They have excellent product and the gutters have stayed on the house, which shows that they did a good job installing. No complaints.

There was a bit of a scheduling snafu - originally was supposed to happen 2/15 even though I called 2/14, which i was OK with, then they said they could come out 2/14 due to cancellation, but then they couldn't come because of another job that ran over. A little annoying, but they called me and kept me up to date every hour so I wasn't left hanging, so kudos on good communication there. Unfortunately I actually misheard the rate quote for the per person hour charge so this ended up being $300 more than I thought it was. They did a great job, worked efficiently and I understand the risk premium that needs to be charged for working on icy roofs, but the final price did seem a bit steep to me.

Overall I feel I received a great product for the amount I paid. I received three estimates and Gutterman was the cheapest. My direct neighbor has had the K guard for 10 years and recommended the company and gutters. After I decided to go with Gutterman, I called the person who gave me an estimate to discuss the project and cost. I mentioned I had a $300.00 coupon that I received in the mail. He said that he already calcaluted that price in. However, I didn't think this was true so I asked for him to itemize everything out showing the $300.00 discount. It took awhile to finally get everything itemized and sent to me via email (about one week). Once I had the contract, I dropped it off and spoke with one of the owners. She explained the process after submitting the depost and introduced me to the person who will be handling my project. After about 1.5 weeks of no information on when the project would be started, I finally decided to call them. I told them what day I preferred and they said they would call to confirm. I didn't hear from them again so I called two days before I wanted them to come. They said they were coming the day I wanted ( I just wish they told me!). On the day of the job, they showed up at 1 and left around 5pm. My husband was home and had no problems while they were at the house. They told my husband that they had no knowledge about painting the gutters. I had to call Gutterman and tell them they did not paint even though I paid for this service. It turns out that they didn't know about the painting plus they said that the temperature has to be above 50 degrees. I wish they would have told me at the time I booked the service that the temperature has to be above 50 degrees for a certain amount of time before they can paint ( I had the Gutters put on in December). It turns out that the Gutters looked fine without the paint job so I called Gutterman to receive a refund for the painting portion of the job. They promply sent a refund for that part. Overall, the product is great and they worked efficiently on the day of the job. However, I had to stay on top of them to get information on when the work would get done and making sure I paid for all the right services. I would rate their communication and responsiveness as a B.

The Gutterman representative walked around the house and examined the gutters. Noted areas where water had been building up, but since we just had our gutters cleaned by another company, said that the best thing was to regularly maintain the gutters, not replace them. We talked about getting set up for a cleaning contract, and I am waiting to receive that paperwork.

The gutters are fairly new and only one corner was really clogged. I thought the price was high for the work they did. Had the gutters been really clogged, it would have been a good price. They did a good job, but I think we paid too much for the work that was done.

Did an excellent job cleaning the gutters. Also cleaned up the mess below and re-installed a gutter guard that had come off during a recent wind storm. Paid them extra to install my exterior Christmas lights along the gutter line and they did a fine job.

It went well - they were responsive with scheduling and actually arrived early. They checked and cleaned them and told us that everything looked fine - no repairs needed. They explained everything to me and waited for my husband to tell him also. The only thing we didn't like was that they left debris in the yard that had come out of the gutter. We thought that would be included in the service to take the debris with them, but it didn't happen at our house.

I have used them before, and they are very good about doing the work at hand. I will use them again in the future.

no brainer, I have recommended this comapny to several neighbors excellent product, not a "add on"

They worked with us on the design - we wanted to make it look like an old fashioned metal roof, so we had them break up the runs in a pattern, which was more work for them, and put the ridge vent on the back side of the roof, use hand crimping etc. They labored over every detail and did a great job. As always, the job did not go completely smoothly. The most difficult section of the roof didn't look right the first time they did it. They took it off and redid it, and the end result was great. They took responsibility for everything and made it right. The final product was superb and the price was very reasonable.

They were professional, polite and responsive. They came out a day early and I was leaving to work at that point of time, so it was a bit awkward. I did not compare their price with anyone else. They also cleaned up after themselves and I was satisfied with their service.

When I first called, they offered to come by the following day as they were already working in the neighborhood. However, they called later in the day to postpone and try the next day. Unfortunately, that also did not pan out (this was on a Friday). One of their employees, Ian then called to assure me he would come the next day (Saturday) - which he did. He was very professional and shared advice on the roof and siding. The company prefers advance payment or credit on file.

