All furniture was carefully wrapped with pads first and then plastic. I was impressed with how easily they moved one particularily heavy item (piano) up a narrow flight of stairs and onto the truck. They also offered me wardrobe boxes at no charge when they saw that I still had a bunch of clothes in a closet that I didn't have time to pack. They also took extra care in putting down plastic and rugs in the new house to protect the floors. They really know how to move stuff. I used them also about 10 years ago to help me move into my last house and that one went well also. That is why I used them again. There was one problem however. It looks like an old iphone I kept in a bed side table drawer went missing. I'm positive it was there before the move and before it was wrapped and packed. But it was not upon arrival. The charging cable was still there in the drawer that it was attached to but the phone was not. It sort of looks like it got lifted by one of the workers prior to the bed side table being wrapped and loaded onto the truck....

It went great. The two packers, Charlotte and Jaton, were competent, professional, and had great senses of humor. The three loaders, John (foreman), Alex, and Scott (Zippy) were also extremely competent and fun to work with. They barely got all of our stuff n the truck and would not have but for the amazing eye that John had for fitting shapes together. They all arrived on time. On Friday John and Scott unloaded (yes, only two of them, including a heavy refrigerator, a piano, treadmill, and exercise bike). Nothing was broken or scratched. The weight was about 500 pounds over Joe's estimate, but well within the Not to Exceed we had asked for. All in all a great experience for something which is so stress-loaded in the first place.

I had to change our move date several times due to gliches in the sale of our home. They were very helpful and accommodating in making these changes. When I had nearly finished packing, I got sick and had to request the services of JK to complete the packing. The packers were very fast, complete and professional. The next day, the movers came and loaded up the truck. They were also very fast and professional. They used pads to protect the floors, doors and railings from damage. It took quite a long time to load all of our stuff, since they couldn't pull the truck into our driveway; it was too steep and curvy. It was a cold, rainy day, but they worked quickly and protected everything from the elements. When our items arrived at the new home, they had to contract with a local company to provide men to unload. The driver was the same foreman for the job from Virginia. Everything went well. Upon unpacking, I was shocked at the amount of packing material they used! But nothing was broken, so I suppose it was necessary. The cost of the job was higher than the other estimates I'd gotten, but everyone I spoke with at the company was so professional and helpful, I decided to go with them. In fact, a rep from one of the other companies I contacted told me that JK was very good. (His company was not able to do the job for me, due to the size of our house.) The actual cost of the move was higher than the estimate, but since they ended up doing a lot of the packing, I expected that. I would highly recommend JK Moving, especially for long distance moves. I would like to see them use a little less packing materials. It just seemed like a waste. Fortunately, I was able to donate the boxes and packing papers to our local Habitat for Humanity.

QUOTE/ESTIMATE I called JK to schedule an in-person estimate. The representative on the phone was courteous and helpful. On the day of the appointment, John F. showed up on-time. John provided a thorough introduction of the company's philosophy, and John was warm and positive in answering questions that my wife and I had about the stereotype/stigma of moving companies. John provided us with 3 estimates: 1. Full pack and move, including estimated packing materials needed 2. Partial pack and move, including estimated packing materials needed 3. No pack, just move, including estimated packing materials needed I explained to John our budget constraints, and JK's quotes are above our budget. John assured my wife and I that the quotes are conservative (in that he had built in buffers and leeways), and he also suggested that we can lower the cost by buying the packing materials ourselves. PRE-MOVE Shirley P., our Move Coordinator, called me 3 days before the scheduled date to confirm the move. Shirley was courteous and polite. I expressed about my concerns of potential snow flurries on the move date. Shirley assured me of alternatives and explained the additional cautions JK would apply during less than ideal weather conditions. MOVE By far, John, Shirley and the crew have made the move the easiest part of our first home buying experience. They crew was really motivated, friendly, and energetic. All 3 crew members SPOKE PERFECT ENGLISH, and this gave us a good comfort level in knowing that the crew understands our needs and is able to work with us closely. They showed up promptly at 8am, and they just went to work hard. They constantly communicated with us to ensure that the stuff that need to be moved were identified, and they were FAST! They packed all of our belongings like their own, with cautions and care. My biggest fear is that the crew would have been sloppy on packing, but my fear was eliminated when I saw the crew packs $5 IKEA plate gently and thoroughly. They were experts in disassembling the big furnitures, e.g. all our IKEA furnitures. During the move, Shirley called to check in to see if I have any issue/concern. It was nice to know that someone at JK's office is available on a Saturday if there was a need for assistance. Our toddler got into the way of the crew a few times, took away their rolls of tape a few times, but the crew were extremely accommodating and very friendly to her. Every box was labelled clearly, and the crew continuously looked to me for directions on which box to go to which room when we got to the new house. And they assembled the IKEA furnitures without the hard-to-understand hydrologic instructions. Moreover, the crew also pointed out dings and dents of my new house that I missed during the walkthrough with the builder, this will enable me to go back to the builder to have them fix those dings/dents. Best of all, they finished the job early, and that helped me come in under budget! POST-MOVE We are 1/4 way through our unboxing/unpacking, and so far nothing is damaged; I'm keeping my hopes up that we won't need to file any claims. While digging through the boxes to find an item that I needed, I came across my 2002 iPad (non-functional, kept for antique purpose) wrapped by itself; the crew probably didn't want to damage the (non-functional) electronic item. John sent me an e-mail on the evening of the move apologizing for not able to call me personally during the move. The gesture counted a lot to us because it shows that we are not just a job that he sold, and he is actually attuned to his customers. *** AS I CONTINUE TO UNPACK, I WILL UPDATE THE POST-MOVE ACCORDINGLY *** Overall Choosing JK was one of the best decisions I made in our first home buying process. JK minimized, if not eliminated, the stresses associated with the move. Now I see why the Bushes and the Clintons chose JK. John, Shirley, and the crew definitely provided us with a "presidential" experience. I will no doubt choose John and JK again.

