Arrived on time, very pleasant, and did a good job. They did find one gutter needing repair, which I could plainly see also when they pointed it out to me. They took dimensions and an estimate and will be mailing it to me. I don't know yet how much the cleaning cost. I was told on the phone that the minimum was $80 and they billed by the hour. I think the men who came were very efficient.

Made call on phone, appointment to estimate the next day. Didn't show. Left a number of messages, which were not answered. After 2-3 days of silence, called others.

The old gutters were the do-it-yourself big-box store variety and had been installed by a previous homeowner. They weren't pitched correctly and sagged in the middle, which caused water to simply overflow the sides of the gutters during rainstorms. Also, I had installed a number of 3-ft wire screens on them to keep the leaves out and these were difficult to maintain. I bit the bullet and went for the high end K-guard gutters from Gutterman Services. From the people answering the phones to the installers, the company is very professional. I made an appointment for an estimate which was confirmed in writing by mail. The estimator (JC) arrived on-time and went through the various options. The K-guard gutters weren't that much more expensive than their standard large diameter gutters and he offered a $200 discount, so I opted for those because we have lots of trees near our home. The bilingual installation crew was excellent and worked hard. I dropped in on them during installation and the crew chief (Walter) explained a problem area where the gutter on the screened porch was lower than the one on the main roof and that an additional downspout would be required for the porch, whereupon I authorized the additional work. Cleanup was excellent and there was virtually no trace of the operation on the lawn or driveway when done. I had spread out a tarp to protect some some landscaping rocks from debris, and when done, they had picked up and folded the tarp. The new gutters look great and perform as advertised. I would recommend this company to others.

The process went very smoothly. We knew we needed new gutters for a while, but after the big rains this spring we decided it was time. We called Gutterman; they sent an estimator out the very next day. He gave us an estimate, and described the features of the gutter caps that the company uses. I had a lot of questions because I haven't really heard good things about gutter caps, but he answered all my questions. It appeared to be a quality product, that would keep out the leaves and birds. Unfortunately the installation didn't occur for several more weeks, but they gave a time/date and showed on time and completed the work in short order. The gutters look great; with all the colors they offered we didn't have a problem matching something to the house (which is neutral anyway). We've had several good downpours since then, and the problems we were having with the old gutters is gone. Now we wait and see if they clog! We have a lot of trees, maples and oaks, so we get a lot of whirly seeds, and bird have always wanted to build nests up there. So far so good, but its only been a little over a month. I gave the company a lower grade on the price; the price was quite high. We could have dropped the price a bit by not doing caps on the front of the house, which is relatively low to the ground. I would recommend this option if the home owner is young and doesn't mind a trip to the roof.

They were not the cheapest, but they had the best product. They had one window that was the wrong size, and they put a temporary one in in the meantime and replaced it quickly. They were right on time. The sight manager was good. He came and checked on the workers and the job daily. We would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

We submitted an internet contact form asking for them to contact us for an estimate to repair our gutters. Krystal called my husband the next day and was professional, helpful and gave an initial estimate. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. She informed him that they were busy but would be able to service our home in the next two weeks. She said they would call the night before to let us know they were coming over, we were to make sure the outside water was on and they would perform the service. Everything happened exactly as stated. She called about a week after the initial contact, they came over and did the work and left a receipt. They charged exactly as quoted.

I called for an estimate and made an appointment. They were very timely and the sales guy was friendly, informative, and honest about the products and choices I had. He followed up with a phone call about 3 weeks later to see if I was interested in following through with the order and I adjusted it to fit my financial needs, only installing the gutters at the roof-line not the downspouts. He walked me through the paperwork over the phone with the revised costs and I sent in my check for 1/3 as a down-payment. I received a letter notifying me they had received my deposit and due to bad weather were pushing installations weeks out due to volume. They also followed that letter up with a phone call. However, several weeks past and I had to call them to see about an installation date. I was pleased with the response that they could come out the next week and was informed that someone would call the night before to give a window of time when they would show up. No phone call was ever made. The repair men showed up around 8:30 a.m. and began working. They didn't seem to have the extra tools they needed to manage a tight corner with a drill, so I lent them my smaller drill which they used and returned to me in good condition. I was asked to complete a survey and had to remind the repair men to walk me around the house to show me the work and verify that what I had ordered had been installed. They complied. I signed off on the paperwork and received my bill to mail in.

I contacted the company via telephone to make arrangements. I was told the service would occur within approximately 2 weeks. Due to the weather, it ended up being about 3 weeks. The company called the night before to inform me that their service personnel would be coming the next day (I was not required to be at home, but happened to be). The team arrived, let me know that they were there to do the work, completed the work promptly and efficiently, and gave me a copy the service report when they left. Other than a pretty significant amount of leaves & other "debris" on our patio (our gutters were very dirty/clogged), everything went very well.

He arrived on time to do the job. He was professional while he worked. He was a personable guy. I would use him in the future. The quality of his work was good.

They were on time. They did what they said they were going to do. They did not do any of the selling stuff. Cleaned up behind themselves. I was fully expecting to be sold but I was not which was great.