Person on the phone was very helpful. My gutters have a cover on them, but I'm uncertain of the exact type/brand I have. The rep explained that if they could actually do the work, there would be no charge for the estimate. However, if I had a type of gutter that they could not service, I would incur a $75 trip charge. She then suggested that I could call around to gutter installers to see if my house might be in their systems - excellent advice. While I did not use them for the work (I'm still looking for a provider), the rep was very helpful and I very much appreciated the professionalism. I can see why others give them A's across the board.

They delivered everything promised.

Great. Ken Killmeyer came out to look at our house and give us an estimate. He was easy to work with and there was no pressure. I had received a quote from another company a few days earlier but Gutterman's was nearly half the cost so I went ahead and signed a contract. The work was done, perfectly as far as I can tell, about two weeks later. They even reconnected the downspouts to the drainage pipes I had installed a few years earlier. Nicely done!

The gutters are great. It is working just great. We had a huge amount of rain right after they completed the job and I haven't had any problems at all. I have recommended them to my neighbors and they used them as well.

They arrived as scheduled, about two weeks after contract. Installed their product, cleaned up nicely, and answered questions. I later brought them back to remove and replace one gutter and put the drainspout on the opposite end. They way they house was constructed originally, not enough downslope to the drainpipe was possible when attached to the existing end of the gutter. Total for the additional work was $400.

This was a wonderful experience for us. The rep came out with samples and then got measurements from around our home. We scheduled a date and they came right out to replaced the gutters in no time on our home. The gutters also came with guarantees from the company. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend this company.

They just did not clean the inside of the gutter but also washed the outside of the gutter. We had some run over that had caused the gutters to turn black in color. They scrubbed them. They identified the problem on the roof which we were not aware of. The ring that goes around the bathroom generation had cracked and broken. They replaced it while they were here. They went above and beyond. I had called three companies and I found that their price was reasonable.

The installation went fine, the crew was very professional, they installed the gutters, cleaned after themselves, made sure that I walked around to check the install. There was a miscommunication on where to place one of the gutters on the side, but they came back and fixed that the following week. My problem is with the K-guard. A week or so after the installation, one of the severe spring storms came in and the gutter was unable to handle the water. Basically the water was flowing right over the gutter. I took pictures and emailed them to Gutterman the following day. I was told that they will come and take a look at it and I was under the impression that someone from the company will call me and discuss possible solutions. To my utter shock and disappointment, the service crew came and cut a hole in my K-guard gutter and replaced with ...mesh. OK, didn't I just pay $1000 more to not have a mesh gutter? I immediately contacted the company and asked them who gave them the right to cut my new gutter and why no one ever contacted me to discuss other options of dispersing the water before replacing part of my new gutter with mesh. The only response I received was that my complaint will be forwarded to the appropriate department and I never heard from them again. And to top that off, even the hole with the mesh didn't completely solve the problem - at the most recent downpour I had the same issue with the gutter. The part where it was K-guard, the water from the roof went right over the gutter to the base of the house. I guess my only choice at this point is to have them replace the remaining gutter with mesh...for the price of K-guard.

Gutterman states on their website that they perform gutter repair and service Woodbridge, VA. If they require complete new installs, and not just repair services to certain areas, they should be forthcoming about their "true" service area. It's as simple as adding more info. to their "Services 'Do Not' Include" and stating "if needing only repair services beyond 15 miles from Sterling, VA there is an additional travel fee of x per mile." Some customers would be willing to pay more for tested knowledge and customer service, and it's not smart business to send customers away pointblank without at least first offering services with an additional travel fee.

I would strongly encourage use of Gutterman Services. I was pleased from start to finish with their quality of work. I would especially like to note the professional demeanor and service that I received from the office manager, Ann. She is an awesome representative of the company and was able in a flawless manner to address a very minor issue with total satisfaction from me. I would recommend this company to all.

They were professional and did a good job. They also cleaned everything after the work was done. I have been happy with the product and never had any problems with it.

I originally had Gutterman come out over a year ago to give me an estimate. They were very responsive and friendly, giving me a thorough explanation of the different products, services they offered. Busy with work, I didn't get around to following up. A year later, I was able to call them up and their rep came over that weekend to walk through the old estimate and help schedule a date/time for the installation. Gutterman took care of everything a few weeks later and everything looks great.
