Bill is extremely responsive, does a good job, and is always professional. Bill's people were doing work at the same time we had a plumber out who lost his cool and started yelling at people, but Bill was calm and professional throughout. He responds to call or texts promptly and usually within an hour, and his communications are always very clear and professional. The level of responsiveness and quality of communications is uncommon for contractors in this area. He'll do a great job.

Very professional, nice, timely, did a good job

Overall good service however I didn't realize until he was finishing up that he doesn't move anything even small items. There were 3 plastic bins temporarily located in the walkway which he didn't move and a stationary bike which we had talked about because of spots and indentations in the carpet from a previous piece of exercise equipment. Once I brought this to his attention and moved the items myself he brought the equipment back in and cleaned the area. He should alert customers up front that he moves nothing! Therefore I have given him a B for professionalism.

Bill did great work; he showed up on time, explained the cleaning process he uses, and answered all my questions. He helped me move some furniture, then started working on the tough spots. The carpets are over 15 years old; the reason I wanted the carpets cleaned was that I had just finished a kitchen renovation, so I wanted the dry wall dust cleaned up that had settled throughout the house. My cream color carpets are now at least three shades lighter; he removed many stains and was able to "fade" the most severe ones. He really paid a lot of attention to the stairs, which had the most ground-in dirt. Now they look almost new. After dealing with a few other companies over the years, this was a great value for the money. Highly recommend.

He did a good job. He asked me to show him what he needed to clean and after that he did his job. I gave him extra because I wanted something extra done and he came out 2 weeks ago.

They did an excellent job. When they called me back to make the appointment, they were courteous and professional. We discussed what would be done and exactly how their pricing was structured to cover what needed to be done. On the day of service, they called ahead to say when they were on their way, and arrived on time. The home in question is a rental property, so the technician called afterwards to let me know what condition he had found the carpets in, and how it turned out after he had cleaned them. The tenant was very surprised and happy at how clean the carpets had become when the technician was done. The carpets are nine years old, and the last time they had been cleaned was three years ago. The technician let me know the carpets were very dirty from heavy shoe traffic, but both he and the tenant agreed they look like new after he was done. I will definitely use Natura Care again in the future. Excellent service for an excellent value.

I did not realize how dirty these carpets were until he began to clean them and I wish I had a "before" photo to share so you all could see the difference. His work made a huge difference in the brightness of the carpets and the house smells fresher. I gave him a "B" for punctuality only because we were the last appointment of the day and he got held up with a job that bigger than he had anticipated; However, he did call twice to let me know where he was and to keep me apprised of his arrival. He started the work around 5:30 and did not leave until he was satisfied with the results, about 9pm. He is a perfectionist and that is nice when you are paying someone to do this kind of work. I highly recommend him.

Bill was extremely professional and very pleasant to work with on setting a time and getting started. Unfortunately, the organic products he used left an unpleasant smell on the carpets. Also, the stairs didn't come entirely clean so where they had no dirt showing before and just needed a yearly cleaning, they now have dark black dirt marks on each step, along the ridge. The carpet also took a full 36 hours to dry instead of only the 6-12 we had discussed. This was our family's first go at organic carpet cleaning and despite Bill's timely and courteous delivery of services, I am afraid we will have to go back to the chemical based products to get the carpet truly clean.

Provider ran hours late for the initial appt we scheduled -- I finally had to give up waiting for him to show up. We rescheduled to another day. Had to negotiate additional fees beyond the deal.

The overall service that Bill provided was great -- he was prompt, friendly, professional and did a great job on our carpets. I also used one of the coupons from Angies's List. My husband and I bought our house five years ago, and this was the first time we had our carpets cleaned. We have two cats, so I appreciate that the methods/materials used in the cleaning process were safe for them and also effective enough that they were able to get rid of any "cat smells." I would definitely recommend this company for carpet cleaning.

I had chosen Natura Care because of the reviews and because they use natural products. I purchased the deal on Angie's List, but come to find out they didn't service my area (I could have sworn I made sure if they did). Also, the owner said the "deal" expired. I got the impression there is a lack of communication between Angie's List and the companies. Despite all this, Bill honored the deal and location and I was not charged extra. He gave me a window between 10 am to Noon. He called me to let me know when he was on his way. He arrived around 11:30. I showed him all my horrible unsightly stains that my husband, cat and dog have made and explained how I made it worse by trying to clean the heck out of them. He told me what to do in the future. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and nice. He didn't make any promises on the stain removal as they were horrible. I then let him do his work. He protected my floors while he was working. Then an hour and a half later I was shocked, my carpets were like brand new. Even my ever skeptic husband was shocked at the result. I was so happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Bill and Natura Care, if I can't use the company again somebody should be able to. Also, please be sure you call the companies to make sure the deal is still valid and that they service your area.