I recently had to move my company office during the week between Christmas and New Years. Since I have not moved my firm in over 20 years, I was not looking forward to the move and faced it with a certain amount of trepidation. In addition to all of our computers, servers, and furniture, I also had a number of personal fragile antiques that I was worried about. After reviewing many bids we contracted with JK Moving Services and the move was pulled off with no problems at all. I felt I felt very taken care of by all of the JK Moving crew. Our move manager Kurt allayed all of my fears, and was there at the start and the end of the move. All of our electronics were moved without at hitch and we were able to dismantle our offices on December 28th and we were fully set up and ready to work on the 31st. I found this nothing short of amazing in the middle of the holiday season. And, my antiques- two pieces which had neon- were in perfect shape. The extra services that JK provided- helping us get rid of old electronics and furniture made all of the difference in the world. It spared me the headache of trying to find a recycling center that would take my old printers, phone systems, and outdated hard drives, and I felt good knowing that my excess furniture was being put to good use. While I am not contemplating another office move anytime soon, there is no doubt that I will be using JK again, and I will happily refer them to any business that is considering a move. In an industry that is full of marginal operators it is a delight to find a professional organization of JK’s caliber.

Top quality service from my online request for in-home estimate, to the service during the in-home estimate, to the confirmation of the scheduled move, to the follow up the day before, to the day of and the movers showing up early, to the top quality of the movers and their execution of the move, to their willingness to move furniture at the new location !!!!! No issues at all and all items were delivered with no damage. Highly recommended !!!!!!! Totally Satisfied !!!

From the first time Eric came out to give us an estimate to the final drop off, our furniture and items were treated with nothing but care and professionalism. They took extremely good care of our furniture, clothing, china, collectibles, and antiques. They handled all of our items as if they were their own. When they arrived the first day (5 Dec) Nick and crew did a walk through to see what all they had to pack. He broke the crew into three groups. Nick didn't do the typical, or what one would expect, he pitched right in and worked just as hard as his crew(Johnny, Sylvia and Dave). Additional workers came to help and they all pitched in, no slacking by any of them. They had blankets to put on the doors , and placed cardboard on the walls so as to not mark the walls or scratch the doors. Also each time they came they laid plastic runners on the carpets and the steps, red carpets at the door. The care they took to make sure they did not track in dirt or mark anything was quite impressive. Our items were placed in storage crates and taken to JK storage. The guys did an excellent job of wrapping and placing packing around our items. On 11 December 2012 we met them at our storage unit, right on time, actually we followed them to the storage unit. When they came out of the truck I was moved to tears to see it was the same great foursome who had taken such good care of our things at our home. This is when we met Joe, who was the driver of the truck that brought our items to our new home, another JK professional. When they opened the back of the truck we were impressed once again at how well the truck was loaded. All of our household goods were stacked carefully, no crates. They took great care of the items we had packed, even repacking a few that they wanted to ensure did not get broken. They are the ultimate professionals. On 14 Dec, at exactly 8 a.m., Joe arrived at our home in Missouri with our household goods. The unpacking crew (4 men) arrived about forty five minutes later. Another professional group, Joe pitched right in and started to unload the truck. They worked tirelessly, Joe and three of the guys unloading and bringing to the house and one young man putting the furniture together. Only problem was after they left I realized, the guy putting the furniture together, failed to put the post under one of the queen beds, a mirror was not placed on the dresser. Overall I was quite pleased with the unpack. I must admit though I was not as impressed with the ST Louis crew. Joe, the driver, went above and beyond, in my opinion, as he offered to fix the bed and place the mirror but we told him we would take care of it. Joe stayed about an hour and a half after the unpacking crew left helping us out and locating box numbers that we failed to mark off. The JK Moving and Storage Staff is by far the best we have ever had, having moved 5 times while my husband was in the USAF, JK service, care, and professionalism far surpasses any other move we have made.

