Description of Work: My TH is 2 year old new construction. It had ceiling leak through two dormers in to my 2 bedrooms. I had to collect water in buckets placed in attic and empty them every day until the leaks stopped. Noble was the original installer of the roofs, I contacted them, they came for inspection checked the roof(but never went into attic) and certified that everything was fine and the leakage was due to snow and wind direction. Inspection was done by another contractor and report concluded that roof/dormers installation was not done properly. They had to repair flashing, drip edge and some patches of the ceiling. I was disappointed with the way Noble treats its customers. This kind of roof repairs happened to at least two other neighbors within my community(2yr old construction) where Noble was original installer and did not take any ownership. I appreciate the builder-Ryland for jumping in and taking care of the issues, even after the warranty expired.

+ 0 moreWe discovered on Sunday morning that one of our attic ridge vents had been blown almost completely off during a severe thunderstorm on the previous Friday evening. Our concern was that water would seep into the attic if it rained before we could have the ridge vent replaced. Noble did the original new construction roofing on our home and our builder representative suggested we call them first thing Monday morning, even though our home is no longer under warranty with this company. I was pleasantly surprised and very relieved that Noble was able to make the repair same day and left us an invoice for payment since we were not at home. Per the notes on the invoice left by their representative, all other ridge vents were inspected and reinforced as needed. Great service!!