He was really good. My cat had urinated in my dining room and the technician warned me that it might not totally get rid of the smell. It didn't because it had probably gone down into the baseboards, but overall he did a great job. He was a great guy and even did an extra treatment for the dining room. The price was fair.

It seems this time of the year is very busy for carpet cleaning firms. I was thrilled that Natura Care was able to squeeze me into their schedule. They arrived within the promised time window and were on site for about 3 hours. We have two dogs and our furniture and carpet really did need professional attention. Or sofa, loveseat and ottoman now look new again. I was surprised that the cushions were dry and ready to use the next day. Our carpet had a number of stains that were removed. We paid extra for stain protection for the carpet which seems to have been worthwhile. We will use this firm in the future for our cleaning needs.

Natura Care arrived on Saturday afternoon. The owner, Bill Martins, did the work. He was very pleasant to work with, carefully explained what he would do, and took great care in moving our furniture all of which he put on blocks. He worked quickly and thoroughly, getting the carpet cleaner than we thought possible given its age and condition. He gave us clear instructions about how long to leave the furniture on blocks and on follow-up care of the carpet. Natura Care provided just what we wanted at a reasonable price.

Arrived very early in the 2 hour window provided which I liked. Fully explained all that would be done. Further explained that some stains are not able to be removed, that heavily worn carpets will not be looking brand new, just cleaned; stuff like that... not overselling results. Spent several hours cleaning all the carpets and you could really see the difference. Spent time finding and treating spots. Took an interest in getting the cleaning correct.

Thorough, professional job, including lengthy pet stain and odor treatment.

Their last service date was June. The approximate cost was $6400. I would use them again in the future.

Bill was just fantastic. He came immediately when we called after the water had gotten into the basement and personally did the work, supervised the other workers and just went above and beyond to make sure that not only was our immediate issue fixed but that the underlying issue was solved (since this is the 3rd time in 3 years we have had this room flood when a super heavy rain was in our area). He also personally came by every single day to give us a status and to check on the condition of the room and repairs.. to check dryness levels, level of mold in the air, cleanliness of the work site,etc. That level of attention and detail was just so value added to us, as busyhome owners.

I purchased the big deal from Angie's List. They charged me $80 more than the big deal price because we had a lot more rooms. The keeper who previously owned our house was a smoker so that's why we had them steam clean the house. They were very good.

The owner Bill came to my house to clean the carpet, it had been used for 3 1/2 years without a cleaning and there were some red mud stains and other spilled drinks as well as some high traffic areas. Bill took his time and got the stains out and the carpet looks better than the last time I had it cleaned. He spend well over 5 hours on the carpet. My realtor was impressed as she told me later she was worried about some of the stains when I showed her the house and asked for his information, even my plumber who had seen it before was amazed. I am exceptionally pleased with the work he did and have already given his information to my neighbors. I already am planning to use him again for a different property.

It went great, the service was excellent.

Scheduled an appointment with this provider for Saturday July 20th between 8 and 10 in the morning. Mentioned that the property was vacant and there was a 45 minutes drive for me to get there. Both my husband and I were there at 8AM and waited till 12PM, left 2 messages that day and no one showed up. Got a message from Mr. Martin on Monday morning stating there had been a family emergency. I expected at least one simple call from him on Sat morning to cancel the appointment and not making us driving 45 minutes and waist 4 house of our weekend.

Bill did a great job on the carpet and rug. He called to say when he would arrive and was just a little late due to his busy schedule. I was very happy with the work and would definitely use Naturacare again.

We were expecting the cleaner between 10 to noon, but he called around 9:30 and said it would be closer to noon. Originally when we scheduled he said he'd try and be closer to 10, but ended up coming at 1:30. Although this wasn't great, Bill called us a few times and explained that he was being held up at a previous job where the customer kept on adding services to be performed during the cleaning. So while punctuality was the only thing that could have been improved during this cleaning, I honestly believe that it was beyond the cleaner's control. When our cleaner (and I believe the owner), Bill, did show up, he was polite, professional, and very thorough. He did an excellent job cleaning the rooms we had designated, even going so far as to try to reach as far under our master bed as he could, which was beyond our expectations. It was also much faster than I expected. Bill also cleaned a very nasty stain on a second staircase that was beyond the scope of the coupon, and cleaned the 3 stairs from our front door to our main floor for free as well. He really went above and beyond our expectations in doing so. He also explained what products he was using and gave us advice on how to better clean dog-related stains on our own in the future. We were extremely pleased with Natura Care and will certainly use them in the future. I can't believe how good our carpets look, and the stains that I thought were impossible to remove are gone.
