Overall we are very satisfied with the room addition Total Remodeling Systems created. Representative Bart Scesney made sure the design and costs were in our budget. I would recommend Total Remodeling Systems to our friends and family. We love our new room.

There were some unexpected delays in starting the job that should have been foreseen regarding permitting process. Once the job started, it went smooth. The work crews were polite and the finished product is excellent.

Our TRS glass room is an excellent addition to our home. It did develop leaks at the windows, from a severe snow storm and leaf clogged spouting. TRS repaired this. After a long dry spell we had 4 significant rains. Not a drop leaked into our glass room. Thank you for an excellent product and a good repair of our glass room. We are really enjoying the glass room. Our indoor cats think the glass room is wonderful. We recommend Total Remodeling Systems.

I contacted Four Season's Sunrooms, and they referred me to Total Remodeling. I had also picked up their brochure at an Arlington Home Show last year. They showed up every day, and all of their workers were very competent . It was obvious that they had built many additions like mine.

I am most satisfied with the process from start to finish. Everything was what was indicated and promised and I have a final project that I am satisfied with. The timeframe was a little offset of start of the project but that was the only thing that was off.