I had 5 companies look at everything. JK had ratings on BBB and public transportation. They came and gave us a quote. They were so good. We had some stuff that we needed to send to New York for my sister that they took care of. They packed everything with care and a new crew came when we arrived in South Carolina to help unlaod. We called them a few day's before Hurricane Sandy was going to hit to see if we could move it up a day and they said no problem.

Excellent. The crew were approachable and listened to what we wanted.

I first found out about JK through my real-estate agent. I was shopping around, but everything i saw was either way too expensive or very cheap looking. I decided to look up JK moving on Angie's List and read the experiences of others. Everything seemed very positive so i decided to give them a call. From the first time i called them until the movers left my house, they were unbelievable! When i submitted my information originally they quoted me that the entire move would cost me $2100. This included a time estimate of 8-9 hours, 28 ft truck, 3 movers, and assembling and dissembling of major furniture pieces. Since we are on such a tight budget i wasn't sure if i wanted to move forward. I called up the corporate office and requested an in home consultation to make sure the price they quoted me over the phone was correct. They were very understanding and sent out an associate the very next week. In fact, my rep Melinda Stecker and her boss met me at my real estate agents office (closing on the house) to discuss details ever further. They understood my hesitancy due to our budget and they promised me that they would work with me. They suggested that if i was packed and ready to go by the time the movers got there, it could save me some time and money. (since they charge by the hour) Melinda and her boss came over the following week and walked our entire house. Her and her boss asked specific questions and took copious notes to pass on to the movers. They took over 2 hours to make sure they walk my wife and i through the entire process and answer any questions/concerns we had. They also through in a few wardrobe boxes at no charge. After the consultation i felt very comfortable using them. They had already gone above and beyond without even getting my business. So we booked them. There was a little craziness (on our end) form the consultation to the move day. Melinda and her team were checking in on me weekly and making sure we felt comfortable about the move. It was something i would have never expected from a moving company! On moving day the movers showed up at exactly 8am! I was so surprised since the window was (8am-11am). This was a very good way to start the move. From the minute they got there they did nothing but work. They even came up to me and said they were aware of my cost concerns and they were going to do everything in their power to move quickly and safely. They were like machines! they wrapped everything that needed to be wrapped, they safely disassembled all of our furniture (including my daughters crib, dresser, rocking chair). They did not stop for anything!! They were out of my house in 3 1/2 hours!!! Since the drive was very close, it did not take long for them to unload. They were done with my entire house (assembling, etc.) by 2pm!! All in all the cost estimate was $2100, but it ended up only costing us only $1500. Throughout the whole process they were very personable, understanding, and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Move went smoothly with excellent results. JK staff was professional and knowledgeable in all respects. JK final pack supervisor was also the driver and team lead for unpack at destination -- excellent quality and professionalism throughout. So far we have found two mug handles broken -- overall an excellent result for 10,000 pounds, two packing efforts, one storage, and over a thousand miles of long-haul transport.

They were professional and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and responsive with our follow-up questions. However, the company that we ultimately hired was able to guarantee that our price would not go above the amount on the estimate. That is why we hired the other company, because we liked knowing that the cost wouldn't go up. There was that possiblity with JK Moving Services. Otherwise, it was a toss-up between the two companies, the guarantee what was swayed us.

