The workers were friendly and respectful. They were willing to make sure their work met my specifications. I wish I had had the work done last year but didn't check with Home Advisor then.

These were the best guys I ve ever had to come to my house. They were very respectable cleaned up behind himself just amazing! Especially Jay And Gordon!!!

Bart S. was our sales, excellent with suggestions and communication during sales process and getting us signed. We signed in June, project did not start til a week before Thanksgiving, it is 1/16 and project is yet to be finished. Schedule of payments are large chunks, and they will bug you for payment. COMMUNICATION with Project Manager Paul C. and the subs they hired are terrible. Paul even came out on a Sat to collect a $20K check and list his temper inside our home at my husband, who was asking questions about guaranteeing that room will not leak. What company yells at clients? We are still waiting for the owner, Joe Henleys reply for 5 days now whether he will keep his word that he will give us an exterior finished sun room or not by wrapping all exposed posts under the sun room and deck. It has been VERY painful going through the whole project. They have different crews and subs who have been coming out, and we have kept logs, photos and videos, so they would stop pointing finger at each other as to who did what wrong, who came out, who will do the finishings, etc... But they do have some good crews, Wesley(left the project at a mess and quit. Sun room collapsed on the deck side), Randy, Glenn, (Josh, Cody and John-Electricians) Maybe the company will step up next time. 12x16 sun room and small deck we spent over $60K and they did not give us a ceiling or flooring finish.

The top hinge on my glass room door failed 6 months after TRS built my all glass Four Seasons Sunroom. I started calling TRS every couple of months to get it fixed. One year, I called Four Seasons Corporate offices. They responded immediately and had TRS call me. It has now been 2 1/2 years with an unhinged door, and I still cannot get anyone to fix or replace it! TRS talks a good game, but I would not trust them to build a doghouse! They refuse to stand behind their work.

This company has outstanding customer service, not only in the preliminary preparations but all throughout the project. Their follow-up was outstanding and I am looking forward to my next project with TRS.

We are coming up on a year and our sunroom still isn?t finished although they have requested final payment. It?s all about the money to these guys. They have lied to us so many times it?s unbelievable. When they do communicate their follow through is unfortunately absent. These guys built our deck and installed the LifeRoom on it to create our sunroom. They measured wrong and never corrected the problem. Instead of fixing the problem correctly they patch fixed even though this was obviously going to cause a additional work including moving outlets. It now looks completely different than any other side of the sunroom and we have exposed nails Today my almost finished sunroom has several punch list items unattended to and I haven?t heard anything from Total Remodeling Systems in a month. I wouldn?t hire these guys again.

if you want people that will lie to you and perform slipshod work these are the guys for you. The caulking had a million leaks even after I called them back. During the sales pitch they were bragging about how the had so much experience sealing windows and doors. It turns out their experience is doing a terrible job. Also, they showed up with cheaper doors than what we had agreed on. If you hire them expect to complain, complain and complain.

We're happy with our new sun room. The work was well done, and the different teams that accomplished the various tasks appeared to be skilled and professional. We would recommend TRS for any sort of home-improvement project.

The work done by the installer was great. And Pete brought a super personality and friendly attitude to the job. The quality of the acrylic bath tub and wall is great, as are the soap caddies and grab bars. The one problem we had isn't really on Total Remodeling Systems, it is on two of their material providers, BCI?-- they got the order wrong and Pete had to run out and buy the right color grab bar (BCI had mixed and matched one grab bar finish that we ordered and one wild card!) Then Moen, the fixtures provider sold TRS a lemon of a mixing valve. The housing evidently didn't match the mixing valve cylinders provided and we had a leak from the shower head whenever we turned on the water for tub only. Water was leaking by. Pete was out multiple times trying to find a fix. Finally, he had to take out the first housing from Moen (which required cutting into some drywall and subsequently patching the hole) and installing a replacement. Once that was done, the leak stopped and all is well. Overall- a good result, but it was far too difficult on the labor end because of some poor quality plumbing materials and some sloppy order filling by BCI. We love the job which is now finally complete. Many thanks to Pete.

Excellent windows and very professional installers who cared about our desires. Years later the windows were a feature we pointed out as we sold the home - they are still great looking and provide excellent protection. We were and are very happy with our experience. Office staff gave us personalized attention and support which was as surprising as it was welcome.

Everyone at Total Remodeling Systems, LLC was professional and friendly, and I felt that they really listened to what I wanted to accomplish with my deck and any concerns I had. Nic Davis was very knowledgeable and I really enjoyed talking with him. Special shout out to Project Manager Joe Zovak, who immediately stepped in and got the job done quickly when I feared that the project wasn't going to be completed before the Thanksgiving holiday. He took special care to make sure that I was satisfied with the work and the clean up before he left. I would absolutely call Total Remodeling Systems, LLC for any other project, and would (and have!) highly recommend them to anyone.

They were very slow on the project. The first balcony was not build to the plans so they tore it down after I complained and reconstructed it. The final product was beautiful the journey to get there was unpleasant - a three day project took over three weeks. Should have done it right the first time and on time as promised.

Construction can be painful but this was a very painless and almost a pleasant experience. Total Remodeling Systems is a very responsive, quality based company that is concerned with customer satisfaction.
