This was the second time I used them via an Angies List Big Deal and both times they scheduled with me for the first day I wanted, arrived on that day, sprayed, left a receipt explaining what was done, and departed. I did not have to be home, though I was. A single person wearing a backpack sprayer came into my yard area and sprayed it. I didn't watch closely, but I know he was doing the edges of the property and I assume he did the inside of the property too. Afterwards, the mosquitoes were gone. The first time, it lasted 3-4 weeks before they began reappearing. This second time it's been a week and no mosquitoes. Before we sprayed, we would get lots of mosquitoes as we live on the edge of vacant wooded property.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out fine. We used them almost immediately. They came when they were scheduled and did what they were supposed to do. It did not last long and then we found out that on looking closely at it that it would kill the bees and other things that we did not want to kill. As far as their response and actually performing the service, it was very good. We had a specific problem and that was addressed. They were quite good, very enthusiastic and did exactly what was contracted. Their quality was fine.

They were very efficient. They were very polite. Unfortunately, it rained and then the next day, there were more mosquitoes than ever. So it was a bit of a useless enterprise but it wasn’t their fault. This is my first ever experience of mosquito service so in that sense, they are the best I’ve ever had. They did the job. I was very pleased. Their pricing is very competitive.

Seemed to do a good job but the results were mixed. After just a couple of days we had mosquitoes and gnats, not sure if it was the spray or lack of neighbors doing it as well.

Worked well and service provider was timely and efficient.

I was very impressed with the results. Previously after 5 minutes in my backyard my arm would be covered by at least 10 mosquitos but after the treatment they seemed to be completely gone. It also lasted at least a month..

These guys were great. They called to schedule within 24 hours of our purchase. We had to reschedule twice because of other contractors who needed to be in the yard (and we didn't want them to be sprayed...) and Mosquito Squad was very easy to deal with. I have to withhold judgment on the effectiveness of the spray in terms of whether or not it lasts for the 3 weeks they suggest it will, but for now we don't have a mosquito around!

Mosquito Squad was very responsive to calls and email in coordinating an appointment time, and appear to have done a great job. A few days after the treatment, we have really started to see the dead bugs pile up on the driveway, and walkway. So far so good!

Went great! Got wait I paid for, no biting bugs!! We have used this service in the past with the same satisfactory results. We don't see mosquitos come back for about 3 weeks.

I am not expecting 100% mosquito free, but I was a little disappointed because the treatment was supposed to last three weeks, but into the second week I was getting pests back. They people were very nice.

We are really happy with the results of this treatment! We live in an area where mosquitoes had been making it impossible to be outdoors at ALL during the summer, unless we covered ourselves with insect repellant. The treatments have been completely effective. I was frankly unsure whether this would really work because I am a "mosquito magnet" but I can be outside any time of day or night and they are just not there any more! This is changing our life this summer.

When I called the number on the voucher I was routed to the West Montgomery branch. The person I spoke to was friendly and helpful but told me I had to contact the Howard and Montgomery County Branch. She sent them an email with all of my contact info in it including my address, email, phone and when I wanted to schedule the appointment. It took at good 3 days for someone to finally call me. They had to re-ask for all of my information. When I wanted to schedule a date they told me that I couldn't, that they would show up when it was good for their schedule. I was told I would get an email the day before they were coming with information on what to expect. I never received the email so I emailed them and they told me that they were actually going to my house that same day. I told them I never received the notification and they told me they sent it to the wrong email address. I asked them to re-send it but I never received it. They did go to my house and spray but that evening I still saw many mosquitos. They didn't ask if I was interested in any other services which I may have been but at this point I'm not anymore.

Arrived on time and delivered service as committed

I waited a month to get the appointment, but once we had a conversation, they came out the next day and the spraying was done.

Communications are very easy. They contact you by email about treatment date or about the bill. They are responsive to emails. The amount I listed ($619) is for the whole season but one can pay per treatment. I just started the service and had two treatments 3 weeks apart. In the past we used to have gnats and mosquitos and I could not work in the yard without covering up completely and wearing a mosquito net. This year so far no problems. I am hoping it will continue to be this way for the rest of the summer.

They ask what services you would like. They were prompt and professional and always notify us in advance of their scheduled visits and treatment.

The company was prompt and friendly during scheduling. There were some problems getting the initial bill right, but the Mosquito Squad was easy to deal with. The spraying seems effective so far, but I won't really know that until mosquito season really starts.

They were good to deal with and they came when they said they would come. The materials and solutions they used got rid of the mosquitoes so we were very happy with them. They were very good.

We highly recommend this mosquito and tic extermination service, Mosquito Squad (we use the West Montgomery Office). We spend lots of time on our gardens and landscaping and can now enjoy the yard without fear of bites and annoying bugs. We can entertain smal and large events for friends or work meetings and everybody comments on how nice it is to be outside! Susan Levy the owner is very responsive and tailors her program for your yard. No, she cannot control the weather by from Spring to Fall we can play more often in the sunshine and it makes us all happy. This is a great invention and service!
