Prompt appointment for estimate and prompt completion of repairs taking our family schedule into account. Our insurance company estimator also commented that our roof, installed by Shiner in 2007, was one of the best jobs he had seen in a long time. The insurance company employee who came to inspect the finished work commented on Shiner's reasonable pricing.

Excellent! Work was rescheduled twice for hazardous weather conditions. Each time there was clear communications between me and Shiner, to verify the new date, and make sure the plan was satisfactory to my expectations. When done, the work was completed quickly and professionally. All debris were removed.

Estimator told me upfront they intentionally charge a very high price because the owner prefers not to work on flat roofs. Estimator told me he's seen men cry when he gives an estimate for this work.

Shiner came out, went up onto the roof to inspect the damage and assess the condition of the entire roof. Their assessment was that the only problem I had was the visible damage which they verified for me via photos they took during the inspection. We scheduled a range of dates for the repair, they showed up within the date range per the agreement, alerted me before arriving, and completed the work in one visit. Post repair they provided me photographic evidence of the area pre- and post repair. Overall, Shiner was responsive, provided clear information on the work, and performed as we agreed. Good job.

From beginning to end, the Shiner Team was excellent to work with. The salesman was top notch, and did not pressure me in the slightest. The back office team kept me apprised of when deliveries were going to be made, when installation was scheduled - and addressed all of my questions when asked. The on site crew was very professional and completed the job within the estimated time frame. Post installation, one of the managers came out, verified that the work was done properly, confirmed that I was satisfied with the work and addressed the damage to my driveway, which was addressed promptly and fairly. I was told they would not be the cheapest, and I'm glad I went with Shiner Roofing.

Everything from the visit by the project sales person to the final clean-up and telephone follow-up went very smoothly and professionally. I cannot think of anything that I would have expected to be done differently. The project resulted in not only a new complete roof, but a 20 plus year guarantee that puts us at ease.

It went great. The scheduling was based on my requirements for moving into the townhouse and the work was completed just as requested. The workmen were friendly and conscientious. The power company had to be coordinated with due to lines coming into the roof line. That was all done by Shiner office personnel and the timing was perfect. I got 2 bids and Shiner was not the lowest, but their proposal was by far the most professional. All the products used were top grade. I wanted this because I want this roof to last a very long time not only for my safety but for resale and the next owner. It will be a selling point that I have the high quality roof I do now thanks to Shiner. The follow up was excellent! Pictures had been taken during and upon completion of the work. A Shiner inspector saw something he wanted to adjust and sent a crew out to do that . I'm very pleased and have already recommended Shiner to people asking about roof replacement.

An agent came out to the house and physically went on the roof, took pictures and explained the damage. The agent was also able to get additional money from the insurance company that were not covered in the original estimate. The team replacing the roof were on time and cleaned up afterward. Another crew came to do the gutters. There was a little bit of a surprise as plywood needed to be replaced and that was an additional $700 which I had not anticipated.

I'm not an expert on the work that was done by Shiner. But as far as I can tell from the ground, the new roof, rake board and gutters look fine. The windows also look fine. I was impressed with the professionalism and how well prepared Mr. Burdett showed up, which led us to hiring Shiner over other business we interviewed that do the same job. That positive impression continued with all the workers sent to work on our house. They all did an excellent job, showed that they had experience, and left the work site clean. Without exception, every single Shiner employee I communicated with was personable and a good listener. I appreciated that the women at the Shiner office rescheduled the roof replacement when I mentioned that I was concerned about the rain. They were all polite and professional, too!

I went through roof replacement last year with my parents house with a different company, and had a less than positive experience. So when our roof was examined, I was cautious and expecting a similarly difficult time. I could not have been more wrong. Shiner Roofing was exceedingly professional and went out of their way to answer any question or address any concern. The initial contact was pleasant and the representative was helpful not only to me but to the insurance adjuster as well. The work was completed on schedule and as advertised, with minimum inconvenience or mess. The follow up and dealings with the insurance company likewise were smooth. Overall the experience was excellent and I would recommend Shiner Roofing for anyone who has a roof issue. I only wish I could have referred Shiner to replace my parents house!

Went great. On time, quality wiotk, good follow up

After signing with Shiner in 31 October 2016, it took six week to start the replace the roof and install gutter cover. Their sales person, Scot Peterson, did a good job explaining the process. There was no sales pressure; and I appreciated that. Shiner apparently had a lot business and told me they may not even get to it until the new year. I was not happy about that because the work was supposed to start 30 days after signing the contract but instead had given me, at signing, a window of six-eight weeks. But they finally were able to get it done in December. Everything went well; they did a good job covering outside air conditioning units, deck furniture, and shrubbery. The cleaning after the work was done was decent. So, overall Shriner did a good job. Paul

This is the second time we've reached out to Shiner and of course, their work was exceptional. They took meticulous care in finding the exact shade of siding they needed to match. Considering the siding was 20 years old, it took some skill but they did it. The gutters were done on schedule and exceptionally well. Another happy customer for Shiner.

We recently had our gutters replaced by Shiner Roofing. They were very professional, did quality work, and came when they said they would come. They were respectful of my property and they cleaned up after themselves. A day after, I asked them to make one minor tweak in the job, and they took care of it within 24 hours. After multiple roofing company contacts, I contacted Shiner Roofing to obtain a quote for a metal roof installation required due to hail damage. The appointment for them to survey it was within 2 days of my call to them, and they were on time as scheduled. They gave me a quote that same day, and we signed a contract. They informed me of an approximate installation date, and they met that date. I was out of town when they installed the roofing, but they committed to me it the job would be completed satisfactorily. They were true to that commitment. When I returned from my time away, I had a voice mail from them that there was something not right, and they needed to return and correct it. I found this to be excellent customer service. I have never had a company do work for me, and if there was a problem contact me to correct it. I couldn't believe it. I called them, and they told me what was wrong and that they had put me on the schedule for them to come out and fix it.. They came out as scheduled, and the installer was not happy with the way it looked when he was finished, so he explained to me what the problem was and told me he would be back the following day to fix it right. Well, that is exactly what happened--it was fixed right. I am so happy with the work that was done. The product they recommended was exactly what I was looking for. The price was reasonable for the product I selected. I had a new roof done earlier in 2016, and my only regret is that I did not have Shiner Roofing do it (because I didn't know about them). If I could redo that, I would--in a minute. This was a small job, which is one reason I was having a difficult time getting roofers to estimate or even look at the job. I would use Shiner Roofing again, and I highly recommend them for quality and customer satisfaction. Hats off to them!
