I didn't end up going with them but they were very nice and professional on the phone.

They were very responsive. They came out that afternoon and the gentleman was very courteous, got the job done very quickly, and went over the minimum time a little bit but did not charge me.

We have used this company for several years and don't call anyone else. Always honest, professional service. If we really need them they make it happen.

I received quotes from numerous local company's. I was surprised by how many didn't even call me back to tell you the truth. While although Wacker's quote was about the same as everyone else - I decided to go with them because they were the most professional and prompt. I called them on a Thursday to schedule service and they were able to arrive the next day. In the end, we didn't even have to pay the full estimated cost, because they found as they did the actual work that some steps weren't needed. They were honest and took a good amount off the quote. They were prompt & professional.

I have used this company for general home plumbing issues in the past as well as asking them for competitive bids. I have not used them 100% of the time but when I have they have returned phone calls in a timely manner, provided competitive bids, and completed the work professionally and at the cost quoted. I would use them again.

Service was professional and fairly well priced

Internal mechanism of the faucet had gone bad and needed to be replaced. Jamal came out to get the part specifications and then went back to order the parts. The faucet worked so there was no rush on the installation. Jamal came out about a week later and had the whole job done in under an hour. Very happy with the results and with the work done by Jamal.

It went very well. I had purchased a replacement disposal and was trying to install it myself. However, the old one was corroded and adhered to the sink. Nothing I did could budge it. So, I called Wacker who has done other work for us. Later that day, they arrived an hour early. While it was difficult, the plumber cut through the bolts and seals, and removed the old disposal. Within the 30 minute minimum, he was also able to install the new disposal. While I am handy with home projects - the corroded disposal was a problem I could not solve. The plumber was courteous, friendly, and effective. Great service!

They responded the same day within a few hours to do the repair. The garbage disposal seems to work and the leak appears to have stopped. The price seemed expensive but I wasn't too upset due to the quick response; however, the original floor cover plate was cut in half and left. I do not feel that leaving the plate in this state is professional, especially when it cost $200 to replace the valve.

They did a great job. Told me I didn't have a problem with one item that could have been costly to repair. Promptly fixed 3 other things (less than 15 minutes). It was a bit pricey because of the flat rate to come out, but worth every penny to have these items off my nusance list!

It went great. The plumber was prompt, neat, clear in what he said was needed. He fixed them in about two hours. It seems to me that $125+ a toilet is high, but I had gotten higher quotes from others before calling Wacker; one of the other contractors gave me mumbo jumbo about they couldn't give me a quote until they saw the toilet.

A nice guy named Jamal showed up on time, cleared the clog with a power snake, and was out the door in about 45 minutes. He was more than happy to answer my many questions as he worked. No muss, no fuss, no mess. The only downside was that the price of the work was higher than I might have hoped for.

The results look and function great, and Brian was very good in keeping me informed, answering my questions and generally making sure I was comfortable with what was happening. Highly recommended.

The plumber arrived during the time period the company promised the day after we called. It was great that they could come that fast since our kitchen sink was out of order and only one day left before Thanksgiving. The company charged on 1/2 hour blocks of time and they thought it would take less than 1/2 hour. Clearing the blockage took a little longer because the line run was so long. He also recommended strapping up a sagging section of the pipe to help prevent problems in the future. When he removed the snake from the pipe, he put down a drop cloth to keep the mess from getting on the floor. Our basement where he was working was unfinished but having the drop cloth catch the greasy smelly snake was a very professional touch. He tolerated my peeking over his shoulder and my questions very well. We then had him look at a shower that was making a singing noise when in use. We couldn't reproduce the problem but he suggested that it most likely was the diverter and offered to replace that. The cost was very reasonable for the part and it only took him 10 minutes. We'll see if that fixes the singing shower. Overall the experience was fantastic. It was much better than the experience I had trying to fix the problem myself when we first discovered it. Multiple trips to the tool rental shop with smelly frustrating hours of trying to snake out the pipe and we still had the problem. Calling Wacker the next morning and getting them out to fix the blockage was the right thing to do. Wish I had done that first.

