Natura Care

We recently moved into a new house and the carpet was an absolute mess! The people who had lived here previously had a large dog and I hated to think WHAT exactly those stains may be (gross!). I had no hope for the stains to come out but I at least wanted the carpets clean. After researching Angie's list, I finally chose to go with Bill b/c of his excellent reviews and the fact that he uses natural products (baby also on the way!). From start to finish the whole process was extremely easy. I called him, scheduled an appt,, he came out when expected and did an amazing job. He even got the stains out of the carpet!! He also left us with a bottle of cleaner and recommendations on how to keep the carpet clean. We would FOR SURE use Natura Care again and give him a 100% recommendation!

Bill Martin was very responsive to setting up the appointment, arrived on time and completed the work as agreed. The carpet looked very good after he was done and most of the stains were removed. He worked on but was not able to get out a few old ones that other cleaners had not been able to remove. Because the big deal did not include moving the furniture, we removed most of the small items and he cleaned around the larger pieces of furniture. We would definitely use him again.

Almost all of the stains are gone - mostly stains from my dog. The carpets look so much better! My dog has had one new incident since then, which was clearly days old when I found it, and it cleaned right up with the NaturaCare product he left me. I would definitely use Bill again and recommend him to others.

I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Natura Care for water damage. Bill does what he promises, is very thorough and goes out of his way to get the job done with as little inconvenience to you as possible. There was a sewage backup in my basement just before the labor day weekend. Bill Martin was one of the few providers who would work on the weekend and the only provider who could come the same day. He crew was working on another project, but he worked till 8:00 pm by himself to pump water out of the basement because we had a young child at home. He answered all our questions, agreed to bill my insurance company directly and did not insist on billing me as soon as the work was completed. He went out of his way more than once to work around our schedule. My wife and I both felt very comfortable with him and had no hesitation leaving the house while he was working.

Bill did a fantastic job. The results were better than I had hoped for. HIGHLY recommend this company, and will use them again when needed in the future. Great job!

Owner responded promptly and came out as scheduled to do estimate. During the estimate, he described the basis for the estimate in detail and explained how he would honor the Angie's List discount. Due to the size of some of the rooms, he had to make allowances in the terms of the discount, and he did so willingly and gave a good price. He seemed very knowledgeable and proud of the quality of his work. He was a little dramatic about how he wasn't sure a stain would come out and that there was water damage and mold on the walls, too. When he explained he does repair and restoration of water damage, it seemed then that he was hedging for more work. But in all, he wasn't pushy about it and agreed to do just the carpet cleaning. He also explained he uses a new method that extracts the water very efficiently and reduces drying time. He also uses his own water because Fairfax County water does not yield good results. On the day of the cleaning, he arrived on time, carefully set up so as not to damage walls or wood floors in the process, and did a very thorough job. The stain came out beautifully, and he left a complementary bottle of carpet cleaning solution. I wasn't able to stay the whole time he was there, and he let himself out and locked up responsibly. When I returned later that day, the carpets were clean and totally dry.

When I fist spoke to Bill on the phone I found him easy to talk to. He is very willing to work with the client and is not a nickle or dimer. My spouse was at the house when Bill got there and said that Bill was very friendly and offered some good advice on cleaning up cat stains (puke stains) he even gave us some solution to use. When I got home the carpets looked amazing, you could not see any of the million stains our handsome felines left. I would ABSOLUTELY use Bill again and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants clean carpets at great rates. His products are pet friendly as well.

After researching carpet cleaners on Angie's list I interviewed several. I spoke with the owner of Natura Care who impressed me in several ways. He instilled confidence in the way he described his experiences, especially when detailing the challenges of cleaning carpets in high rise condos and how he addresses these. He offered an attractive price and was available when I needed him to do the work. So we hired him to perform the job. He arrived on time, did a wonderful job in cleaning the carpets of the condo we were vacating and used protective gear to insure both the carpets as well as the rest of the condo and building were not damaged. In addition to being prompt and professional in delivering quality work he was a very pleasant and engaging personality whose company we greatly enjoyed as he completed the work. We were very happy with the outcome in all aspects and would highly recommend this company.

