Mosquito Squad of West Montgomery

I made an online inquiry via a few different providers web sites. Mosquito Squad was the only one to reply and they did so thoroughly and quickly.

The timeliness of the scheduling and services performed to to rid us of stink bugs were all excellent. Friendly service the entire time. We will continue to use them in the future.

They were good. We were satisfied. They came out promptly and did work they were supposed to do. I would use this provider again in the future.

Susan is great. She is very responsive and sends me email reminders prior to the service. A lot of my neighbors use their service as well.

They did the work, but it wasn't effective. Our lawn smelled like garlic for a week or 2 and that was all.

They did a really good job. It really worked to be honest because we're surrounded by forest and I could definitely know the difference. We didn't have a lot of interaction with them.

It went well. He was nice, professional and very informative on top of performing the services.

I think everything went fine. The mosquitos disappeared. They are not cheap. They are pretty expensive. The product seems to work. I think they are prompt with their applications. They always came out. I don't think I got it for the whole year. I got started later in the year last year, so I think they jammed a bunch of sessions into it. I just got the renewal and so it is more than I paid. When you hire a company like that, the objective is to get rid of mosquitos. That's a good thing! We didn't notice any, so I think it was good. I saw an ad for the company and saw that they were on Angie's List. I would use them again if I can't find anything cheaper that has a good rating on Angie's List.

The owner contacted me twice by phone, once because the treatment needed to be rescheduled due to rain. I appreciated that she was aware of that and planned ahead. The service was rescheduled for a rain free time-the owner went out of her way to find a convenient as well as effective time for me. I was not home when the treatment was done, but nothing was amiss and they took care not to disturb plants and animals. And the treatment worked! I was able to sit on my deck in August without mosquito bites. I would definitely use this service again.

They were great - came when they said they would and did a good job with positive results - no bugs!

I have to say the results were great! I could go outside in the back yard for several weeks after treatment without fear of being attacked by mosquitos.

The company sprayed regularly per our contract and the mosquitos did seem to be reduced in our yard. We continued to have a nat problem but I have yet to find a company or solution that can get this under control. We live in a wooded area with several near-by ponds and there seems to be little that can be done. To control the mosquitos I would use this company again.

One problem was that we had moved but hadn't realized we hadn't changed our address on Angies List, so the company sprayed our old house (lucky new owners)- but because they hadn't confirmed our service address, they also treated our new house for no charge - and they suggested that, I didn't have to ask. They were very easy and pleasant to work with, and we will use them next year.

They followed up one time but since it didn't work the first time I didn't call them back.

I had a one-shot big deal from Angie's list for a mosquito barrier spray. It seemed to keep the Mosquitos away the week we were having an outdoor party. They were great and no pressure to add additional services. We've used them before for 1/2 season when we were having more mosquito problems and it made a big difference. We would have considered a full season, with tic tubes but we weren't outside a lot and we didn't have as much a problem this year. The cost for a season is a lot more; worth it if you want to be in your yard a lot.

Everything went wel and they took care of the issue rapidly. We were without mosquitos for a good three weeks. I would consider using them for a whole season. They showed up on time when they said they would. One technician came out to do the work and gave me good follow up instructions.

Great to business with. Had a missed service, but remedied quickly and easily.

We got a very good deal as they don’t do that for repeat customers, but the lady there was very good. I think it is good that they do a very specific service but because they are a small company they cannot do everything. I do like their level of service. They don’t get into lawn care and spraying because they do specific bugs and things like that. They are very friendly.

They were timely , professional, and the spray was quite effective for a few weeks as advertised

We had several treatments throughout the summer. We normally have the Asian Tiger species of mosquito and they are brutal. After treatment we saw very few around. The treatment only lasts about three weeks but is effective.

It was fine; everything was good, none of the bugs have come back. I would recommend them. I think the price was good. I would use them again at the big deal price.

For the first time in over five years, we were able to enjoy our backyard without the bothersome mosquitos.. It was simply amazing. Highly recommended..

The treatment was not as effective as a treatment we had previously, but Mosquito Squad did another treatment immediately after we called to let them know that we still had a bit of a problem. They are wonderful to work with, and the treatments allow us to use our deck and yard again. We are most grateful.

Company called and explained the process very well. Answered all questions about the non-toxic chemicals used.

I purchased a 1/2 acre mosquito treatment from Angie's List. We were scheduled by email with the company on May 20th for treatment on May 31st. The team did not arrive. I contacted them again by replying to the email they sent me confirming the date on June 3rd and June 13th inquiring why they had not arrived and when they would reschedule for - with no response. Finally on June 13th "Susan" replied to the email strand and said that indeed we had been scheduled by an assistant but she didn't know. They offered to try and "make it up to us", but at that point we would be traveling most of the summer so it was too late for us to get what we paid out of this coupon - let alone no longer trusting a company that doesn't keep its appointments nor communicate. So C for "trying" to rectify a situation 2 weeks after the mishap, but otherwise I'd give an F for failure to appear when scheduled and failure to communicate with multiple communications asking about what happened (until after 2 weeks).