I contacted Wacker through their website and they called me the next business day. I agreed to their set price for replacing a pressure relief valve ($320) and a plumber was out the same day to do the work. The plumber arrived on time, did a good job and it cost what they quoted. I would use them again.

Earlier this week, I had a plumber from a different company in my home to replace a flapper on my master bathroom toilet and while he was here he tested my water pressure from my front outdoor faucet and informed me that my water pressure was reading at 90 and above psi compared to an acceptable rate of about 50-60 psi. He told me that to install a new pressure relief valve his company would charge $420. Since I was clueless as to what my water pressure should be and what I needed to do about it, I called Loudoun County Water and Sanitation, explained my situation and they sent out a technician the next day. He tested the pressure and checked out the existing prv and told me that indeed my prv was not working and needed replacement. I promptly called back the company I had used before and asked them if the price of $420 that had been quoted to me was for installing a replacement valve or for putting in a new one where one hadn't existed before, and the guy told me it was the same price regardless. I promptly got on Angie's List to see about getting different price quotes, saw Wacker Plumbing, which was based in Sterling where I am, and I remembered that I had used them years ago and had been happy with the service. When I called to get a price quote, Gail, who answered the phone and was very friendly, knew exactly what a pressure relief valve was without having to check, and asked me if I knew what size the valve was. I didn't know and she gave me a quote for both a 3/4 inch and 1/2 inch replacement, with the 3/4 being about $50 cheaper. She explained to me that the 3/4 inch valve was mostly found in residential buildings. She found me in her system from the previous work they had done for me a few years ago and she told me that they had openings the next day and gave me several two-hour windows and I agreed on an 11am-1pm window. At 11:20 this morning, the technician, Jamal, showed up, tested the pressure and checked the prv and said that it was indeed a 3/4 inch valve and it definitely needed to be replaced. He told me it would take about 45 minutes, and had me turn on several faucets both upstairs and downstairs to make sure the pipes drained after he turned the water off while he did the work. He was very polite and professional and was done in about 45 minutes. I told him that the utility guy had recommended that the pressure be set at 60-65 and he concurred with that, setting it at 65. He was very knowledgeable when I asked him questions about the new valve and its expected longevity and gave me a very helpful hint about when I shut off water to my outdoor faucets for the winter. Given the promptness and professionalism exhibited by Jamal as well as how I was treated by Gail, and the equally important fact that I saved $100, I am very happy about my experience with Wacker Plumbing and will definitely use the company again.

I won't ever use another plumber now that I found Wacker. From the friendly staff who made the appointment when I called to the guy who arrived, on time, to do the work it was top notch service.

The plumber arrived early for the appointment. My husband showed him to the bathroom with the problem. After my husband described the problem, the plumber quickly diagnosed the problem and returned to his truck to retrieve the necessary part. He installed the part, checked to make sure the problem had been fixed, and cleaned up after himself. The total experience took less than 30 minutes. What more could one expect? Professional service, performed efficiently and effectively, and no need for a return visit. Awesome!

I have used him for about 17 years. I use them for plumbing needs but they also remodeled my bathroom for me. I keep using them because they are very good. They never leave a mess and do exactly what we agree upon. I never have to call them back to fix something they tried to fix. They explain everything they are do to me as well.

Richard Wacker came out to do an estimate and was very pleasant. Brian Wacker did the bulk of the work and was so professional and efficient. He, and some of his fellow plumbers at Wacker, finished the job in record time.

Comparatively it's a good product and I've heard good things about them. I think the length of time they have been here is one reason I chose them, also I think someone may have recommended them. They did a good job, but I had no one else to compare them to. They redid the ceramic tile, they pulled out the old and put in the new. If they were going to be late they usually told me they would be.

The plummer was knowledgable, informative and got the job done. Happy with the service, Have used them in the past and will most likely use them in the future. Pricing is a little high in my opinion. but service has always been consistently good.
