We have used Gutterman to clean our gutters in the spring and fall since 2010. Scheduling is easy. Staff are professional. The guys are punctual and walk the entire roof area and let us know when they find things in need of repair (which has happened twice). They clean up the debris and leave our place looking like it did before they came. We are so happy with their services, we just signed a 3-year contract (which lowers the price to $234/cleaning).

My experience was fine with this company leading up to our gutters being cleaned. It was a seamless process calling them up and scheduling a time for them to come out and do the job. The day of the job the crew showed up and was done in no-time. After they were done they knocked on our door and informed us of the damage to our porch roof and gutters from the ice/snow this past winter. I asked if they could get me a quote on what it would cost to fix everything, which the head of the crew obliged and said someone from the home office would contact me. Over the course of the next 2 months I was told numerous times someone would call me about the repairs (all I wanted was a quote). I hate having to write this review, but this company has been the worst company I've ever dealt with (from a communication standpoint). I've been told at least 5 times that the guy who works in my area would call me (he didn't). Finally, after several phone calls to their office (Each time I was promised this gentleman would call me that day) - I got a hold of the person who handles my area. We scheduled a time for him to come to our place and see what needed to be done. He was open about the fact that we didn't need to replace the gutters, and just needed new pins to hold them in place. I asked if he could give me a quote on what the work would entail (along with another quote for something that would take several days to find out). I waited 2 weeks in early June, with no response. When I called after waiting more than 2 weeks, I was told they were still waiting to hear back on the separate quote (wall work). I informed him that I've been waiting for a quote since 4/11, and to forget the wall project and just give me a quote on the gutter repair and snow-birds for roof. It's now been over a month with no response from anyone. I've probably made 8-12 calls since April 11th, been promised several times that someone would call me back. Numerous times weeks went by with no response, yet it was me having to call back and initiate the dialogue again (and the last few calls where the the woman answering the phone could see all of the logged calls under our address and complaints I've been making - with her telling me she cannot believe this has been happening for so long, and apologizing profusely...only to have the cycle repeat itself again...and again...and again.) So here we are, more than 3 months since the initial work...and I'm still without a quote. Simply put, I would not recommend this company to any friend, neighbor, or acquaintance.

It went great. George was easy to work with, very transparent regarding the scope of work and pricing, very friendly & professional. I especially appreciated his concern with the aesthetics of the gutters in relation to the porch and columns--he came up with a great-looking solution. Really, it couldn't have gone better, highly recommended!

We have had a hard time getting a gutter cleaning company to come as scheduled. We only need one cleaning per year at the end of November. If the gutters are cleaned before then, we have topay to do them again. Every company we worked with, despite signing up for their super gold plus plans, keeps coming too early and then we have to pay to have it done again. Also, most companies pull hoses across your roof and walk across your roof and I worry about roof damage. Metro Gutter came as scheduled. I do not know if they walked across the roof since I was not home, but I was so pleased that for the first time in 9 years, a company listened to what I needed, scheduled it and did it on schedule. We will definitely schedule with them again.

They were awesome; I actually have a contract with them. I like their attention to detail, the people are really professional, the guys, when they come out, explain everything they are going to do and any extra thing that you want to be done, they are right on it and they do a great job at it.

It was pretty good. It was a little expensive but they did a good job. They came when they said they were going to come. It's a bit necessarily have to be our home. They cleaned up after themselves. They could keep the cost down.

The work by Gutterman was superb. We have many different roof configurations on our house and wanted to be sure the water was draining properly. (The builder had some downspouts draining onto other roof sections which, according to our home inspector, would have caused our roof to wear out sooner.) We were extremely pleased at the efficiency and quality of the work. We have used Gutterman since 1994 and have had them do work on all four of the houses that we have lived in. They replaced the roof and gutters on our first home and later did wide covered gutter replacement on subsequent homes. I would highly recommend them. Their work is outstanding.

This company is unresponsive and incompetent. We had a gutter problem in the front of our house. Called this company a couple times in last week and left message each time. No call returned. Called again on Monday and finally got to talk to a person and an estimation appointment scheduled for today, Thursday. While I waited I noticed a voice message left yesterday saying there was double-booking and I needed to reschedule it. Called, waited, disconnected, called again and then this lady on the phone basically said that this is their peak season and I have to wait until Monday, next week for another appointment. And then she asked me why I need an inspection/estimation. They can just install the new gutter, maybe on both front and back. I hung up. Don't know why the big fuss with all the good reviews. It was a waste of my time.

I have had a service contract with Gutterman for years to clean gutters. Gutterman also does a lot more than just gutters. If the same thoroughness and professionalism is extended to all these other services, I wanted to continue working with this company. I was not disappointed. Larry Bowersox arrived on time; we discussed the project and Larry presented options, work time frame, and all supporting information. Even though this front door was ultimately repaired, I would not have hesitated to sign a contract. I sincerely recommend Gutterman Services.