Great job! I did not even have to be home when they cleaned the gutters.

Salesman came out on Saturday at our request, answered all questions and presented a variety of solutions. We went with the only one guaranteed not to clog, which was the high end model. He said it would take about 1-2 weeks to get installed. It was a little less than 2 weeks. They showed up when supposed to, cleaned everything up when they left, and installed the expected product. No surprises. Only downside was the cost.

I called after heavy rains overflowed our gutter and streamed down our window and pooled at the side of the house. The scheduler said it would be 7-10 days before we could be serviced, but I was delighted to get a call the next day that they would be out the following day (2 days instead of 7-10). The two men went right to work and were professional and efficient. They found an object clogging the one gutter and removed it. They also sealed another corner that leaked when they ran water through the gutters. They made sure the rest of the gutters were in good shape, tightening screws and checking functioning.

Very professional, prompt and responsive to our needs. Did a very good job.

They are a little pricey but we are happy we paid extra to get the job done right. Very professional, pleasant, cleanup after themselves.

Crystal, who answers the phone, was very nice and helpful. She explained the service and pricing carefully. Unfortunately, after calling the night before to say they were coming the next day, they didn't show. I did finally call the following day and they sent someone out the same day. I was a little disappointed that they didn't knock to let me know they were finished and to give me a verbal description of the gutters' condition since we are new to this house. I followed up with Crystal when I noticed that one of the gutter straps was not attached to the house; I was not sure if this was a previous problem that they had not fixed or if they had caused it to come loose. I also noted that they had re-hooked up some downspouts that I had off because of my rain barrels. Not a big deal as I can take them off again. Crystal let me know that when they were in the area, they would fix the gutter strap. A few weeks later, they came and fixed it as well as another that I pointed out.

The company did a good job. Salesman pitched the most expensive solution, but also gave me a range of options, and I ended up the middle. Work appears good, and cleanup of old gutters and materials was fine. Only glitch: Company failed to install gutter screens for which I paid extra. The good part was that they came back the next day, before I'd noticed a problem, and remedied the failure.

My initial call was in late December. Information was taken about my house and what was needed. Work and charges were explained clearly and credit card info given. I was told that the work would be performed in about 2 weeks, but probably sooner (weather dependent). I was assured that I need not be present for the work to be done. I was told that I would receive a call the day before they were coming. Since there had been no significant weather event (except cold), after 2 weeks, I again called to find out the status of my job. The woman I spoke to was unable to give me any information, stating that she had "no idea" when it would be done. That the schedule was made up based on location and complied the day before service was done, because weather highly influenced scheduling. She also added that they were very busy with a lot more customers waiting a lot longer then me for service. I felt the call was handled very poorly. Work was performed 5 days later.

Gutterman Services took my address and wrote down my concerns about one gutter. They then took my credit card information to charge for the service call in case I was not at home when they came out to clean the gutters. I was told it might be a couple of weeks before they could clean my gutters, but within a few days they left a message saying they would be out two days later. The service rep. arrived in the early afternoon, cleaned my gutters, and suggested adding the flashing to correct the problem I had identified. He was professional and knowledgeable, and he and his assistant cleaned up the debris from the gutters.

Overall, it went very well. The company sent out an estimator, Brian, very quickly. He told me upfront about extra charges if they found rotted wood. He made suggestions to minimize the need for colored (more expensive) gutters. A few changes allowed some of the downspouts to use the less expensive cream and still be relatively invisible. The gutters were installed less than two weeks after the estimate/contract was signed. There was a very good bilingual (Spanish/English) crew and the foreman was outstanding. They worked quickly and efficiently and the foreman made sure I knew exactly what they were going to be doing and why. Cleanup was good. I got my new, covered, gutters--and had to wait almost 6 weeks for a good rain to test them. It's been 4 months and I'm delighted with their work and performance.

Representative was on time for initial consult and the company did a great job staying in touch via email. Gutters look great but more importantly corrected a problem with water leaking down the existing gutter right at the front door.

Estimate process was easy with friendly representative, although we later ran into some issues. I thought the estimate included wood facing boards and apparently it was not in estimate. This cost was minimal, but was a small unpleasant surprise. Installation was very rapid, and professional, although they forgot to take down the old satellite dish, despite the fact that I had it put into work order, since I do not own a very tall ladder...they did come back and do it, though, after my call. We are happy with the installation and the gutters so far.

We had a problem with our gutters clogging up and water coming in the basement. Since the new gutters were installed, we have had no problems with water in the basement. They did a good job, showed up on time and completed the work in timely fashion.

They were very good. They were here and gone and the gutters never looked so clean in my life. The people who came out to clean them were very polite to me though out the whole cleaning. They were always there to answer any of my questions. Even if I was to call them back this day, they would help me out with no problems.

I have a fairly large house and the gutters had been needing replacing for quite some time. These guys were up to the task and they did a wonderful job with it. They replaced the gutters very well, they did it in the time frame I had expected and were very neat at their work. I recommend them highly. I'd rather not disclose the price.
