I had a very good experience with having my roof replaced by Noble Roofing. Several other houses on my street were having their roofs replaced, and Noble did 2 of them. Based on the positive experiences that my 2 neighbors had with Noble, I decided to hire them, too. Setting up the initial assessment couldn't have been easier. A quick phone call to their office, and I had an appointment for the very next day. Daniel, the General Manager, came out with his assistant, Omar, to assess the condition of my roof. I knew from a previous gutter cleaning that I had lots of cracked shingles. Daniel and Omar confirmed this and told me that the particular shingle on my roof (CertainTeed Horizon) was known to be susceptible to thermal cracking and premature failure. They took lots of pictures and emailed them to me that same evening. Daniel was very helpful in explaining in detail the whole process of how to have my roof replaced under homeowner's insurance. I made an appointment with my insurance adjuster to inspect my roof, and Daniel made sure he was right there with me to ensure that their assessment of the roof damage was consistent with what he had found. When my insurance company sent me the estimate for the roof replacement, I forwarded it to Daniel right away and made an appointment to sign the contract with Noble the very next day. Daniel was very helpful in explaining to me the specifications of the choices in shingle that they had to offer. I went with Daniel's suggestion of the GAF Timberline HD shingle. Daniel also explained to me all the items on the work order that his crew would complete, including tasks to bring my roof up to current building code. Within 2 weeks of signing the contract, I had a beautiful new roof. A crew came and loaded all the shingles on my roof one day, and another crew came the next day to perform the work. The workers were very careful to put tarps over any areas where debris might fall on. They worked very dilligently from about 6:30AM-3:30PM, much faster than I anticipated thanks to the number of workers who came out. After the work was done, they ran a magnet over the entire area thoroughly to catch any nails on the ground. Daniel even came by after the crew left to do a second passing with the magnet himself. Overall, I was very pleased with Noble Roofing. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and courteous. Daniel answered all of my questions promptly, and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Now every time I see a Noble Roofing truck on the road or their sign in front of a house, I know that there's another happy customer out there.

Noble's workmanship was superior, an assessment we've had confirmed now by several qualified outside observers. Perhaps more impressive however was the responsiveness and accountability of the company's owner. After we realized we needed larger gutters, Daniel responded quickly, offering a more than reasonable adjustment on the cost. When we decided we needed to add soffitts, he stepped up and made the bold choice of declining the job because he was not 100% confident that he had the best person available. He recommended an independent, affordable carpenter with no relationship to the company. We saw this as terrific sign of integrity and appreciated the forthrightness. This is precisely the kind of communication you want when taking on such a major financial decision.

Noble did an excellent job replacing my roof. I got 3 quotes, and while they were cheapest, I would have picked them anyway because of their customer service, experience, and use of the highest quality materials. They did my original roof 22 years ago. Over the years I've lost some shingles here and there, they have always come out when promised to make the necessary repairs, and did the work for a reasonable cost. When I needed a replacement, they gave me valuable advice for dealing with my insurance company. They were very knowledgeable, and really went the extra mile to install in a timeframe that worked for me. They did quality work with the best materials. They were a pleasure to deal with, I highly recommend them.

Noble Roofing has been a pleasure to work with from the beginning. I have never looked forward to getting a roof replacement, dealing with insurance, worrying about the noise and mess. With Noble Roofing the entire roof replacement was done quickly, they helped me with my insurance company, and left my home looking cleaner than it was before they got there. My new roof looks great and has been holding up perfectly during all the storms we had recently. They installed a new skylight for me as well and that looked great too.

Very well. They were prompt in their response. Sonny came and gave us an estimate with no hard sell (unlike some others). He walked the roof, so we were confident that the price was realistic for the work. The pricing was clear and there was no attempt to upsell. They showed up on time when they said they would. The workers had a supervisor who check in several times on the job. They did an excellent job and shingled the little extension of our gas fireplace, which we had forgotten to mention to them. Roof looks great and the new roof vent is keeping the attic cooler.

Noble Roofing came out to help me with some.... Roofing work! I also needed to get a new Window. The individuals came within 48 hours to give me an estimate. He was extremely nice and showed me all the photos he took. The window is phenomenal and I will get more of them once I have saved up some more. I also plan to eventually get my siding and gutters done. I will give them a call for that as well.

I put out a request for a roof repair/new roof via Angie's List and Noble responded within minutes. I corresponded with Daniel the entire time, he would text or call me back promptly each time. He was very patient and professional throughout the entire project. We have a 3 level townhouse, the roof was completed in a day, as promised. He even dealt with our homeowners association on our behalf to make sure everything was within regulations.

The sales rep was very friendly and answered all my questions. The install went smoothly and I'm very happy with the product and service! Will consider using them to replace my front door in the near future.

The crew came early and start doing the job and they are very polite and really cleaned up excellently after the job. Mr. Daniel Darvichie who we had talked from the start to the end of the job was very professional and he does know what he is doing. Ask him questions and he will answer all with ease and yet, so friendly and feels you like a good friend of his. Very nice young fellow. I will absolutely recommend them and surely, we will call them for our next project in the future. Went fine. They only replaced roof sheathing that needed replacing, not more. Timely and good clean up. Install and shingles looked great.

Was edgy that things would be fixed before the expected snow Thursday night and I was not able to take off work that day. Came home from work and saw that the roof was fixed even though no one was home. It has been a week since the fix, it has snowed and it has rained since the fix and there has been no new water leak in the ceiling drywall. I am satisfied with the work done and appreciate Noble working with me. I will continue to monitor the roof where the fix was done and the other areas of the roof. If something were to come up again, I would not have a problem calling Noble again.

My older roof had developed a leak. Noble Roofing sent an estimator out quickly at my convenience to determine the best option. The replacement roof was scheduled quickly and then completed by a skilled team completing the job in record time using quality materials in my choice of color. After the job was done all debris was removed. The cost was reasonable with available financing and a warranty!
