M&WR does a great job. We have them come on a regular weekly schedule. The office calls the day before to confirm the appointment and the crew shows up (typically two people) on time and gets right to work. They are pleasant, efficient, thorough, and very professional. We have been very happy with M&WR to date.

The crew finished very fast, I was impressed. I checked the house they had missed few things, but when told they cleaned it. They are on time which really helps. So far so good.

First contacts & service dates were punctual & professional from management but next few visits were not so much. Some of the cleaning was good, but parts were neglected or forgotten. Additionally, cleaners spoke little English, o all communication had to go thru office & then communicated to them 2nd party.

They were very good. At the beginning, their supervisor came in to double check their work. I thought that was a nice touch.

Two cleaners show on time. Manager calls the day before the scheduled cleaning to confirm appointment and to pass on any messages to cleaners. Manager and cleaners are very cordial and professional. I'm very happy with their performance and recommend their services.

The 2 staff arrived on time and went right to work. They worked hard and from start to finish. They attended to the detailsand did a thorough cleaning . My husband and I are very grateful.

They were absolutely the best house cleaning company I have ever used. My house was spotless and never looked so good. They were extremely professional, excellent workers, and took their time to do their work and not sikip corners. Several friends were totally amazed by how clean and sparkling everything was in my house. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants excellent work and professionalism and reasonable prices. You get excellent service when you call and talk to Carla who works with you in setting up dates. I can't say enough about this company.

House was cleaned adequately. Few smudges here and there(on windows and freshly painted walls) but all in all, decent enough job.

They arrived on time, introduced themselves and got right to work. THe field supervisor arrived about an hour later to ensure everything was going well and introduce the exterior window washer. I gave her the same instructions I gave the rest of the crew and they went to work. The took a break for lunch, that was it. They worked from 8 AM to 3:30 PM non-stop.

. When they arrived they had all of their supplies with them. Unlike another services that would use at least two rolls of MY paper towels and garbage bags. Since this was their first time, they took time to get to know the house, which rooms were used and which rooms only needed dusting and vacuuming. They worked quickly AND efficiently. Very personable and cheery which I appreciated on the first day, as my day had been rather difficult. They started from the top to the bottom of the house. In the bathrooms they put everything back into it's rightful position - which is VERY helpful! I used to have to get things back in place after the last cleaners I had. So far none of the problems I've had with any of the other services!! I think I've finally got a keeper!! What a relief! OH - one last thing - I have three dogs and they got along very well with the dogs! Yeah!

The estimate came in immediately! I arranged for a cleaning the next week and they showed up on time! I have had house cleaners before and this was the best ever! I will have them in bi- weekly and can look forward to this professional and honest service for a long time!

M & WR was a joy to do business with. I initially emailed M & WR to ask for a quote on a one-time full house cleaning and received a response, that included the estimate, in under an hour. I followed up with a phone call to confirm the information and Carla was extremely helpful in answering my questions and getting me scheduled for the service. I received a reminder/confirmation phone call the day before the cleaning and they said they would be there the following morning between 8:30 and 9:00 AM. They also let me know that since it was the first time seeing my house they would walk the house, before beginning, to make sure their time estimate was appropirate. Sure enough, the following morning my doorbell rang right at 8:45 AM. About 5 minutes later my phone rang and it was Carla letting me know the ladies had walked the house and that it would take about half an hour longer than the original estimate (not a surprise, I have a finished attic that added to the size of the job). Carla then asked if it was OK to proceed in light of the new estimate. I really appreciated this upfront approach. The two ladies worked in a non-stop, professional manner the entire time they were here. They did a fantastic job! Their adjusted time estimate was right on the money and I couldn't be more pleased with how clean the house was when they left. The following day I received a phone call from Carla. She wanted to make sure that the house was cleaned to my satisfaction before she charged my credit card; now that is how you do customer service! I will absolutely be using them again in the future.

They were professional. The guy was really late because he did not get correct direction I think. But they did an excellent job and they were really nice to work with. I live in a house which was essentially sold and it had a lot of jung in the basement. It was filthy and it was not cleaned for nearly 15 years. So they cleaned it out. I would have liked it if someone would have answered the phone more often. I had to leave a lot of messages. But they were very prompt in returning my calls though they did not read my messages. They were much more prompt than the other people I called. Over all they were quick, they were nice, and they did everything I asked them to. I would recommend them to others. I would use them in the future.

The cleaning crew was on time and completed their cleaning tasks early. The carpets were cleaned very well. They did an exceptional job. Will use them again and again......

They performed two very detailed house cleanings for me. One at the house I was moving out of, and one at the house I was moving into. Both were exemplary, and quite frankly, I was surprised at the amount of junk they found in the new house that needed to be discarded. The only caveat is that for both houses they were a little late in arriving, but I didn't have to wait more than 30 minutes so that's not a huge issue. I would use M@WR again without hesitation, and recommend them to anyone who needs a thorough, detailed house cleaning.

They listened carefully to what I needed done, and were very good about following through. They were good and very dependable. I don't have a basis for comparing their price.

After general painting and remodeling in kitchens and baths, needed whole house cleaned. The three ladies arrived promptly, were very well-organized and had our entire house cleaned in 2 - 3 hours. Every thing was well-done. And 'guest-ready' for next day. I thought price was very reasonable for quality of service. Would definitely use again! Would like to use on a more regular basis... it's on my list of things to do :).

They are fantastic, absolutely superb. They are hard working and I am very pleased with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are always right on time and get the work done in the time allotted. I have been through quite a few cleaning services in my 79 years and would rate them on top.

They are very responsive,dependable, and always do good work. They are also good about fitting in extras that I want done.
