I don't know how anybody can take a week to install two double windows. This company actually took months and they were just all out horrible. They were very dirty, didn't speak English and they left pieces of window everywhere in my front yard. Not a good experience at all. I would not use them again or recommend them either.

Did fantastic work, but left the yard a mess. Remnants of the old gutters were found everywhere, including old spikes and shards of metal. Damaged one screen, but fixed it immediately after I complained. Left wires hanging off of the house, but came back and fixed without hesitation. I had to clean up the yard. Office response was generally excellent. Gutters work fine, even during heavy downpour.

Two employees, Jorge and Javier, of Gutterman spent 2 1/2 hours cleaning my gutters. They repaired a split seam on one corner and replaced the gutter shields correctly. They did a good job and the service was excellent. I will use them again. It took about a week to obtain an appointment once I called.

They provided an estimate over the phone, collected credit card information, and told me that they would perform the work sometime in the next 3-5 business days (I did not need to be present during the work). They did the work within the given time frame and for the estimated cost. They did an excellent job cleaning the gutters and provided a written assessment of the gutters' condition. I specifically requested a detailed assessment - so they followed up with a call the next business day to go over the assessment and answer any questions. Excellent experience overall!

I was very pleased with Gutterman. The office staff were very professional and courteous, and sent mailing prior to my consultation with information on the company and the estimator who would be coming to my house (including a picture), which I thought was a nice touch. Gutterman staff arrived for all appointments on time. The work was done exactly to specification and they did a great job. My boyfriend is a former roofer and was there while they were doing the work. He's picky, so I'm happy to report that even he was impressed with their work. They also cleaned up after the job very well. One minor concern, the installation was on a Saturday morning because of storms on the preceding Friday. The subcontractor who ran off my new gutters left them in the alley behind my house tucked up in the tress. While I thought putting them up in the trees was ingenious, I was a little concerned that they might disappear overnight. But my yard is fenced, too small to have put them there.

Jim McGavin of Gutterman evaluated the home for the new product first; spent quite a while evaluating existing downspout locations and other drainage issues. He was very attentive to detail and answered all questions thoroughly. Product was then ordered and installed within a month. Installers were also very professional, punctual, and did an exceptional job of cleaning up debris when they were through.

I thought they did a good job. I looked at about 6 different companies. Gutterman was one of the 2 lowest bids & seemed like the more established group. It worked out pretty well. What issues there were, they were responsive to & I was very pleased. The price was in the $20's. I thought their pitch was very reasonable & good. They did not try to give me the hard sell for the first day commitment.

I requested an estimate at a very high-volume time (following heavy rainstorms in this area). It took them a few weeks to come out, understandable under the circumstances. Very thorough with the estimate, giving me several options. I opted for the high-end (large gutter with K-guard) because it just wasn't that much more expensive than the medium option (without K-Guard) and promises a lifetime guarantee. Installation was efficient, and they cleaned up very nicely. I did call them back to seat the (existing) downspouts better into the underground drainpipe connectors. They came out the next day and fixed. I was very happy with the installation, and the gutter looks very nice and sleek. Only time will tell if it is truly maintenance-free (my neighbors are all interested to know, in this neighborhood of aging homes!) The cost was slightly higher than the estimate because they installed flashing to overcome a problem with my aging roof shingles. I appreciated this attention to detail.

Ann in their office very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. Price quoted from my description of our house, which I thought was reasonable, was the price charged. Ann worked to get us the earliest possible opening--flooding in the area from days of rain made getting our clogged gutters cleaned ASAP vital; Ann said two weeks, but called us the next day after we talked to her and said a crew would be able to get there the next day. Two workers arrived early in the morning as planned and worked carefully at a fast pace until both the gutter cleaning and the light replacement were done. Was able to communicate with crew chief who was careful, meticulous and friendly. Very satisfied with their work and their price and will use them again.

After sitting through six sales pitches for new gutters, I finally decided on this firm. The others used some aggressive sales tactics and what I consider unethical sales practices to try to get the sale. Gutterman Services appeared to be honest with their estimate and agreement details. On installation day the installers found that there would be some installation problems that the sales estimator should have and could have seen. After bargaining, it ended up costing $100 more than the estimate. I insisted on being present to challenge anything they might say would be above estimate. Otherwise, the installation went okay and the gutters seem to work fine. The cleanup after installation was not good. I picked up small shards of cut metal and discarded screws all around the house and 6-8 screws in the driveway. Fortunately no cuts or flat tires. Then after no response after repeated calls to question an unexpected charge, they finally called. Price was lowest, so maybe good value.

GUTTERMAN HAS BEEN CLEANING OUR GUTTERS FOR 5 YEARS. THEY DO AN ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR REPEAT CUSTOMERS, AND WILL SCHEDULE A SPRING, AND FALL CLEANING. THEY ALSO DO GUTTER REPAIRS, REPLACEMENT, AND DRIVEWAY SEALING AND PATCHING.

I WAS VERY PLEASED AND SATISFIED WITH THE SIDING JOB THAT GUTTERMAN DID FOR US. ABOUT THREE YEARS AGO, THEY ALSO RE-DID OUR ROOF AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB WITH THAT ALSO.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY KEPT THEIR WORK AREA CLEANED, AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AFTER THE JOB WAS FINISHED. THEY DID THE JOB IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. THE JOB THEY DID WAS A PERMANENT JOB, AND I SHOULDN'T NEED GUTTERS AGAIN FOR 30 YEARS.

IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THEY INITIATED FOLLOW UP CAME BACK AND FOUND SOME THINGS NOT TO THEIR LIKING AND REDID IT. DEFINITIVELY COMPLETE AND HIGH STANDARDS OF WORKMANSHIP.

THIS WAS A VERY RELIABLE COMPANY. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD DO. I THINK THAT THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.
