They were very good. It was a wet extraction method. It is a newer firm like two guys. They were pretty thorough, polite, and a pleasure to deal with. After the carpet dried, I noticed a spot that was not to my liking and they came back and took care of it. It was an Angie’s List super service award winner; buy it now for three areas for $179. Bill and Rick were the two technicians that came. Everything was right on schedule. It was perfect in every way in terms of what they did. They were very personable and professional. The same guys came back when I asked that something else be looked at that I was not satisfied with. They came back right on schedule, redid that portion and everything was fine.

Nothing, called for an appointment and I was told that I could only get one section of the title cleaned because I wanted tile cleaned in a couple of rooms.... Not sure how that matters but at that point I just said never mind. They got the money for cleaning tile and they didn't do anything. I am not a huge fan of angies list....

They were very efficient. There were two people here doing the work. The results of the carpet cleaning were good.

The provider arrived on time, was completely professional and began work immediately upon arriving. I have a three floor townhome with carpets on every floor. They cleaned every floor, including the landing between floors 2 and 3. I pointed out heavy stains and the provider took extra care to remove them. We were very happy with the result.

It was great! They were very flexible with scheduling. It only took them a couple of hours to do the work.

They did a really good job. They took their time. It was my basement carpet which got pretty dirty. He spent the time to get it really clean. That was good. I like the fact that they're not using a whole lot of chemicals. They were good, reliable, and prompt. I would use them again. I thought the price was reasonable.

The work Bill and Rick did was excellent. They thoroughly cleaned every carpet, and restored them to an almost new conditions. They took there time, and did the job right. We have no complaints, and will use them again, and recommend them--total professionals.

They did a great job. Scheduling was great and they were very cooperative. They were prompt, thorough, and knowledgeable. The carpet dried overnight.

They were very professional and there were 4 people. I liked that the owner of the company actually came to the house in leading the team in doing the work. They made sure to put mats down on my hardwood floors to prevent the floors from getting wet. They were very thorough and they just did a very good job. I called them on a Thursday and they were out the next day. They did call in the window but it was just 5 minutes before it ended. I was expecting them earlier but they were within the window that they gave me.

Second visit, very honest and professional. Does not rush, very thorough and the quality is excellent.

Everything went well, there was a little glitch on the arrival time due to a vehicle mechanical problem-- but they called ahead, let me know the delay and when they would arrive. They arrived within minutes of the rescheduled time and their work is spot on!

They informed us that they would handle everything and contact the insurance company for us. After about a month and a half I had not heard them so I called them and got no response. I contacted them again about a month later and still no response. I spoke with Angie's List today and they asked about a review on them and so I contacted the company one last time to see what had happened and let them know Angie's List was wanting to know how their service went. This finally got them to give me a call back. They informed me that they had been really busy and that they did not have access to the equipment they needed to do the job. I asked why they never returned my calls or even took the initative to call and inform me of this. He had no answer except that he was just busy and took no responsibility fo not calling us. I found this to be a very unprofessional experience and I would not recommend them.

Initially I was wondering why Bill hadn't returned my call but i got to speak to him and was apologetic. He was very accommodating in terms of scheduling to get estimate done as well as the actual cleaning date. The date kept getting delayed but Bill promised he would get it done. He indicated he got sick and worked lots of overtime due to emergency calls. I understood his position and was flexible as long as he got the work done before my move-in date. In turn, Bill was also understanding and flexible of my schedule and deadline. He got it done by working until late Sunday night so that I could move in with no problem. I think that timing issues will always occur but it is more important that in the end, the issues are straightened out and work is done beyond one's expectations. Bill was exceptional in this regard.

Good communication from provider, however they do not do the work that I need performed (grout install and sealing). As you can see from their email reply below Nutra Care do grout cleaning and sealing. Hi Randy, Thanks for your reply. You've mentioned you need re-grouting, our special is not for re-grouting (as in putting in new grout and or redoing old grout to new), it is only for cleaning the grout and than sealing it. If you are looking for cleaning of the tile & grout than sealing only please let us know, and we will schedule your tile cleaning around the dates you've requested. If you do in fact need to have your shower re-grouted, the special does not apply as we do not do regrouting/repairs. Sincerely, Linda Rainsberger Natura Care

We have been regular customers of Nature Care for some time now. I don't bother with coupons or getting competitive pricing, I just call Bill. The customer service, professionalism and great work are something hard to find in a business today.

The job went well and as advertised. We would have them back if we needed this service again.

Bill Martins and Natura Care did a top-notch job with the water and mold remediation for two burst pipes in our basement. His company moved quickly and was professional and always responsive.

I needed a carpet cleaner right away for a rental property. I contacted them on Friday and they called me back right away. They came out on Monday. They were right on schedule, did a great job, and were very nice to work with. They cleaning was excellent and it was dry in about an hour.

I was having my carpets cleaned before I moved in because I'm paranoid about all the germs and stuff that pets/people do on carpet. Bill (owner) was very accommodating with my schedule. I had to reschedule a couple of times. He also took time to explain the service thoroughly on my first call. Brandon and Betty (service people) were very professional and friendly. I think small companies are important because they depend on and should show that they care about the customer and Natura Care did just that! Side note: This isn't one of the (less than average) carpet cleaners that offer the $30 special. If you're paying $30, that's not special and it's about the amount of service that you will get. Not much!! Definitely recommend!

They did a very nice job but it was an added expense that I wasn't anticipating; it was $200 over the amount that I already paid. They did a wonderful job and they didn't left any wet spots around.