They did an excellent job. They were very professional. Nothing was broken, as everything was packed well. They were able to accommodate our schedule. The same crew did the moving at each location.

Very stressful, but OK The delivery as I said above was much better then the packing. The driver was very conscientious and eager to do a good job. His local crew did speak English and had excellent customer service skills. We did have some damage to our household goods. We were so overwhelmed with the whole bad experience, that we chose to not continue the stress which would have been experienced if we filed a claim.

All services were performed by energetic, professional, courteous, and friendly JK staff. Everyone at JK has been very responsive to my inquiries and concerns. This included my initial contact with JK through Dennis Bell to receive an evaluation and estimate for moving my items. This relationship continued on through the move with the packers, the supervising truck driver, Darell Jones, and Helen Hester, JK Relocation Coordinator, who provided ongoing contact and coordination with us during the move. The JK Movering Staff handled our items as if they were their own. My wife and I were extremely pleased. The packers showed up on the day and within the time scheduled. The truck showed up for loading on the day and within time scheduled. The pickup involved navigating a three floor townhouse to move our goods and furniture into the truck. No damage was done to any items, nor anything to discuss within the house or the property in general. The delivery occurred in Florida at the end of the range of days scheduled. The same driver, Darell Jones, accompanied our items from Northern Virginia to the West Coast of Florida. He managed the operation about as professional as possible. He said that our items would arrive as planned and safe. He was right. Due to the efforts of the packers, pickup, and delivery staff, all of our items arrived at their destination and not one item was lost or broken. My relationship with JK Moving Servives has been a successful and extremely pleasant one. We recommend JK MOving Services for any one needing these type of services. If the need arises, they will be the first ones we call in the future.

I used these movers back in January (2012) and they did a great job, so I hired them again for my most recent move. They were absolutely great - very polite, respectful, and careful with my furniture. They work extremely hard and are really fast. I paid by the hour and definitely got my money's worth. A similar move in the past, also paid by the hour, cost nearly twice as much. As I said in my review earlier this year, these guys are the best movers I've ever had. I'd definitely recommend them!

Everything went wonderful from beginning to end. The sales consultant, John, came and told us the policies and procedures. We had interviewed a couple other companies and chose them. The packers were professional. Nothing was broken. They packed everything up in the one day. The movers came in and packed the truck and there was zero breakage. I'd recommend them. Everyone was professional and courteous. Our moving coordinator was wonderful, Helen. Our driver was Jose who was also professional and wonderful.

Issues with the Baton Rouge pickup (10/11-10/12/11): During the packing process in Baton Rouge, approximately 30 pills of pain medication were stolen by a crew member. Unfortunately, we did not become aware of the missing medication until after the packing was complete and so could not attempt to retrieve the medication from team members during the packing process. A quick internet search indicated a street value of approximately $450 for the 30 pills ($15 each). More importantly, dosage had to be reduced which led to increased pain levels for the remainder of the month. Being in between pain management physicians due to the move, it was impossible to obtain additional medication prior to establishing care in Virginia. When we unpacked in Reston, we found an item that had been broken during the packing process. This was evident because the two pieces of the broken item were individually packed. In addition, we found many items that were unnecessarily wrapped in packing material, such as books. It seems that the crew was either poorly trained or intentionally used excessive packing material to increase the cost of the move. We also found items inappropriately packed together, such as fragile items with very heavy items. For example, some glass items were packed in the same box with very heavy bookends.Issues with Reston delivery (10/29/11): We repeatedly emphasized the importance of timely arrival at the delivery destination because the freight elevator at our new residence can only be reserved in four hour maximum increments. Despite this, the crew was approximately 40 minutes late in arriving. The excuse given was inclement weather, despite the weather having been forecast several days in advance. The late arrival caused us to run over the four hour freight elevator time allotment. Despite this, the lead crew member thought it more important to complete the paperwork than to go downstairs and move the truck from the delivery bay and then come back up to finish the paperwork. This caused the subsequent freight elevator users to lose 30 minutes of their time allotment and for us to be “talked to” by the property management company.Issues with longer-term storage (Oct-Nov 2011): We arranged with JK Moving to store some of our items on a longer-term basis until we found larger more permanent living accomodations. We were very surprised the first time inquiring about access to learn that the storage system was a “pod” system and that each access would cost $75 per “pod”. We were never advised of this during the entire process of making arrangements for the move and storage. We wanted to access our items at will, so we had to arrange to have our items moved from JK to a self-storage unit. We incurred significant costs as a result, consisting of a $200 charge by JK to remove our items from storage, and a $462 charge by the moving company that moved our goods from JK Moving to self-storage.Issues with insurance claim for broken items (June 2012): We made a small claim ($185) for the items broken during the move. Despite that we paid nearly $400 for $40,000 worth of full valuation insurance with zero deductible, JK's response was to state that we had not purchased additional insurance and to reimburse us using the standard $0.60/pound rate. Upon being informed of this error, JK admitted we had purchased the full valuation insurance and that another check was forthcoming, but, delayed issuing the check for another week, apparently to inflict further emotional distress upon us.

