They are VERY responsive to any requests or concerns, and the quality of the cleaning is top notch. They have been flexible and worked with me as my schedule changes, and their price is well worth the work they do. I can HIGHLY recommend this business.

They made some dents in my floor. The price was good but considering the issue, I got what I paid for. Their responsiveness was great. The work itself was a bit spotty and not done exactly the way I had asked. The cleaners were absolutely nice and courteous. To improve, I think they need to improve on how to take care of floors..

Initially, their service was fine. As time went on, items became damaged in my home and M&WR Cleaning has not taken the appropriate actions to fix the items they damaged. They do not believe that the damage was caused by their people, however the incidents of damage only occurred on the days their crews were in our house. Since M&WR Cleaning refuses to take responsibility, they have refused to repair items or otherwise compensate for loss. Damaged items ranged from a mirror, a jewelry box, and our kitchen countertops. Once we cancelled our service and started using another company, we have had no further incidents.

Once I contacted M&WR Cleaning Contractors, Carla was quick to answer any of my questions and was able to get me a date to set up to meet her to go over everything that I needed. Once we met, a date was quickly set up. The day came for my home to be cleaned and everyone showed up on time. The ladies were extremely professional and they worked quick all while getting the requests I made for cleaning done well. I would highly recommend them and I plan on using them again soon! We utilized M&WR Cleaning Contractors for 18 months for our house cleaning services. When you request an estimate, someone from M&WR will visit your home, perform a walkthrough, and give an estimate for the work required and the services that are offered. We signed up for a monthly house cleaning of a three-level single family home. The house cleaners are very courteous and show attention to detail. Cleanings were well done at first, but we noticed a drop in precision as time wore on. Nevertheless the cleaners would quickly address our concerns when we raised them. As we were told by the owner, it is best to ensure you have the same cleaning crew each time you schedule a cleaning so they learn your home and what is expected. It is not advisable to change appointments without ensuring you get the same team that services your home on a regular basis. You receive a 24-hour notice via phone or e-mail prior to your cleaning so you can prepare. Same-day cancellations and reschedules result in a $25.00 fee. Payment is easy via credit card online.

I had used M & WR Cleaning twice in 2014 and were very satisfied with he quality of their cleaning. On this occasion I assume the cleaning went well (i.e., no complaints from my new tenants). However, on this job the original invoice I received was for $300.00, not the $150.00 for the cleaning. Because the cleaners were unable to access the unit they were forced to return. In fairness I was okay with paying for their additional travel time, although the one hour and 20 minute additional charge seemed excessive. I was also asked to pay for a 40 minute wait period while they attempted to contact me. I never approved the waiting on the first visit, and honestly believed the charge for waiting was unfair. I called Liza to explain my concerns but agreed nonetheless to pay $250.00, which I believed was more than fair. Days after the check was mailed, Carla, the owner sent me an email to say she was reducing the charge to accommodate my concerns. I thought the issue was settled, but yesterday I received another email from Carla saying I owed another $12.50? Today I called M & WR Cleaning (Liza) to say I considered the issue closed. She agreed. FUTURE: Although I will continue to use M & WR to clean my rental units, I strongly recommend the others work out the details of what will be charged for "travel time", and "wait time " if appropriate.

The windows cleaning girls were awesome. They arrived on time and realized the doublepane windows wer full of dirt, paint brush marks and covering of a second storm window at each location. They didn't even shirk the effort, but asked for help to lift the storm windows out (heavy), then dug in and cleaned every window and door pane to make them crystal clear. I don't know what liquid they used, but it even removed etched in dirt inthe westfacing windows. Charged $270 or so for all of it. The carpet cleaner guy was the opposite. This carpet is two years old from a reputable store. He started late, amde excuses for what he could do with the equipment he had and didn't bring the fragrance additive I ordered to go with the cleaning. He went through the cleaning fromthe back bedrooms to front, did well inthe hallway to clean the carpet, but then for some reason rushed through the living room, leaving a big dark area 10 x 12' unclean and instead of runing his equipment over it againafter we pointed it out, said he couldn't get that out if he tried again - then left in hurry. Charged $27 for 600sg ft . It's unfortunate that we have to rate this company lower because of the carpet cleaning guy, because the "girls" work was truly exceptional.

We hired M&WR to do a detailed cleaning of our home, which had not been professionally cleaned in a long time. We have several children and pets so the home was in desperate need of cleaning. We hired M&WR to do a one time detailed cleaning to get the house back into a maintainable state. The crew spent the entire day working, and the cleaning was done thouroughly and professionally. I was extremely satisfied with the results. My home hasn't looked this good in years. Based on the results of the one time detailed cleaning, we will be using M&WR for bi-weekly house cleaning from now on. From the beginning, Carla at M&WR was very responsive, friendly, and professional to work with, and made the process of getting an estimate and scheduling the cleaning very easy. I wish all companies were this enjoyable to work with. I have used several cleaning companies over the years, and most were similar - not horrible, but certainly not great. M&WR is a standout, and I highly recommend them.

