Bill was simply fabulous. He arrived ahead of schedule, giving me a 30 min. time of arrival. He was professional and meticulous. What really comes across is that he loves what he does and is very good at it. He clearly is interested in delivering cleaned carpets, and he gives lots of advice while he's in your home (and advice that's not about selling his services, but how to take care of the carpet). He clearly does lots of research so he can do the best job possible without using harmful chemicals, loud noises, and overly long waits for the carpets to dry. All the carpets and couches turned out great. I highly recommend him and already have!

My father was the first in our family to use this company and had a very good experience with Bill, an owner of this family-owned business. Bill was able to remove some very old water marks and coffee stains from his off-white carpet that other carpet cleaners had been unable to remove. My father found a coupon on the company's website that helped to lower the price of the overall cleaning. Based on my father's recommendation, we hired the same company to clean our light beige basement carpet (approx. 300 sq feet, including stairs), which was filthy from contractors who brought in all kinds of mud and dirt. There were also red wine and coffee stains, in addition to dirt from our dog and kids, that were removed during the cleaning process. We were very pleased with the final result..the carpet looked like new again. We had considered replacing the carpet since it had become so filthy as a result of some renovation in the basement, but we are so glad that we didn't do that since we saved a significant amount of money going this route. Bill also dropped off a stain remover made of natural products, which was a nice customer-service oriented touch. All in all, I can highly recommend the work of this company.

We were moving in a townhome that we had just bought. At the same time we had been getting some work done in a room above. We wanted to get the carpets cleaned before we moved in. I liked the fact the carpets dried up a lot faster than what most companies told us. Also he did not use any harsh chemicals.

Excellent service!!!! This is my second time using Natura Care. The first time I had the hardwood floors cleaned. This time I used them for carpet cleaning. Bill is very responsive, honest, and provides great service. I would definitely recommend them for carpet or hardwood cleaning.

Two person crew and both did a fantastic job. We have used other companies in the past (this is an annual cleaning) and we will contact them again. One company in the past drove up in a van with duck tape on the side and mirror!

Bill and his fiancee came out to clean our tri-level townhouse and did an outstanding job. They were very thorough and they were careful to ensure the quality of their work was top-notch. To clean all floors took 3 hours. The carpets look brand-new, I feel like we just moved into a new place. It was our first time using a green-cleaning type of carpet cleaning. We also liked that it used less water and dried more quickly than the standard steam-and-suck-the-water-with-a-hose kind of cleaning. We also feel at ease that our baby and toddler can run and crawl on the carpets without being affected by toxic chemicals.

We moved from Sterling, Va to Charles Town, WV and needed to clean the carpets in our old house. A friend had used their services before and highly recommended them. I Googled the company and the results were very informative and positive. I contracted them to take care of the carpet from the house I was moving from. Besides having kids, I also have dogs and the carpet really needed a makeover. The service Natura Care performed was excellent. Their technician, who is also one of the owners of the company, is also a certified technician. He took the time needed to deliver the services I mention above, and above all, he took the time to explain to me what he was doing and how everything worked. Very informative and very friendly! They don't use a lot of water, like past carpet cleaners we used before. There was no need to keep our doors open the whole time, the noise was minimal, we did not need to leave the house for them to clean and after everything was done we were able to use the whole house as soon as he finished cleaning. That was a nice surprise! Their technician really took his time to educate us about the relationship between clean carpets and uphosteries and indoor allergies - which has been affecting us for awhile. We learned a lot and we will implement all the information we received from him at our new house. Besides cleaning our carpets, we also contracted them to take care of the hardwood floor and tile and grout cleaning that we needed for the new house in WV. Although, WV its not their area of service, they took the job and again did a remarkable job. They did a hardwood rejuvenation which did not include sanding the floor and used a steam system to clean the bathrooms tile and grout. Together with the excellent service that we received we were pleased with the customer service the company delivered, their attention to details and friendly communication.
