They were prompt and great. He wasn't a one-shot deal.

They were pretty good but they didn't clean up as well afterwards as I thought they should have. I wasn't there when they did the work and that was part of the problem. They did a pretty good job on the carpets.

We reviewed all stains, and he got every one of them out. He did a terrific job, at a price that was very fair and far better than anyone else's. I am very happy with his work, but other customers should be aware: his price is lower because YOU need to do more preparation work. He expects that you will vacuum all surfaces before he gets there, Also, you must move ALL items off the floor, even light furniture. That helps him keep the price so low.

They came the day after I called to inquire about their services. Bill, the owner, is very personable. I highly recommend them and have already told a friend to hire them to clean the carpets in her home.

The owner was very responsive and prompt. The company did have instructions to prepare the house for carpet cleaning that were sent to me a day or so before the scheduled carpet cleaning. Because of my busy schedule I did not have time to really read their instructions before they arrived for the cleaning and when they arrived I felt a bit of tension when it was discovered I had not vacuumed and/or moved certain items prior to their arrival (e.g. area rugs and small furniture items such as candle stands and ottomans). The company did not start the carpet cleaning process until I moved the small furniture items and accessories off of the carpet area being cleaned. The company proceeded with cleaning the carpet, including cleaning each stair by hand with a scrub brush. The carpet looked pretty nice after they finished. However, some stains on the carpet remain. The company also readily cleaned additional smaller area rugs at my request, for an additional reasonable fee, that were not on the schedule to be cleaned. As a commentary, in my opinion, it should not be a big deal for carpet cleaning company personnel to move over or set aside certain items like area rugs and/or small furniture items, such as ottomans and floor candle holders, as a part of the general carpet cleaning service, if the customer does not have an issue. As a female customer I have had experiences with other carpet cleaning companies where the personnel just moved those items by placing them on the part of the carpet or room not being cleaned, or on the couch, without second thought or any perceived tension over the issue. As a repeat customer, I would definitely call a company that moved aside small furniture and accessory items off the carpet area cleaned, as a part of their general carpet cleaning service, more readily than one that does not.

They did a great job. They were very fast and professional. They also seemed to respect my home, being careful not to scratch anything, and even wore booties.

I was SO impressed by Natura Care's customer service. We were in a bind when the company that we had originally contracted to do the work cancelled one day before our move-out date. Bill returned my call right away and was incredibly understanding, courteous, extremely knowledgeable,had reasonable prices, and worked us into his schedule the very next day. He was also respectful of the clients home he was currently in (called right away to let me know he received my message, but also that he would call me back to discuss further once he left his current job, so he could focus all of his attention on the client). Unfortunately, our landlord did not roll over the utility service, so they were unable to complete the scheduled service (no electricity). However, they arrived right on time, and even when they knew they could not complete work that day, stayed and talked to my husband about the best way to treat carpet stains and what we should do about water damage we had at our new home. I will definitely be calling Natura Care next time we need our carpets cleaned!

They were very good. They were very professional and personable. After it was done the carpets looked great. The person who did them was very friendly and explained a lot of things. They did good work, he was very detailed oriented.

This company is great. Provided an accurate estimate over the phone, worked within my timeframe, sent an email to let me know how to prepare, and showed up ontime. The carpets looked a lot better and it was worth the cost. The owner was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

The price they quoted me was $700. They were very nice and they answered all my questions. When they gave me the estimate, I thought it was a little high. They were very professional, courteous and seemed to know what they were doing. It was just higher than what I expected it to be.

We had a great experience with Natura Care. They showed up promptly at 8 AM on a Sat morning and cleaned all of the carpets in our newly purchased home. A few weeks later, we had them back to go over the options for getting our kitchen tile cleaned and color sealed. We were reluctant to pay a little more to go with color sealing, rather than just the standard cleaning and sealing. But we've heard a lot of our friends complain about their tile grout still looking grungy after paying to have it cleaned and sealed. We decided to go with color sealing with Natura Care (least expensive quotes I found). And we are SOOOO happy that we did. The results are amazing. It looks like we have a brand new kitchen floor! Our neighbors came to see the work as it was in progess and when it was done and they were amazed by the results as well. Everyone I have talked to and worked with at Natura Care has been very professional and friendly, especially the owner, Bill. Two thumbs up to this small, family owned company! They really take care of you. I won't use anyone else in the future.

I used them once and they were really good. I spent between $275 on the service. They were very flexible working on my schedule. The guy worked really hard. He worked on the stains and was successful. I was very happy with him. Some furniture had to be moved and I moved it for him. He was very flexible, friendly, and delivered more than he promised at a great price. He wasn?t pushy at all. He worked on a weekend and he was punctual. I would surely use him again in the future.