They showed up on the day expected and I assume all of the work was done. Being on the roof, I am unable to visually inspect the work done. I did have to call the office a couple of times to request a copy of the Sales Receipt which was then emailed to me.

The power washer they fixed. The chain saw was something extra I had asked about and they tried, when it didn't work they taught me what to do and gave me suggestions of what else I could do to get it repaired. They went beyond what was expected. I'd use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Both experiences were excellent. Plus service calls In Nov. 2013 I had them inspect roof for possible leak .Leak area confirmed.Reced. contract on Nov. 27. Returned contract on 29th. Dec. 10 emailed to ck on contract and work. Jan.2, I called again & was told to expect return call. Call was returned that afternoon. I was told that apparently no one followed up on my contract. Jan.13 Amanda called to set appointment for Sat. JAN.17,2014. On 17th work was completed. Gutterman's needs to access and change there Office organization. I would NOT have had the patience to put up with this if I had not been super happy with past service. Customer service counts.

Gutterman was very courteous in scheduling the estimate, and throughout the installation process. It only took a week after approving the work to complete the installation. This was done despite the variable weather conditions. They were very punctual and very efficient, taking little time to complete the project. Five sections were replaced at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this provider to anyone who wants great work at a reasonable cost.

The work was never done and our money was never refunded

Excellent. I first saw Kevin, Gutterman services representative for an assessment of damage and an estimate for repairs as well as new gutters and redesign for porch area. Estimate was detailed and thorough. Gutterman was one of several companies that gave me an assessment and estimates for this project. I chose Gutterman because Kevin knew what he was talking about. He did not try to upsell me or convince me to get fancy and expensive gutter protectors (which are not necessary with my house) and he was able to explain the beam and siding damage-- why it was happening and how to correct the problem. The repair was somewhat difficult because the area to be repaired contains my verizon box, electric box and is directly situated above my indoor electric panel. I like the fact that he specifically pointed out that the extent of the damage could not fully be determined until the siding was removed and the underlying plywood inspected. He was able to give me a rough estimate for further work that might be necessary. The good news (for me) is that the damage was not too old and did not extend as far as we had feared so the repairs needed matched his initial assessment and estimated cost. I know it isn't their normal procedure, but Kevin personally oversaw my project from start to end and even did some of the work himself! I appreciated that he pulled back the insulation to the inner wall and inspected for water penetration and mold. They did the job right! The company stuck to their estimate, arrived on time to the job, were neat and professional the entire time. I am very pleased with the gutters, the new siding and the overall repair. I have returned to Gutterman Services because of the work they have done each time I have used their services. They are responsive and customer oriented. I appreciate that it is a family business. I reached out to them to consult on my current home's needs, hoping that their services extended beyond the type of work previously done. I am thankful that Gutterman Services will be able to provide me a wonderful solution. Chris Pauly and all employees I have interacted with have been aboveboard. Kudos to them!

They did everything just like they promised, were here when they said they would be, charged what they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, they did a great job.

Gutterman was responsive and professional. They contacted me promptly after I purchased a one-hour service coupon. I was initially concerned that they would use the service call as an opportunity to identify more needed work, but they did not. Following a scheduling phone call, their visit accomplished all of the minor tasks that needed to be done.

They did a terrific job. I will use them again and I recommend them highly.

The folks at Gutterman Services did a nice job. Once the job was complete the work that they did made our house look 100% better and probably increased the overall value. For such a big job like that, there will always be things that aren't quite right. There were actually 3 items that needed to be fixed once the job was done. The foremen returned to our house, we discussed those 3 items and they subsequently fixed them to our satisfaction over the next couple of days. Here are our complaints. First, from when the appointment where their Customer Service person came to our house and gave us an estimate, about 6 weeks went by and we had not heard from anybody at Gutterman about when the work was scheduled to be done. I was actually getting ready to call them to get that information when their crew showed up at our house one day unannounced ready to do the work. We could have sent them away and scheduled for another day, but luckily we were ready for them and since they were already there we allowed to stay and work. And second, even though we asked them to be careful with the vegetation around the house they were rather rough and several plants got trampled. The good thing is that the plants were not destroyed and actually grew back by the end of the season, but we still didn't like seeing them get trampled. Also, one of their workers actually found a bees nest and got stung a couple of times, but he was okay.

Excellent, fast service--highly professional and top quality work. Excellent communication. A little bit more expensive than some others but well worth it.

Replaced gutters and added a downspout. Went very well. They did the install while I was at work and there was no sign of them when I got home.. all new gutters in place, all trash picked up, etc...very happy with the work.

Would have given them higher marks, but the first service technician did not complete the job, requiring a second technician to come out and complete gutter repairs.
