Mr Martin was courteous and punctual. He told me beforehand that the cleaning would cost more because he was coming to Maryland from Virginia. He gave me an estimate over the phone but said that he had to measure the rooms before he would know how much the cleaning would actually cost. Once he arrived and measured the rooms, he told me the cost. It was much more than I had paid in the past, but I decided that since he was already there and my carpets were a mess, I would go ahead with the cleaning. He did a great job. Many stains were removed from the carpets and they dried very quickly. He was conscientious about keeping my wooden floors clean while he went up and down the stairs.I think he did a better job in getting the carpets cleaned than the last company that I used, but I don't think I would have him come out again since the cost was higher. Next year I will try to find another excellent company that is more local to my house. I would certainly recommend Mr Martin's company to anyone in Virginia.

He was very helpful and fast. Almost all stains came out except ones I knew would need new carpet. I was happy.

Called due to wine spill and overdue carpet cleaning needs. Owner made no commitments on the wine spill but came out two days later (I called on a Saturday afternoon). Wine spill stain is gone! What else can I say other than amazing! Downstairs carpet had some dark stains and those are gone now too. Not only was he punctual and provided a great service but he was a lot of fun to chat with and hang out with for the few hours he spent with us. I think b/c of that, he spent more time helping in certain areas which was greatly appreciated.

Purchased a Big deal for Natura Care. Had them clean the carpets in the house and the basement. Everything went very well. Had some pet stains, at first they looked good but those spots have come back. The gentleman was very pleasant.

Everything went really well. He was out here on time and called about 45 minutes prior to arriving to narrow down the arrival time. Things that I liked: - carpet looks great - no odor from chemicals used - Bill asked several questions that showed a lot of consideration - Fans were brought in to speed up the drying time. So, the house was back "in business" faster. - Stair railing protectors were used so that they wouldn't get scuffed in the cleaning process. Great service, would definitely call them again!

We had a preasure relief valve burst on us while we were out for the day. By the time we came home, there was 2 inches of water all around our finished basement. I called Bill Martins at Natura Care around 5pm based on reviews I'd seen here. He came out right away and helped suck up the standing water. He then called some helpers and spent the next few hours pulling up our floor and moving furniture around. They set up a number of fans and dehumidifiers around the basement in order to dry everything out. The water had gotten everywhere. They finally left around 11:30 with everything going full blast. Each evening, Bill came back and checked for moisture in each of the studs and footers which had gotten wet. He also spoke with our insurance company to arrange direct billing and authorization for him to do what was needed to get the basement dry. After 3 days, one part of the basement had finished drying, but there was still other areas which had above the recommended moisture content. Bill removed the fans he didn't need so we wouldn't have to pay for anything beyond what was necessary. Finally, after 4 days, everything was dried out and he took his machines away. Bill was very thorough both in explaining what needed to be done and in checking to make sure the job was complete before he left it. My basement has not had any mold or mildew issues since he left.

His service was good and I would use him again. I liked the fact that it was owner operated. He was very friendly and he was able to do the work fast. He did a great job.

Set up an appointment without issue. Bill was a little late (prior job was bigger than anticipated and traffic delays) but called to let me know of the delay. We had lots of stains due to kids and dogs and he was able to make the carpets looks almost new again. He took the time to calculate the best price based on his two deals. I would definitely use Natura Care again.

GREAT COMPANY! Bill was very professional. He arrived on time, provided a precise quote and discussed ways to cut costs. He also took time to teach me how to clean and seal my hardwood floors...on my own. He then took extra care on carpet areas where we had deep stains and removed them completely. He used "yard stakes" to protect the lawn from heated water hoses, put up guards at corners in the house, used "booties" to protect the carpet and floors and just took care of the house like it was his. Bottom line...again...VERY PROFESSIONAL! Great job! Highly recommended.

He asked about problem areas on the house. Everything was professional. He made sure that everything was out of the way. He paid special attention to my staircase and he made suggestions on how to keep things cleaner longer. I have dogs and he told me what I can do to keep them from ruining my carpets. He had a big deal that was how I found him the first time. I decided to use him again when it was time.

Natura Care did a fantastic job. Bill arrived as promised, assessed the stains and went back to his shop for more specialized cleanser that he felt would do the best job. He did not charge for the extra service and all stains were successfully removed. We were very pleased with the results. Highly recommended and I will definitely use Natura Care again!

Experience was great. We met Bill because the folks who purchased our previous home hired Bill to clean our carpets before they moved in. We were so impressed with him that we hired him to clean the carpets when we moved into our new place. Bill had a big issue occur in his own home just before our appointment. That issue would have been a good excuse for him to reschedule, but he was at our home as promised. We would recommend Bill highly.

We received quality carpet cleaning job by Bill Martins of Nautura Care. He was punctual and thorough and the result was very good and professional. Natura was running a 3 room with hallway special for 135.00 and a 5 room with hallway special for 185.00 at the time we scheduled an appointment. We had 4 rooms and the hallway cleaned and our final cost turned out to be $230.00 which seems high . Mr. Martins measured the rooms and came up with what he indicated as a compromise in square footage saving us 2.00. The additional charges were cleaning the area rug runner, protecting the hallway, and moving/blocking the chest and chair in master bedroom. $135 special + $48 additional square feet areas = $183 Area rug runner cleaning - $24 charge seems high for a 15 ft runner Protect hallway - $10 Move/clean/reset/apply foam blocks (chair/chest in master) - $13 Total - $230 I am at fault for not asking about additional charges for moving a chair or putting blocks under furniture. I expected an additional charge for cleaning the hall runner but would have declined had the 24.00 cost been mentioned. I believe Mr. Martins (who is very personable) should have provided us with a list showing extra charges or should have mentioned additional costs. My husband and I were at home and could have easily moved furniture ourselves. I learned a valuable lesson about carpet cleaning and the questions to ask next time we schedule one.

