Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, prepared the site for reinstallation of the toilet. Needed a part that wasn't in his truck. Left and returnd later in the day (as we had agreed). Returned at the designated time and completed the work. We have used Offutt Plumbing many times. Always a good experience.

They are really quick, personable and very nice. They explain exactly what is going on with the work and the price is fair.

Renny Offutt, owner, arrived on time and quickly repaired the shower. I found him to be pleasant and knowledgeable.

Renny fixed the sink quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and trustworthy. He did a great job!

I called and told Mr. Offutt I was home for whole day so he can show up whenever he has time. He came and he kept he shoes on walking thru my living room, hardwood, down to my basement, carpet. He said he has to order the part and gave me 3pm appointment the next day. I waited until 5pm and called him he said he still has 1 more job and told me he will be available any time on some other date. Finally he showed up at 5:15pm finished the job at 6pm and gave me the bill. total bill: $380.55 under labor column serviceable: $99 + 1/2 hr labor: 60 = $159

Mr. Offutt was on time and worked efficiently. Completed work within the estimated time period. Later cost was reasonable and as estimated. Parts added to the total cost. Hard to determine what another plumber would have charged.

He was very honest and gave us direct advice. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Mr. Offutt called a bit past the three-hour window he'd given us, to say he was nearby. He arrived, diagnosed both toilet's problems and explained I could save $$ by buying the new toilet myself and paying him only to install it. While he was here, he also removed an outside faucet fitting that had been stuck for some time. We scheduled his return visit. I purchased the new toilet and had it waiting for Mr. Offutt's return visit. He arrived, repaired a seal on one toilet and installed the new toilet. He was very quick and did a great job. He's a very personable and pleasant professional with whom to do business. I highly recommend him.

They were A+. They were on time and the quality of work was very good. I would definitely recommend them to others.

He made it clear that he wanted my business but didn't want to take my money if it wasn't going to be worth my while. He was so honest; I really appreciated that. He didn't do any work, but he earned my business in the future.

We had two dates for plumbing, with the simple jobs done first, namely the washer replacements. He came when he said, well within the two hour window quoted, and replaced the washers and checked on the details for the jobs needed that would take longer. The longer jobs were scheduled for a week later (for my one day off during the week), and a faucet chosen and ordered. We chose a mid-range faucet with sprayer and the price was not far off from Home Depot's price for the same faucet so I had Renny order it. He came during the time window specified on the second job. The longest was the valve replacement since it required replacing part of the pipe feeding water to the house and placing the new valve. He had to remove part of the wall paneling to access the shutoff valve, and did a good job with putting it back. We've used Renny Offutt since we bought our home in 2003 and he's replaced several old toilets in the house when we first moved in. Plus he's good with dogs. Our German Shepherd was usually rather picky when it came to repair personnel, but she loved Renny!

He was absolutely superb and wonderful. He was very nice and didn't overcharge. He didn't have a part he needed and had to go out and get it and he didn't charge for the travel time from my house to the store. He was a thoroughly nice person. The work was perfect and he did a great job. We were not particularly price sensitive and we didn’t call anyone else. We would absolutely use him again.

I have had the plumber come out twice till now. I am getting ready to call him right now to fix a toilet that is leaking. He knows what he is doing and he doesn't seem to overcharge as well. He is professional and responsive too.
