Description of Work: The service was responsive and scheduled a cleaning for the next day just after a huge snow storm and cold snap. Mice had gotten in to the house and droppings had to be cleaned up. I left a house guest to oversee the work to her satisfaction as I was away. That, I believe was a mistake, as the house had just been cleaned 5 days prior so should not have needed two people plus herself to clean for 7.5 hours for 1500 sq ft. That's 22 1/2 person hours! Every single item was wiped down and replaced in 5 rooms. If you want a meticulous job, these women will perform. My guest was so pleased she gave them $100 tip.

+ -1 moreI have Maid Brigade of Sterling (I think they also have the Leesburg franchise?) for regular housecleaning. They do a fine job - not A+ excellent (there's usually something they miss), but I shopped around a bit and their prices seem competitive with everyone else's. (And does anyone clean your house like you would?) They bring their own cleaning products - which are "green", so that's good. They try to send the same crew every week for consistency, but there does seem to be some turnover/change. They leave a comment card every week, so they can get used to your specific comments. They'll also guarantee a 24-hour return for re-cleaning (which I used once - my bathroom was so badly done, I had them come back, which they did quickly and with no complaint.) They're very flexible with rescheduling for vacations etc. All in all, a solid company, and I have stuck with them for a number of years.