Bill is very responsive, quick to get the work done, and has fair prices. I am sure you can find a cheaper guy, but the quality will be cheaper too. Natura Care's work is great quality and good value. Plenty of other companies would charge far more, especially for use of the mobile units in buildings where a truck mounted unit won't reach. Give them a try!

I purchased an Angie's List deal. I thought I would have to contact the company myself to schedule but Bill called me which was nice. He did a great job on our carpet. It looks great, dried quickly and smells good. We have carpet that really needs to be replaced and we basically just wanted it clean until we do that. He was able to get out a lot of stains and make it look much better than we thought it could. He seemed very knowledgeable about carpet and what it needs. We had some pet stains and he said he has a product to use that is better than store products. He offered to bring me some when he is in the area again but haven't gotten it yet. I would like to at least to know what it is called though. I would definitely use them again. I have used Stanley Steemer several times. They also do a good job but I think Naturacare is a little less expensive and does just as well or better. The only reason I gave them a N/A on punctuality was because they had an emergency service that morning and got to my house late. I completely understand and didn't have a problem with it because I was home all day anyway. Bill called me and let me know the situation before my appointment time though.

Our basement flooded and they came out and cleaned it up. They were incredibly accommodating. They saved us a lot of extra expense. They stopped the water damage and maintained the rest of the basement. I can’t speak highly enough of them. They did a fantastic job with water damage and the carpet cleaning.

From beginning to end everything went well. He came at the right time and got started right away.

This was a great example of the best possible outcome of a bad situation.

From the start Natura Care was very responsive and promptly called me to come out and review the home in person. After doing a walk through and asking about different spots he gave me a very competitive price and set an appointment. He didn't try to upsell me on services to get more money but just stayed focused on my goals and expectations. The results were fantastic. Bill is excellent. He is very responsive, his crew is great, careful and caring. They are here as long as needed and over the weekend. This is the best service ever. The total spent is an estimate. Final numbers have not come in.

They were very easy to work with and very accommodating on their schedule. We would use them again. Their price is a little bit on the high end but their service is good.

He was a little deceptive about what he was going to do. He did a very shallow job of cleaning the carpet, sprayed some solution on the floor, and didn't do any extraction. You would not be able to tell that my carpets were even cleaned because of the process he used the "clean" them. When he came out to do the initial survey he did not indicate that he wasn't going to do the extraction process. I ended up paying $326.00 for nothing and had the carpeting replaced. He got offended when I questioned him about his process. He offered to have a friend come in to clean the carpet, but I would have needed to get special permission from the condo association to run hoses on the outside of the building. This wasn't an option because I am on the 4th floor. This was not a feasible solution.

Bill cleaned the floors with a natural based floor cleaner, rinsed and buffed the floors until they shone, and then applied the tinted grout sealer by hand (while on his knees!) carefully and meticulously. He helped us choose grout tint that would bring out the best look to our floors and we are delighted with the results!

They did a great job. They have wonderful follow up and have been very communicative. I highly recommend their services.

I was very dissatisfied with the job they did. They said they used a low water process and they didn't. My carpets were very long in drying. The owner didn't move furniture or move it to clean around it. The owner was a good talker but I wasn't impressed and I wouldn't use them again. Their customer service was lousy. The owner said he would do certain things and it was poor. Their prices were high. They did come on time.

Natura was able to remove almost all the stains and give us livable carpets. Nice work, prompt, careful.

Bill removed almost 100% of the stain which was a huge relief because a red wine stain in the middle of our living room carpet was not ideal. Same for the pet food stain. Also, when the red wine spill happened I texted Bill to ask for advice on how to treat it (he cleaned our carpets a month or so ago and told me he was available via text for emergencies) and Bill was extremely responsive then as well, which was very impressive considering it was a weekend night. This is a great company, their prices are very competitive and I'll continue to use them and refer others to them.

Bill is very courteous and helpful. Spent time explaining the process. Moved furniture and cleaned carpets. I was a bit disapointed he was unable to remove a coffee stain. The rest of the job looks great.