Everything was done as discussed in term of timing and work. The price was fair.

Workers did a great job cleaning the condo. Bathrooms were spotless, carpet was clean, balcony was swept and cleared of debris, kitchen appliances were cleaned in and out. Carla and Lisa are excellent to work with. Payment was easy via check or online invoice with credit card.

Starting with the scheduling, Carla was extremely responsive and I was able to schedule one of the days that was my preference, with just a few days' notice. She gave me a half hour time frame in terms of when they would arrive and they came right on time. I didn't stay while they worked but did have a couple of questions -- i.e., how they clean hardwood floors because I'm pretty picky about mine. They answered my questions and were friendly and cheerful despite the fact that my appointment was late in the day. I left with the feeling that they were going to do a great job. And when I came home I was definitely not disappointed. My hardwood floors looked great, my stainless kitchen appliances were clean and shiny and the bathroom spotless. Even the baseboards were clean. I have been disappointed with cleaning services in the past but this time my expectations were exceeded. They washed my windows on the inside, cleaned my refrigerator and somehow made my bedroom carpet look like new. I have two cats and I know there was a lot of cat hair to get rid of -- but they did it. I don't think there's a place in my house that they missed. I'm so pleased with the results it is a pleasure to recommend them and I will definitely use them again.

Great service from start to finish! Carla came to the house and provided a very reasonable estimate for a bi-weekly cleaning service. She indicated that she would follow up with a confirmation of the available cleaning date the next day and she did this. The cleaning crew was on time; paid attention to details and were much superior to our previous company. They also provided an estimate for window cleaning on the inside and outside. This price was also very competitive with other companies that have performed the same service. EXCELLENT!

W&MR did what I didn't think would be possible. After receiving a call yesterday afternoon from my (now former) home cleaning service provider who wished to move my confirmed appointment to next week (which seems to happen fairly regularly), I had to scramble to find someone who had availability for this morning prior to family arriving in town for the weekend. W&MR took the time to answer all of my questions, giving me a quote for the services to be provided that didn't include any last minute gouging. (it turns out it was actually cheaper than the company we were using.) The two ladies showed up 10 minutes early and, after discussing which rooms shouldn't be cleaned, promptly began working. They were extremely courteous and efficient. I believe they cleaned things that the previous service provider didn't clean in the same time.

This company is very professional. Because I was a first-time customer, they sent a supervisor to stop by and check on the project. I own a 3 BR town home and I had them clean the main level (LR, DR, KIT, Sunroom), MBR, MBA, Guest bath and lower level bath. I thought the price was a bit steep, considering they didn't clean all 3 bedrooms, only 1. However, my house was a dirty mess and they got it clean, especially the stove top and bathrooms. My normal housekeeper was out of town and she would typically charge me about $125 to $150, so the price was a shocker, but their cleaning was much better.

I had M&WR clean my house while my normal housekeeper was on maternity leave. They cleaned my house for about two months, biweekly. They were prompt and thorough with their cleaning service. I would definitely call them again if my housekeeper can't make it.

We have worked with M&WR for many years -- very nice owners -- cleaning crew very easy to work with -- mostly they do the usual cleaning and vacuuming -- they bring all their own cleaning equipment and supplies. If windows, ovens, frig need cleaning, they allow extra time and extra charge.

The cleaners were prompt and courteous. We had a special need which was to clean my elderly parents refrigerator which had a lot of spoiled foods. The did as asked and then cleaned the inside with bleach. Then they cleaned the apartment floors, bathrooms and the kitchen. They were very polite and if they had any questions they asked. They were very friendly and professional.

We called and arranged a full cleaning including all the carpeting on a new home we had purchased. Two people showed up on schedule and did a very complete cleaning job including ceiling fan blades and tops of window ledges. A couple of hours later the carpet cleaner truck showed up, as scheduled, and did all the carpeting. Everything was done very well. In fact we liked them so well, we hired them to clean our daughter's townhouse after she moved out. Pretty much the same story again. They did a wonderful job at both places.

I would highly recommend M & WR Cleaning. They were very accommodating and respectful. I scheduled two days before and was in a big rush. They did both carpet cleaning and household cleaning. Carla and Mariela were great. They found left over cups and plates and asked what to do with them. They did not just assume - they waited for my permission. I have gotten incredible comments from realtors about the service. I will definitely use them again. -Andrew
