They did a great job! They were very professional, showed up when they said they would and worked diligently until the job was done. They left the area clean at the end of each day (this was a four-day job). They got a permit for this work and it passed all inspections with flying colors. I have no complaints, whatsoever.

I had Wacker out to install an exterior tap, which it sounded like they could do on the day of the appt. While the plumber arrived promptly, he was unable to complete the job (I think his exact words were "This is a PROJECT!" which, in and of itself, would have been fine. Now that I know more about what they were dealing with, it honestly would not have been possible to do without preparation. It would have been nice if they'd told me this over the phone, but no matter. He promised he would get me an estimate that afternoon. No estimate. I called back a couple of days later and asked about it, and I was assure that I would have the estimate soon. No estimate. Well, that was about as far as I was willing to go, so I decided to deal with someone else. The plumber and the office people were all polite and professional, but unless a company gives me an estimate when I ask or performs the work, I simply can't rate them well!

We discovered a water leak in one of our bathrooms. water had leaked from the 2nd floor bathroom to the 1st floor ceiling. We were worried about more possible leaking and called several companies for availability. Wacker was the only company that advised they could send someone the same day. The plumber was able to identify the problem and make the repair. We appreciated the plumber's honesty as we asked him additional questions about the the bathroom and other potential plumbing issues in our recently purchased home. The previous owners renovated the house and installed the cheapest fixtures. While the bathroom passed code, the plumber told us that the renovation was done very poorly. We have already used Wacker for an additional repair and highly recommend the company for their promptness and integrity.

ANOTHER, positive Wacker Experience. Called up Wacker to go over to my Mother's condo and install a shower rail, and to replace her shower mixing valve. Turned up next day, did a terrific job, sent me the bill. I've used Wacker repeatedly and never have had a bad experience. They are a business with "Old-Fashioned" values that are very hard to come by in Northern Virginia these days. Bravo...

He was punctual and on time. I would use him again for other plumbing service such as pooper scooper and other stuff.

Wacker Plumbing replaced my water heater, which I had discovered was leaking. I called them at 8 AM, and they were at my house by 1 PM (as promised) with a new water heater. They installed the new one in just over an hour, including adding a drain pan under the unit with a pipe to the floor drain. (The old one had no drain pan, and the leaking water ran away from the drain.) While they were at my house, I asked them to replace the shut-off valve for the line feeding the water heater with a new, 1/4-turn lever valve. They did that for just the price of the valve ($32), no labor, since they were already at my house. I also asked them to look at a leaky shower faucet -- they replaced that at no charge (not even the cost of the cartridge). All-in-all, excellent work at a reasonable price!

I've used Wacker more than once, and each time they have done a good job and at reasonable cost. They are my first call for plumbing problems.

They did a great job. They did everything they needed to do. They came on time and I thought the price was fair as well.

They are just so great. They have really good pricing and great customer service. They usually have someone to your house very quickly, you don't have to wait very long and I just feel like they do such a great thorough job whenever they are here. We had issues before where plumbers may be done something and it is not like 100% fixed, but they make sure that everything is 100%. They are coming for work again tomorrow to my house.

They have been out here several times to fix things and they are very good. They seemed kind of high in their prices but I don’t know. The labor they charged for the time they spent was about the same as everybody else was. They were very nice on the phone and they were very nice when they came out to do the work. They were very polite. They did a good job, they did it quickly, and they seemed to know what they were doing.

They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They seemed experienced and efficient. They looked over the material and knew what we were looking for. I had no problems with them. The price was a little high so we had to go to another contractor.

It went very well. They are very cordial and really pretty quick. They were clean and they cleaned up after themselves.

Excellent communication from the service call and the plumber. Wacker Plumbing inquires about the problem then offers some possible remedies to correct the problem before sending the plumber. Our particular issue was related bad smell since toilet was not re-installed correctly after having new tile laid in our bathroom. Wacker raised the water closet flange, and reset the toilet. Problem solved! Highly recommended!

Wacker was easy to schedule with for 3 different visits. The technician figured out the water pressure problem in about 15 minutes. Gave an estimate on the water pressure repair, kitchen faucet installation, and outdoor gas line during first visit. He also isolated a problem we were having with the filtered water dispenser in our refrigerator (turned out to be an appliance problem). When the part arrived, they came to fix the water pressure the next day. While here, the guy also fixed a running toilet for only the cost of the parts ($27). When I got my new kitchen faucet and soap dispenser, the guy was able to come the day and time I requested to do the installation for $80. We decided to put off the outdoor gas line, because we would need a new grill (one that uses natural gas), but we will call Wacker for that and any other plumbing work we have in the future.

We have used Wacker Plumbing off and on for 10 years. In this instance we had paid a company to replace and repair all of the toilet components and realized that they had not delivered on actually making the repair. We called Wacker and Brian arrived to repair the toilet and order needed parts in a timely and efficient manner. They worked within my very tight timeline for being at the home and were pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend Wacker and their staff.

We have used Wacker Plumbing for almost ten years now. They do consistently good work for a fair price, and they can usually get to us within 24 hours. Our stubborn kitchen sink has been backing up erratically for several months now. It was an unusually difficult problem. It took Larry an hour and a half of hard work with a snake, going out a full 60 feet. It's working great now.

First off, have been using Wacker Plumbing for years and they've been great. They know their stuff. Today was a situation where of course the sound wasn't there, so there wasn't anything to be done. He did check for leaks and gave us a great, logical (and embarrassed we didn't think of it) suggestion for troubleshooting the issue. He also explained something regarding our sump pump that is a load off of my mind and was simply a side question. I wavered on the price because it was a quick visit, but I am guessing he doesn't have any leeway on what he charges, but it was expensive for unfortunately an issue that couldn't be recreated while he was here. Also have to say that Brian Wacker, who has been the service provider on a number of occasions is fantastic!

After being told by another company that I needed a new toilet and an entire line cleaned out due to a clog somewhere no one could resolve, I called Wacker. I wish I had called them sooner! The tech was friendly and prompt, spent 5 minutes in the bathroom and came to find me to show me the issue. It was something minor that the other company, who sent two techs who fussed for an hour, should have found but didn't. Wacker's guy fixed it quick, charged less than I already paid the other guys and I haven't had the problem since. They are my new go to for plumbing now!

I really enjoy Wacker Plumbing, they have been our plumbing service the entire time we've lived in this home. They are very courteous and they always come on time. Eric, has been our regular plumber and he is great. I appreciate their honesty, if I think we need a service done, I'll consult Eric and he will tell me that I don't need it, or is too expensive.