The five young men who came were polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They were careful with our household goods and put things back together nicely at the new house. We have a lot of precious artwork obtained during several overseas tours and they treated each piece with care to ensure that it was not damaged. They went above and beyond in makig sure that we were satisfied with their work.

JK Moving Services was excellent not only are the staff professional and courteous but they take great pride in their work. The estimate was higher than the final payment on delivery, nice surprise. We were going to have the truck shipped with them but the estimator told us it would be more cost effective if we had the truck shipped on a car carrier. JK Moving provided us with the name of carrier service which we were also extremely satisfied with the cost and service provided. The JK moving team arrived on schedule, professionally packed our furniture, artwork and mirrors. They were careful with the household items we packed. All items arrived in perfect condition, our driver Michael Bopst and his assistant Jason made sure that the local helpers hired in Prescott provided the same excellent service that JK Moving provides. I witnessed both Michael and Jason guiding the local help in the proper way to unload and unwrap our belongings. JK Moving is by far the best moving company and we would not hesitate to recommend their services. By the way, this is the fifth long distance move our family has made and JK Moving Services far surpasses all the other companies we have used.

We realize that moving is a difficult business and we were prepared to overlook some of the minor problems associated with our move, but JK Moving: • Vastly under-underestimated the weight and, in turn, the price; • Failed to provide a complete inventory; • Demanded more than 110% of a non-binding estimate at the time of delivery; • Damaged our property; • Failed to communicate in a timely manner; • Made use of an unreliable furniture restoration contractor; • Failed to make us aware of the neutral arbitration process; • Failed to acknowledge two written requests for arbitration; and • Only processed our claim for damaged items after complaints were made with the Better Business Bureau, the US Department of Transportation, and Angie's List. BACKGROUND We met with JK Moving salesman Rory Crawford on September 12, 2011 and he inspected the items to be moved from our home. He provided a non-binding estimate indicating a total cost of$5,576.40 to move items from our condominium in Gaithersburg, MD and our 10x15-foot storage facility in Rockville, MD to a single-family home in Conroe, TX. He estimated the total weight wouldbe 8700 lbs. Pre-payment of $200.00 was made and driver Scott Shall arrived on September 22,2011 to begin loading. As soon as the driver came inside he remarked that the items in the condominium clearly represented about 8700 lbs alone and that, when combined with the items from the storage area, the move would be well over the estimate. He complained that underestimating by salesmen was a common problem. Indeed the total shipment had a net weight of 11,240 lbs, which is 129% of the estimated weight. The driver prepared an inventory but mis-numbered the pages and failed to provide us with page 7of 8 leaving us with no record of 40 of the items that were then in the possession of JK Moving. On September 23, 2011 we received an email from Shirley Perrotta at JK Moving saying, “The driver cannot unload/deliver until shipment is PAID IN FULL.” I called JK Moving and paid what they were demanding via credit card ($7,512.12 less the $200.00 pre-payment leaving $7,312.12due). This was 134% of the estimated price. The items were delivered on September 29, 2011. While unpacking we identified a few items than had been damaged. We prepared a letter postmarked October 24, 2011 detailing the items damaged and the estimated value. We received an email from Megan Crawford at JK Moving saying that we should complete the attached Claim Form. The email warned that for “Interstate and Intrastate Moves - missing items should be reported immediately and damage claims should be filed within 30 days of delivery.” This made it appear as though the deadline for damage claims was 30 days. The email made no mention of the provisions under 49 CFR 375 that indicate that a claim should be accepted if made within 9 months. The claim form had space for 14 items to be claimed. When we had nearly filled one page we mailed it to JK Moving, postmarked November 7, 2011 and continued to document additional damaged items on another page. We mailed the second page to JK Moving, postmarked December 24, 2011. James Wolbrueck of Humble Furniture Restoration came to our home to photograph and document the items claimed on both pages and forwarded a report to JK Moving. On January 16, 2012 we received a letter from JK Moving acknowledging receipt of the 2-page claim as well as the documentation from Humble Furniture Restoration. The letter offered to pay for some of the items on page 1 of the claim