Description of Work: TruGreen services my lawn on a contract basis and treats it six or eight times a year. They put down fertilizer and weed control.

Description of Work: TruGreen's back office is a mess. At the same time as I was calling to request soil aeration and seeding, someone was at the house without authorization doing the soil aeration and seeding. The technician used a broadcast spreader and seed went into the flower beds and everywhere we don't want grass. It took several phone calls to TruGreen before I could get a call back from the supervisor. They came out, sprayed some Roundup, but after three days I could see no effect. I would not recommend TruGreen.
