Description of Work: Shiner was prompt with their assessment of a small leak around a flue stack. They scheduled the repair for about two weeks later and did some small extra work I asked of them, including removing two satellite dishes and reshingling the area. They cleaned up well and left no trace of their activities except a fresh repair!

Description of Work: Great pre-work assessment, clear estimate, suggested a service provider for the chimney cap repair who was equally good, arrived on time, completed the work promptly, cleaned up and a follow-up visit /inspection was professional, candid and helped us in working with the home painting contractor then on the job.

Description of Work: The soffit repair was excellent as was the clean up. The work was done to specifications as agreed. I had one administrative misunderstanding because a customer representative handling my payment left the company, causing a delay in my receiving a final invoice for payment. That was a minor issue.

Description of Work: I have used Shiner Roofing many times for repairs to existing roof. The process of scheduling and estimating may take an extra day or two but the quality of the work is very good. They currently have a minimum charge of about $595. Knowledgeable about roof repairs, replacement, gutter drainage, etc.