but said that all of the items from page 2, “…are being denied as the items were not listed on the original claim form…” We received a check for $745 shortly thereafter. We responded with a email to JK Moving sent February 21, 2012 asking that they reconsider their settlement offer and pay the appropriate repair costs for the items on page 2 or proceed with neutral arbitration. Both pages of the claim were received before the claim was processed and JK Moving’s own designee from Humble Furniture Restoration evaluated all of the items on both pages. The mere fact that the 2 pages arrived in separate envelopes is not a valid reason for refusing to consider a portion of a claim. We received an email from Claims Manager Nanci Petry on February 21, 2012 acknowledging receipt of the letter and asking that we, “Please allow 7 to 10 days for a reply.” 56 days later, on April 17, 2012, I called Nanci Petry and left a voicemail explaining that I had several questions regarding the handling of my move and claims and asking specifically for a return phone call. Instead of a phone call, I received an email addressing the second page of our claim. Of the 10 items claimed, JK Moving had chosen 4 and would now pay for those items to be repaired. The email goes on to say, “should you still like a call back I will request that Mr. Zell the Director of Operations contact you.” It did not address why she was refusing to speak with us by phone when she was clearly familiar with the case, had been handling the communication up to that point, and had been including her phone number in the signature portion of her emails. On the same day I sent a letter and email confronting Mz. Petry on her failure to reply in a timely manner and again asking her to forward, “…the case for immediate arbitration.” To date JK Moving has not acknowledged either of our two written requests for arbitration in accordance with 49 CFR 375. The email did explain that page 2 is being treated as a claim addendum and says, “…we respectfully maintain our original position and deny liability for the items listed on the claim addendum as the original claim form sent to our company constitutes your complete and final claim.” The email does not address the apparent contradiction of the notion that page 1 “constitutes your complete and final claim” but at the same time some of the items from page 2 were approved for payment. James Wolbrueck of Humble Furniture Restoration was scheduled to come to our home on May 15, 2012 to complete the repair of 4 furniture items but failed to show. When contacted he explained it was an oversight. The following day the repairs were completed. At that point only approximately $325 remained unpaid from page 2 of our claim: Nightstand, damage to wood $145, 2 Lampshades, torn and crushed $50, Wood cart, gouge and damage $45, Cedar chest, bottom and side broken $65, Metal drawer unit, bent and buckled $50. Sadly, we were forced to spend hours preparing and filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the US Department of Transportation, and Angie's List. A few days after these complaints were filed we received a phone call from Vice President Michael Peterson offering to pay the $325 in unpaid claims. He also offered us an additional $300 in light of the underestimation of the weight, which represented a fraction of our overpayment. We realize that moving is a difficult business and we were prepared to overlook some of the minor problems associated with our move, but JK Moving mishandled almost every aspect of our move, and our multiple attempts to resolve the issues with reasonable solutions were met with flat refusals. Our experience with JK Moving was disappointing, time consuming, expensive, and in violation of federal law. We would not recommend JK Moving.

JrK was selected primarily because of the professional estimate and explanation of their services from their rep John Freudiger, who was prompt, thorough, and very detail. This was our first move in 27 years, so for us this was a biggie. This move involved putting our goods in storage for several months until we had selected a new home. Another influence in choosing JK was that we received several positive recommendations from friends that had used their services.On moving day, JK sent plenty of staff, so the loading job job was completed in about four hours. JK just packed difficult items like lamps and mirrors, we did the rest. They also provided us some boxes free. When we received our goods in Fairhope, just the driver and helper unloaded the goods. When the driver did not know how to assemble the Sleep Number bed, JK contacted an independent contractor, who came in the next day and completed the bed assembly. We would rate the job an "A". There was just a few very minor issues, and JK provided many special helpful items, and assigned a move coordinator that stayed on top of the whole process. We were very satisfied with the work completed.

It was awesome. The people are great. They're fast, efficient, and strong. The price was $6,000 less than it was to move up there. They were always on time.
