water stains, but they did all six so they would match). The way they handled this incident should stand as a model for customer service for other plumbing companies! Stellar! 2) The second problem we had was that one of the guys scratched one section of the quartz countertop. They didn?t tell me about it (and perhaps they didn?t know), so when I found it we contacted them and they sent a guy out to buff it out. However, when it was buffed out the shiny finish was dull and it didn?t match the finish on the other piece on the countertop closest to it. They told us they could not find a piece to replace it, but when I called the retail store where we ordered it they assured me it was available, but the contractor would have to purchase a large slab just for that smaller piece and they didn?t want to spend the money. I understand that they wanted to stop spending money on repairing problems with this job because they had spent so much to fix the problems with the leak into my dining room, but that was not my problem. I paid for my bathroom to be remodeled, I purchased brand new quartz countertop and I wanted it to look good and be resolved. As a last ditch effort to save money, they proposed distressing the good countertop to match the dull countertop. I was ready for battle, but when we told them we would not settle for anything but brand new countertop, they ordered the new piece and installed it. 3) The third and final problem we had was with the heated flooring system. We had purchased much of the material for this job before we hired a contractor, but they said that they wanted to use their floor heating system (which cost twice as much as the system we purchased) because they were more familiar with it. However, when we used it the first few times we noticed that a couple of areas of the floor seemed much warmer than other areas. After measuring the temperature of the tiles, we discovered that these hot spots were 20-30 degrees hotter than the temperature we had set it for. They had to come back and cut into the wall and pull the wires for the hot spots and install a second control panel for those areas. The fix worked and it is functioning fine now, but we have two controls rather than one for the whole floor. I requested, and received, a reduction in the price of the floor heating system to match what we had paid for the first system we purchased. General concerns my husband and I had throughout the project were that the guys seemed to work SO slow. They gave us an estimated finish time of 3 weeks, but with all the delays and problems it took almost 6 months. I hate to complain about that because the end product looks so beautiful and I absolutely love it, but it?s rough to try and plan for people working in your house and balance a career. In fairness, we also had a couple of things we requested after the job started that added some time (repositioning a ceiling light and a bench frame in the shower). The not so ugly . . . I realize that if you are reading this you are probably thinking that this was a nightmare and I would never recommend Wacker Plumbing. But I don?t know how another company would have reacted to this situation and I am just thankful that they prioritized us, as their customer, and took care of everything that came up. They could have walked away, or fought us on the repairs that needed to be done - but they didn?t. They stood by their work and ?made it right,? and I am a happy customer because of it.

They have done a lot of work for me. The insulation work cost me $1,500. I have been pleased with their work; they have done very well. I have been very pleased with just about everything they have done. They are punctual, responsive, and professional. I will use them again in the future.

Showed up a little early (fantastic) did exactly what they promised, neat, professional, no fuss no muss. Knew their stuff and couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks for another terrific Wacker experience. This was for my Mother's Condo in Ashburn. I've used Wacker about 5 times over the past 5 years, always reliable and professional. Do not hesitate, these guys know their stuff.

They are incredibly knowledgeable about plumbing; they know their stuff and their people are excellent. I have had a couple of different plumbers come from Wacker Plumbing and they have been able fix things that other plumbers have not been able to fix. I have never had a problem with them; they are very pleasant and are quick to come out to fix the problem. I will use them again in the future.

I've had problems before with this shower leaking and there is no shutoff for it. I didn't want to try and mess with it myself. Other plumbers have fixed the leak twice before but it has come back each time. I suspect that this repair will hold for a good while. The plumber from Wacker was courteous and knowledgeable. Had no trouble doing the fix.

They did everything they were supposed to do. They stayed at my home until the town came and spoke with them. We had them out again for regular leaks and things like that. They come quickly. They are knowledgable and seem like they care.

They aren't cheap but they do very good work. It's kind of like the premium option. If they make a mistake they will fix it, they did make a mistake but it was like it never happened. They knew what they were doing because it was a tricky job.

When we realized our garbage disposal was leaking and called Wacker, they were extremely responsive, diligent and professional (as they had been when I used them in the past), came out within 24 hours and quickly replaced the disposal. A few weeks later, a handyman who was doing other work under the sink pointed out to me that the disposal had a crack running across it, assuring me he had not yet touched it. He insisted that the person who installed it must have cracked it by screwing the PVC elbow pipe too tightly to it.. I called Wacker and told them about the crack and how it was found, suggesting that the person who installed it likely cracked it. The guy who came out brought a new disposal and replaced it without charge (or challenge). He showed and clearly explained to me how it was not possible for the disposal to have broken how the handyman described. He explained that the only way the disposal could have cracked as it had was by upward pressure from underneath (e.g., to lift up the sink), which interestingly enough is what the handyman had been doing earlier as he was reattaching the sink to the granite counter top. Despite convincing me that the handyman likely broke the disposal, Wacker didn't charge me anything to replace it. In addition to their responsiveness and quality work, I am extremely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. You will probably be able to get it done cheaper by a non-licensed contractor, but these guys will do it well and in a way that makes you want to hire them again..

They are responsive when we call them, very thorough, professional, and I don't feel like they are ever overcharging us.

They were slow and the job took several visits, including one big push by my husband at the last appointment. It just felt as thought it should not have taken so long to find the crack in the toilet. They did have to order the hot water heater we wanted. They could not use the one they normally do due to the location of the tank in our basement. We had no problems and their price is competitive.

Great experience. Jarnal arrived on time (a big plus in my book), assessed the situation quickly and made the repairs in a relatively short period of time. Will use Wacker again and highly recommend this company to others.

Both times Wacker was responsive, woman on the phone was quite knowledgable and was able to correctly diagnose our bad water pressure regulator based on my description. While neither situation was an emergency, Wacker was able to send someone within 7 days in each case. In BOTH cases, plumber arrived with parts on truck, one visit - - one fix. This is about as good as it gets in the plumbing business. I have found Wacker to be "good old-fashioned plumbers". Next time we need a plumber, we will call Wacker.