Natura Care was very thorough and very forth coming. There was nothing hidden and we weren't surprised by anything. He did a really good job. His customer service was fantastic. He was a little behind that day, but he called to tell us he was going to be late. He is just very forth coming and did a very good job. He did have a reasoning for his punctuality. I would use him again in the future.

Bill Martin who is the owner of Natura Care came out personally, helped us take care of everything, helped us work with the insurance company and was there from the beginning to the end and he did an excellent job. We wanted to get our carpets cleaned a year later and we hired them to do the work and they did a great job. The company has always been very professional, very competitively priced, they've done a great job. Bill helped us deal with the insurance process, he very much understood it and making sure that we receive what we were suppose to receive from the insurance and making sure that he was providing the insurance company what they needed in order to help facilitate the claims process. He saved our basement from a lot more damage. We would use them again in the future.

He took a tremendous amount of time. Was on time, extremely accommodating. Did a great job, took 6-7 hours to ensure everything was cleaned properly. Also, identified cat odors and came back later free of charge to offer advice on animal odors. He was extremely impressive and I highly recommend him.

I took advantage of a special coupon for cleaning 5 rooms, 1 hall and 1 stairs and ended up having them do the entire house. Bill Martins, the owner, is extremely professional and personable and I would highly recommend his company.

The overall service was fantastic and I liked that the cleaner used was all natural. The service provider went over each room and any remaining spots once complete - none of the remaining spots were a surprise, I knew it was mostly wear and tear. The service provider was running late, but I appreciated the several phone calls he made to keep us updated on his arrival time and the apology for being late once he arrived.

Overall had a wonderful Experience with Bill and NaturaCare. He was honest, professional, courteous and friendly. He came out to give me an estimate on cleaning of carpets for our new home. The previous owners' had two cats, and my husband is slightly allergic to the cat dander. He came out, and not only provided me with a fair price quote, he also extended to me the Angie's list special he had running, and calculated the "remaining square footage that was outside of the special", saving me hundreds. This was a pleasant surprise. I had him come out about 4 days before we moved in and he warned me that the cat odor may actually be worse after the cleaning for a day or two, but by the time we moved in that weekend, the house looked and smelled great. There is still a slight odor in the basement from the cats, but my husband doesn't seem to smell it, and/or has not had any reactions so we are thrilled with the outcome. We will most definitely recommend Bill and his services to friends and family.

The owner Bill, arrived about an hour later than originally expected, however he did call in advance and provided notice that they would be late. As for the results of the job, he completed the cleaning service in the time frame promised and did an excellent job. They even went beyond the promised service and was able to completely eliminate the nail polish stains from one of the bedroom carpets that we thought we were going to have to replace. This saved us a big time cash outlay. Good job Bill! What was more impressive was that two weeks after Bill completed our job, he was called back in an attempt to eliminate some new stains that occurred on the Thanksgiving holiday. He came by within a day of the call, worked on the new stains for over a half-hour and the results were again remarkable. What was more surprising was the fact that he performed this additional service at no charge. This company truly knows the profession, and has a great grasp on what excellent customer service is all about! No hesitation to recommend Bill and Natura Care to anyone.

I called Monday morning and left a message for Bill to get a quote. He called me back within 2 hours and said he could stop by the same afternoon and provide a quote, and provide the cleaning services if I was interested. I confirmed I was available. He gave me a call once he was on his way to confirm when he would arrive. Bill was friendly and professional. He was also very friendly toward my daughters and my dog. He walked through the house with me, observed the stains, and tested for moisture. We discussed options. He highly recommended the pet treatment because of the many "organic" stains from the previous owners' dogs. Though this added some expense and went above my goal budget (I was aiming for about $200-250), the explanation and detail he provided was well justified, and the expense was worth it. He worked out a detailed estimate, which included adjustments to his package deal to accommodate the large family room. I accepted the estimate, and he confirmed he was able to get started right away. Because of the very good reviews on Angie's List I was comfortable accepting the estimate without getting estimates from other companies. Bill completed the work in about an hour. He showed me the progress when he was halfway through the basement so I could see the difference in the carpet color. He showed me what he had done once he had finished. The carpets were mostly dry by that evening, and fully dry by the next day. The carpets look great. All the stains are gone. Wish I had a before and after picture for this. I was considering replacing the carpet, but now feel very comfortable keeping it for the near future. I am very satisfied with Bill's work, and happily recommend him to others.

We recently moved into a new house and the carpet was an absolute mess! The people who had lived here previously had a large dog and I hated to think WHAT exactly those stains may be (gross!). I had no hope for the stains to come out but I at least wanted the carpets clean. After researching Angie's list, I finally chose to go with Bill b/c of his excellent reviews and the fact that he uses natural products (baby also on the way!). From start to finish the whole process was extremely easy. I called him, scheduled an appt,, he came out when expected and did an amazing job. He even got the stains out of the carpet!! He also left us with a bottle of cleaner and recommendations on how to keep the carpet clean. We would FOR SURE use Natura Care again and give him a 100% recommendation!
